We got to cold stone at 9:49 PM. The sign says that they close at 10 PM Monday through Thursday. It is April 9 on the Thursday and they closed and locked the doors because they didn't want to take any customers before 10. Technically we should be able to get in especially since it's more than enough time before they close. Instead, they refuse the service because they were too lazy to take any more customers. Either way they would still have to stay over to close up the shop, so if people come in before closing time, there's nothing in the policy that says people can't come in before 10 PM. They should be taking customers.Terrible service. read more

As soon as we walked in, just rude, not friendly. You felt that none of them wanted to be working! Ana and the others. We did not get a hi or thank you or even Happy Mother's Day! It was about 3:22 pm, not busy either! Half an hour later got a stomach ache from the sorbet I had, every one else was fine. And none of the workers knew if any item was gluten-free or did they care! read more

I lucked out and came after a late lunch with only one person ahead of me. Been a long time I last step foot in a Cold Stone. Service was excellent from both ladies. They gave great recommendations. Love that you can choose your toppings. Peanut butter cups were so good. It's located not far from the Starbucks. Highly recommend. Cheers! read more

As you get older, you realize "I like what I like", even if you can't really explain why. My favorite burger is a well-made Whopper from BK (though the well-made part is not common these days) and my favorite ice cream is a Gotta Have It Coffee Lovers Only from Cold Stone Creamery. Woke up this morning, and just had a craving for the latter. So made the walk down to Pike Shopping after lunch. First things first: Is it still open? Yes...Score! Since I was alone and couldn't use my wife's loyalty account, had to create a new one with them, and then realized it came with a BOGO offer that I could use immediately: Double Score = Brace!...love it when no plan comes together to produce just as good a result. Only one employee was manning the entire store (customer traffic is slow during weekdays). She made me a Coffee Lover's Only ($11.99) and a Founder's Favorite. She put plenty of mix-ins (crushed almonds, caramel, heath bars) and I took both back walking home, without it melting too much, so can enjoy throughout the week. Score Thrice: Hat Trick! read more

It's been a couple months since I came to this Cold Stone and I'll start off by saying I hadn't been to a Cold Stone in years before I came here. Maybe my memory was skewed but when I wanted ice cream and was around the pike with my friend I thought "why not try Cold Stone?" The service was lovey and huge respect to the staff. This is purely about the company. The ice cream was terrible. It's that simple. I will acknowledge that big ice cream chains like Cold Stone already give off "quantity over quality" but this was just bad. I didn't want to finish the ice cream and would've preferred to just give the cup I got to someone who would enjoy it. The overall look of the store was fine and in tune with most typical big chain places, very soulless. To top it off if you have a tip to the staff they would sing this really dumb song. It gave me second hand embarrassment. That's not at all what I want to feel when I'm going to get ice cream. As someone in the service industry I say this for all companies, do not make your employees do dumb and degrading acts because you think it will "enhance the experience." read more

Insanely busy but everyone working was attentive to each person they were serving. The line can go pretty slow since workers are hand mixing each order so just be ready to wait if you walk in on a weekend night. Can't complain about the actual food it's ice cream and a chain so the ice cream and toppings were consistent to what I expect from cold stone. It's a place to pick up. Great on the go only. Service was quick and simple. Nothing really stood out here. They have only 1 cashier and their credit card machine is very slow. Expect some wait time. Ice cream in general we're not bad. Pick your choice of ice cream and the amount of topping you want to mix together. Got the "Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip" ice cream and it was very good. I forgot the exact thing I ordered but I believe it was strawberry cheesecake & caramel apple. The employee pictured paired the caramel apple with a chocolate bar and it worked, but the ice cream itself is a bit sweet (not the chocolate bar it was paired with). Worst Coldstone location in the country. Horrible service. It's consistently the slowest possible line for a Coldstone I've ever witnessed. The staff is really not doing the line well, it's poorly managed, they randomly skip people in the check out section and it's a huge mess. Having people check out their own customers is slowing this place down. I waited for an hour and had to wait ever longer because of the poor confusion and shit show at check out. A super, super dumb and rude young girl made someone go in front of me after I was first in line and already waiting for an hour. I had my ice cream, ready to check out, dripping down my hand after waiting forever, and she makes some random dude who was behind us in line cut us to pay. I asked, why? This isn't fair. I don't want to wait any longer I've waited enough. I'm here. Check me out. She said no. The person who came in ten minutes after us checked out before us. Added another 5 minutes to the entire process and we were in line before him! My ice cream was completely melted by the time I was able to check out because of the poorly run and poorly managed decision at the pay counter. It was a mess. Whoever the young woman is who was working or managing last night should be fired. She isn't good at this job and it ruined the experience and the ice cream. It was super rude ! A bad call. I tried to speak up but was ignored. Never coming back to this locale. Hire more intelligent people and streamline the check out process with one dedicated cashier read more

