My 23 year old loves Dutch Bros and has for years. He enjoys a large ( bucket sized) black peach iced tea on the reg, and does have some favorite special drinks, one recent concoction had a brownie in the name but I cannot tell you what was in it besides sugar and caffeine ( his favorites). The young people working here are always friendly and nice. I don't typically get coffee here because they don't have soy milk and all other milks hurt me. I took a risk and got a vanilla shake last time, it was like ice milk not ice cream but wasn't too bad. I really like their banana bread and the kid likes the muffin tops. The cream cheese coffee cake was a no for us. Be warned. There is ALWAYS a line. read more

I am a huge fan of Dutch Bros. and I was so stoked to see that there was one not too far from the beach house we stayed at! I went here almost every day during our stay in Lincoln City. I had my boyfriend drive me here because, unfortunately, it's not walking distance from the beach house and I wasn't authorized to drive our rental car. It's in a very small, cramped parking lot and it does not have a walk up window, so I chose to wait until later in the day to visit when the drive thru wasn't ridiculously packed with cars. We have a multitude of Dutch Bros. locations back home in Las Vegas, so I'm not too worried about missing out on their delicious Golden Eagle drinks! My first day here, my Golden Eagle drink for some reason was only filled up halfway. This wasn't an issue during other days that I was here. I guess it wasn't their day that day. Otherwise, despite it being in a weird spot, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This will be my go to Dutch Bros. anytime I'm in Lincoln City. read more

I had a similar experience to a recent review. Appeared to be a nice group of kids (rocking out in their coffee hut) having such a good time that they weren't making drinks correctly and forgetting parts of the order. I also don't like that they ASKED how much tip I wanted to leave them. I don't mind when the credit card machine asks but it's rude for an employee to put a customer on the spot like that. We camped at Devils lake and it was nice to be able to walk here daily about .40 miles away from our camp Roy's trip. Service was good but the line was ridiculous always and 20 minutes we waited in line behind cars since we walked and there was no walk up window. Stopped in to the drive through for a couple coffees. The line was lengthy and took a LONG time, with the people at the window chatting with drivers for what seemed like forever. A friendly staff person walked out to our car to take our order and was kind enough to say that she would bring us our drink if it was ready in time because we were in a hurry. Long lines, this location does not have a person standing outside with a tablet to speed up the process. Disappointed in that, however it does have great service at the drive up window. 2 walk up window at the front , and 2 drive up windows available: one on each side of the building. Please get the Manager on this, it is a safety issue when cars are blocking the street because they want their coffee. Especially on sunny days, come'on even in Portland where it rains constantly we have people outside with tablets. Low score because of that. read more

My first visit to DBC was here, in Lincoln City, Oregon. I regularly visited the area on business and was looking to try something new. Although DBC expanded into Las Vegas, I still fondly associate them with my many visits to the Pacific Northwest. I ended up at this DBC a few times to get my caffeine buzz. for my day. I loved their large coffee sizes during my early morning drives from Lincoln City back to Portland to catch a flight. My favorite coffee that I ordered was their 'Sugar Free Caramelizer' at a whopping twenty ounces. I loved that it was delicious and HUGE! They had so many unique flavors to choose from -- I can see why they have such a following! Overall, DBC offers awesome coffee and awesome prices. Even on a busy morning commute, my order was prepared quickly . The service was just as outstanding as their coffee. The girls working the drive through were super friendly and sweet -- they made genuine conversation and were SUPER personable. While we waited two females and a male exited the building. I don't know if all three were employees but they were laughing and joking about getting fired while they took several selfies and visited outside. While the drinks are just as good as any Dutch, Just know that if you want coffee in Lincoln City, ANYWHERE is faster than this place. Slower than any Dutch Bros I've ever been to, sat in a line for 40 minutes with maybe 6 or 7 cars ahead of us. This is my favorite DB on the coast. You know why? There's no blaring electronic dance music, 104.7, and certainly no wafting of Axe Body Spray coming out. Sure, it's positive and upbeat, but not invasive. I have never had a bad experience or less than amazing drink here. It really seems like the baristas enjoy working there, which makes for a pleasant experience. Although there are two lines, it seems like there is always a wait, which is a bummer. Spent the weekend in Lincoln city and went to Dutch bros thinking it would be just as upbeat, fast and convenient just like all the others in Oregon I've gone to. I was wrong the drive thru is layed out atrociously. Meaning your hang on the road till the line moved. We waited in line behind ONE CAR that ordered ONE DRINK for 15+ minutes. The dude working the window was sitting/hanging out the window, shooting the shit with the car in front of me, laughing and talking....Being friendly is one thing, but this was extreme there's literally no reason to hand someone a drink in the drive through and then just hangout for 15 minutes....This car only even got one drink!!! As the line started growing another employee came out with an ipad and started taking orders of the other vehicles, but started at the car directly behind me. After 15 minutes of not moving and not even getting acknowledged, I left the line and went down to Light house coffee which is literally better in every way. read more

I will start by saying I am a loyal Dutch Bros customer, I go at least once a day in Salem. One of the things I love most about the service is that they will always help you out however they can! However, I will say this location could stand a few improvements: 1. they don't let you pay the runner, you just order and then pay at the window. This makes the wait time longer, I waited 15+ minutes each time I went. 2. I went through the same stand 2 hours later and the guy didn't remember us, which is no big deal. What frustrated me is that he said they couldn't take the empty Dutch cup from two hours prior. I find this to be a strange policy, I get not taking trash in but not taking your own cup seems weird. I have never been to a Dutch that won't throw away their cup. Lastly, the drink was good and no one was rude! Not bad just not the best, which is what I am used to. read more
