Chocolate perfection is my new yummy go to. We get the large and share it. There is some seating inside and outside. There is a bench in front. There is free parking and a nearby parking garage that is also free. Only downside is I hate the way they set up flow of traffic. Its confusing and dangerous. Some lane arent supposed to stop but you cant count on everyone knowing this. Right now they have a nice selection of caramel apples. They also have some chocolates. read more

So upset with the rudeness of the person working tonight. It is only 9:34, store closes at 10...we pull up and park right in front, excited to get ice cream after a long, hot day. The guy inside runs to the back and turns out the lights! If your establishment closes earlier than what is stated on your store, I suggest that the signage be changed OR actually stay open during the hours that are stated! Upset customer. read more

Unfortunately they made my order without telling me they were out of one of the toppings that was listed for what I ordered. The employee who rung in my order was not scheduled that day and only came in " to make herself some ice cream". She was using another employee register code, which made them all struggle to refund my money. They had a good attitude about the situation, but more seasoned customer service oriented workers would benefit this location greatly. read more

Great location, well staffed at key hours, convenient to stop by after shopping or dinner around the area. I don't think some of the staff knows the menu well at all. I don't come often, but when I do I normally order a seasonal favorite and they always look puzzled and stare at the board to find it. Then as they make it they leave things off or question if I want them. Just interesting and could be improved. They are always a mess in there, very unorganized, never seems to be an adult in charge, just young kids struggling to keep up with the business. This is my 5th time ordering from this location and wanting a chocolate dipped waffle bowl, in which they always tell me they are out. How can they be each time? Other locations never have this issue. I think they are just being lazy and not wanting to make them to begin with. This will be my last time visiting here. read more

I decided to drive 25 minutes to get to this cold stone creamery any time I'm near always stop by. Tonight it was 8:40pm when we pull up and we walk up to the door and there's a young lady mopping. We try and open the door and it is locked. I look to make sure of the hours on a white paper with black letters it states it closes at 9pm. While walking away 4 others come and try to open the door. Then as we stand there 3 more cars pull up to get ice cream. More than 20 minutes before close was a lot for ice cream it's not like anyone had to make an entire dinner for a family of 5. With businesses struggling because of Covid-19 and people spending their money carefully, you would think people would be careful concerning their business. I won't be coming here anymore it was a waste of time and gas. I didn't want to give zero stars because you do have great ice cream but tonight was disappointing. read more

Typically, Coldstone is my favorite. The last two times we have been there though, have been quite disappointing. Less than half the flavors were available and no cones or bowls. Of the three workers, two were handling on-line orders and only one poor kid was left to deal with the lengthy line. read more

The store just recently reopened in a new location. They added a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. They were not busy, but we had to wait quite a while. It didn't matter to us this time because we weren't in a hurry, but the people behind us got tired of waiting and left. The ice cream is good, just a bit pricey. read more

I ordered a like it size of peanut butter cup awesome sauce. I was handed a cup a little over 1/2 full instead of the normal flowing over. There was no Reese cup at all in this dish bore did I taste and awesome sauce. A complete waste of money. Over $5 for a partial portion. I will not be going back! I noticed the price increase and reduction in ice cream. I'll just by homemade brand ice cream from now on. read more

Disclaimer, I love Cold Stone so I am a bit bias. Their prices I am not a fan of but it is worth the treat every once in awhile. I stopped by this location after seeing a sign off I-75 that Cold Stone was at this exit. The service was prompt and ice cream tasted great! This location is a combo with Rocky Mountain if you like their chocolate and chocolate apple treats then bonus. The area that it is in has many stores and restaurants that are new or opening soon. It is hard to find Cold Stone in Cincinnati so I was glad to stumble on this location. My favorite combo is the Cake Batter with choc. chips. If you like waffle cones I would recommending upgrading to one as they are good also. read more

I don't mind paying a premium for good ice cream, and Cold Stone's product is excellent, but I do mind bad service. Our third try at this store was Saturday night, and we had the worst experience yet. The server filled up the cup only half way, and she ignored us when we complained. Then, the manager on duty refused to honor a discount that is posted clearly on the web. With Maggie Moos and Graeters in the neighborhood, there's no point going to this store. read more

VERY VERY unhelpful management. I could feel the judgment ooze from the staff as I asked questions & shopped for treats. This would have been an expensive order ((celebrating coworkers birthday)) had they not treated me like they did. I may not have been dressed very snazzy as I work kitchen prep for a local restaurant..... but I sure do love to spend money on good sweats and treats; however it won't be here. read more