On a nice sunny day like today near the beach we decided to stop by cold stones for the first time ever to get some ice cream. We ordered a cup of cheesecake ice cream with cheesecake bites & white chocolate chips in it, A cup of Oreo cookie ice cream & some Reesie's peanut butter cup ice cream with a waffle cone. Upon entering, there were approximately 6-7 customers present, and I was the last in line to place an order. When it was finally my turn, the available young lady directed me to seek assistance from her colleagues wearing glasses, but her colleague was already attending to an order for a group of three. Despite the ice cream being fully stocked and available, she seemed inclined to prioritize restocking. I politely requested my order from her, noting that the other young lady was currently assisting three customers. With hesitation, she did my order. During the service, I observed her handling the trash can, retrieving boxes and silver ice cream tins, and washing her gloves instead of replacing them.There were three employees present: one wearing a black Cold Stone collar, one in a white shirt and wears glasses, and another who washed her gloves instead of changing them. My overall experience was less than satisfactory, especially considering I was on vacation. I hope that the staff will receive better training in customer service and sanitation practices. Geesh, this as if the complicated order and pick-up lines weren't tough enough, the creamery is located in a rough area. It's the middle of the day and you have fights breaking out one after another. Young girls fist fighting with each other and their mother encouraging them on. Very sad. In a matter of minutes, the location was flooded with policemen arresting girls and hauling them away. I will avoid this cold stone at all cost, I've given it several attempts and every single time come out extremely disappointed. Staff is pretty rude, they don't give you the right amount of ice cream, they'll literally fill up half of the cup size you order! Every time I go here the staff are always doing their best and always so kind! Although the store is somewhat compact, the flavors are all easy accessibly seen and they do allow you to try some if you're curious. If you give them a tip, they'll always cheer as well which I think brings a smile to everyones face including customers. read more

I especially loved the delivery service made everything a breeze while I cooked for my party and didn't need to worry about picking up a cake. I see a lot of bad reviews about customer service but honestly it just sounded like a lot of back and forth with customers who weren't ready to spend money on something unique. Art is unique and not everyone can make something so special. (Mind you the cake was well under $200!) I know lots of places that charge for lots more that may have nice designs but not great tasting cake! I will order time and time again, I definitely recommend these wonderful people for ALL cake occasions.

We were seated right away in the way way back of the restaurant. The layout and decor of the place gives it a classic, borderline kitschy vibe. I understand that there was a wait but we weren't even done with our food and she was already taking away my plate so that she could to start cleaning up. I think the thing that I was so astounded by, was that after my husband signed the visa she took it away and then had the nerve to come back two minutes later with the crumpled receipt and ask us if we wanted the copy back. Under her breath but very clearly she said ... because I see there was no tip written on the visa!!! Little did she know that we were leaving a cash tip! So unprofessional! I felt so pushed! Breakfast is an expensive meal and the rush and unprofessionalism of the waitress was truly unbelievable. Sadly I don't think I will return.

Customer service was great, the staff was really kind and made sure to let me know about a promo happening that day so I was able to redeem a free item - how cool! And also let me know about the rest of the month's promos as well. Parking is pretty easy, there is a shared lot with other business, but there were a couple spots open when I came. The items tasted fresh and well made. I got a 7 layer bar, a peanut butter bar, and a seasonal small Bundt cake. I only personally tried both bars, and enjoyed both. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors of things they have.
