I have not been here in a while and I ordered to pick up and although they were very friendly and fast, when I went in I was kind of grossed out, flies were flying in there, the mixing station was beyond messy, I Didn't even taste ice cream thought it would make me sick so I threw it away. I think a full day of cleaning needs to be placed or just hire someone for that, I understand sometimes it can get busy, but when I used to come in before, it was not like this, and the lines used to be out the door. I love cold stone. It has been my favorite ice cream place since I was a kid. I went to a restaurant a couple doors down but as soon as I parked I knew that I would be coming here for dessert. I walked in on a Thursday around 9pm and the place was spotless I could tell that they just mopped the floor and the two people working said hello and welcomed us right away. We walked up to the counter and I ordered my usual the birthday cake remix in a waffle bowl. It was made perfectly! The perfect amount of ice cream to brownie ratio. Exactly how I like it. This place simply grossed me out! I went there wanting an ice cream yet my first sight.....a mixing slab filled with a variety of ice cream flavors being mixed side by side a large container of peanut butter a bunch of sprinkles and broke. Brownie pieces all over the cold slab. Just nasty to see how the girl was mixing one order after the other without cleaning up. The toppings all messy just a great disaster all over. A true turn off for me. I got my husband a small ice cream $8.77 and it was a mess all melted and dripping . Needless to say I will not be coming back. This place is a wreck. Recently today I've finally came to the Cold Stone, that I stumbled upon while going to Jersey's Mikes and Panera Bread. The staff were extremely enjoyable and were easy to talk to. I have gotten the 'gotta have it size' and the 'Cookie Dough ice cream.' This flavor tasted wonderful, it had vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, and cookie dough. So I guess the ice cream is technically Chocolate Chip Cookie dough, but I don't know. They staff were completely understanding and friendly. The staff understood that I wanted the ice cream shown on the entrance. The staff gave me a cookie dough piece because of how nice I was which was extremely nice and sweet, this is why I would like to become a regular at this Cold Stone. It was an amazing Cold Stone experience which passed my expectations. I will definitely come to this Cold Stone again while passing by to get food at Jersey Mikes and Panera bread. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the enthusiastic employees at this particular Cold Stone location. Every time someone tipped them, they burst out happily in song. Talk about some team spirit! Anyway, that shock aside, there is ample parking and a decent amount of chairs available. Perfect to order an ice cream cone and sit with friends, munching away. A myriad of flavors as well. While Cold Stone in itself may not be my preferred chain, their products are good quality. Had a small, or as they say it a "Like It" size, cup, as I joined my boyfriend and his family. This is probably our family favorite ice cream parlor close to home. Every now and then I try different new flavors of the season, but I always go back to my all time fav the Mud pie : Creamy Coffee ice cream mixed with cookie dough, Oreos & peanut butter! Wow! That combo is a winner! And yes, the best coffee ice cream in town!!! This time I tried the 2 new flavors of the season, cream brûlée & pumpkin spice. Both were nice but I still prefer my mud pie. Luckily we were the only ones there so service was fast & courteous. They have a few tables outside and one or two inside. Overall not a place to sit inside and savor your goodies. Yes when the weather permits, sitting outside is a possibility but I'd rather just do take out or walk out with my ice cream in hand. Note: they take their closing time very seriously. Okay, so a few things. 1) The employees weren't dressed appropriately. Granted, it was 45 minutes before closing but one was wearing a belly shirt and the others weren't wearing anything that even led me to believe they actually worked here. 2) Don't have side conversations with other employees while ignoring the customer. Try and focus on the customer instead of saying to your coworker "omg...I have a picture I need to show you." 3) There were 3 different ice cream sundaes they no longer offer (funnel cake was one of them). You would think there would be a sign stating this, especially since there is a giant picture advertising each of these sundaes on the back wall. 4) Don't turn around your computer screen and say "You can put your tip in." How about rephrasing that by saying "if you would like, you can leave a tip here." I just spent $11 on 2 ice creams, it would therefore be nice to have professional and polite service. P.S. My son is a huge fan of Cold Stone so I always give him gift cards to go there on special occasions. This specific location has excellent customer service. They help you from the moment you walk in until you get your cold creation in your hands. They always have a great selection of ice cream and the topping are kept clean and well stocked. They should create a self service bar for those that want to mix there own toppings in. That would truly add to the fun of visiting Cold Stone. read more

I get Cold Stone several times a year. This location is just less than a mile from my house, and it's convenient when you want some ice cream and don't want it out of your own freezer. Why can I not decide if I actually *like* Cold Stone? When I'm ordering it, I'm very excited, often overwhelmed by the choices and the generally out of tune singing you get when you leave a tip. But, you know what? I've never actually finished my serving of Cold Stone. I've never licked my bowl clean. It's almost too much, too overwhelming. My advice? Get the kiddie size. But...but....but ....but....for the price of a kiddie size, you can go buy a pint. (or 2 McChickens and some blunt wrappers). I will continue to give it a chance, and probably continue to only really want a few bites. If you're a hot boy and wanna take me to Cold Stone and let me just a have a few bites of yours, drop me a line. read more

I Love Cold Stone but the customer service @ this location was very bad and there is a employee (the only one dark skin there on this date (4/13/2017) SCREAMING at the girl like he crazy, other than the other employee that took my order incorrect and did not even offer to change the Ice Cream or add what was missing! So I threw it away and bought another since my kids and my husband were waiting for me. This is one of my favorite ice cream places!! Cold stone ice cream is amazing. The employees at this location are super friendly and funny. The manager Daniel, is very helpful and deserves an A+ for customer service. If you visit coldstone... do yourself a favor and try the CAKE BATTER ICE CREAM!!! The icecream here is so filling that I can't even finish the medium sized cup aka (the love it size). I always convince myself that the small is not enough for me, and regret it when I am halfway through the medium and I can't continue. read more

Nothing is worst than standing in line outside of the store for over 15 minutes adhering to COVID restrictions and the staff telling ou not come in. You see customers walk out and you finally walk into the store to place your order and they reply the store is close. Not only did they have attitude but no communication skills. The Afro American girl rolled her eyes and had the nastiest attitude. It's evident this store does not need the business. Your nasty signs outside the door stating if you are not in by 9pm you are not getting service. It is evident that you do not have the customer in mind.
