Great for when you're craving a cookie but are too tired or lazy to whip up a batch of your own. I usually go and wait in line with all the other sweet tooth craving people but this time I ordered ahead and this is definitely the way to go! I've never been here and not had to wait in a line so the chance to be able to bypass the line is a win-win. My husband and I ordered the OG Glazed which is a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and we also ordered the Dirty Diana (chocolate cookie filled with Nutella). The cinnamon roll was delicious and the frosting was great. Not too overly sweet at all like some cinnamon rolls can be. I've had the Dirty Diana and all I can say is, you're a chocolate and Nutella lover this is the cookie for you! Place is always clean and staff is always nice.
As soon as you walk in you're in sprinkle heaven! We were immediately greeted by a young gentleman as soon as we walked in. I noticed how clean the restaurant is with lots seating available. He gave us suggestions about what to order and was so friendly! We ordered the Dubai chocolate cookie and brookie. Both were so good! So warm and soft. I also like that the cookie is not so big you can't eat it all. It's a good size for one person or even two if you really want to share.
Love the decor (sprinkle filled countertops & table tops. Customer service was on point. Staff were very helpful with choosing and explaining products. We will be back to try other cookies. Cinnamon roll was soft with cream cheese frosting a must try. Brookie was perfection. We did Have to wait about 15-20mi s for our order but worth the wait.
This cookie, to me is the best one yet! It soft and not too sweet. There's brownie pieces on top with a cream cheese icing. So delicious! The waiter was so nice and provided great service and assistance.

They also serve milk and fun signature lattes such as iced cosmic brownie and iced cinnamon toast. However, I wish they also just served plain coffee as that's what I prefer to drink when I'm eating baked goods. The staff is friendly and the service is always prompt. I also appreciate their decor with the pink neon lights and the sprinkles infused tabletops which makes it cool spot to hang out with friends or a special someone.
Ordered delivery day of my party and was a breeze, received the cookies 30 minutes from when they opened. The DoorDash link texted to you makes it easy to put in any delivery instructions. All 3 flavors were perfect for the "chocolate" theme - the S'mores, Brookie, and Cookies & Cream. They are BIG cookies, great for splitting. They taste best fresh, but are also super easy to put in the fridge for the rest of the week, then reheat for 20 seconds in the microwave to get some chocolate gooey goodness back into them. Highly recommend for any of your sweet treat needs!

The employee asked me what cookie I would like to replace it with, I selected Oreo Cheesecake... it's one of the popular flavors. They were so sweet and they added an extra Oreo Cheesecake cookie to my order. It's hard to pick a favorite. I enjoyed the chocolate chip and the cookies & cream. Classic, flavorful, soft, and baked to perfection. The Ava Maria is an original and great for a non chocolate cookie... I loved the guava. You only need a few bites to satisfy your sweet craving. This is a "not to miss" place.

This review is my Elite Experience with Night Owl Cookies. I uploaded their app to place my order. The app is very easy to use. When I arrived to the establishment there was a few people there picking up or placing orders. The young lady that attended me greeted me with a smile and had my order waiting for me. She was very kind and helpful with questions I had. The establishment was nice and bright and clean. Now to the cookies. I got a six-pack which consisted of 2-Ave Maria (guava yumminess), 1-Twix (still drooling), 1-Red Velvet (I like the cookie but not crazy about the topping), Dirty Diana and Cookies & Cream were yummy as well. These cookies are one of the best. There are other cookie places that are around, but the cookies at Night Owl are most likely one of the best. The ambiance is sharp and clean. You can tell this place is new. Their hours are pretty nice too if you ever want a late night snack. The staff doesn't go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. When I came in, someone was decorating cookies and then another staff member walked in a few minutes and didn't say hello and went to the back. I'm usually not one to be a stickler for customer service, but a little more acknowledgment would have given them a perfect review. Maybe it was an off day. But the cookies are worth going back!
I've visited this Pembroke location a handful of times since they've opened a few years ago & it's always been a solid experience. Any time I've gone, whether it's early in the day or closer to 2am, the inside is kept clean & the employees are friendly. After trying most of the big chain cookie companies at this point, I can definitely say Night Owl is in the top 2 of my list. Whether it's their simple sugar cookie dusted with just the right amount of sugar or one of their crazier ones like the S'more with toasted marshmallow, there's plenty to choose from. The thing I like the most about the cookies here is they all have their own unique flavors that work well together; no 2 cookies taste alike. They're also served warm which gives it that extra touch to make them that much more delicious! My only complaint is although they're open until 2:00am, there's been a handful of times that a lot of cookies are sold out by 10:00pm & not re-baked. I can understand why this would happen on days earlier in the week but that shouldn't be an issue Friday-Sunday. This has been a common problem at this location since opening so it's strange that nothing's been changed. With that said, I really enjoy Night Owl & will continue to support them as long as they're here! If you love cookies, this is the place for you.
Visiting this location on a Friday night it's always the beginning of a good weekend! They have a great options for cookies and always fresh and made to order ! The last time I came here, it was about a year ago and my favorite was the cinnamon crunch cookie. Where is she? Today, I opted for the Cookie Buttah cookie. Ironically enough, I was influenced by an Instagram post to try it as today was the last day it would be on the menu. It had some of my favorite add ins , white chocolate, biscoff cookies, etc, and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to try it. I wish it was a regular on the menu. The cookie was very good and sweet and I love the bits of white chocolate and the crispy edges. The cookies are huge so it's definitely shareable! Inside is cute, modern and clean. There wasn't as many customers as the last time I came here so service was speedy. I'll be back again!

Was trying to be good and have a salad at Just Salad but this place looked Too Good to pass up. Ohhh my. 5$ a cookie that's a lot but it's a big cookie with lots of stuff on it or in it. When I have the taste for something sweet, I always stop by Night Owl. There's so many different options for cookies... whether you want something simple or something extra it. The prices are a bit steep!!! Five dollars per cookie is a bit much specially since some cookies are simple - chocolate chip or sprinkles. It's been a hit and mess with my cookies being warm that would be my only complaint. Service has been somewhat fast, but always on the friendly side. Love the decor! Always options for a good photo! I also love the cookie display! For my latest review, I tried the fall in Dubai cookie. It was pretty rich with the chocolate taste which matched perfectly with the pistachio. Maybe I don't get the hype on this place? My review is only of the cookies not the establishment The establishment itself was clean Bright and colorful The employee was plain nothing over the top just polite and here to take your order. The choice in cookies are great if you like this kind of overly sweet taste I ended up going with the OG cinibon Nothing else stood out. Everything was dipped in sprinkles and cereals. I wanted something that was in the middle The OG had cream cheese frosting I asked if the bun would be hot He said yes... but I worried about the consistency of the cream cheese frosting. As I thought it was all melted The frosting itself isn't very sweet It has a cream cheese flavor that's pleasant. The mix of the cinibon with the frosting makes it overly sweet. It left that fake sugar film on your teeth sweet. I don't personally think this place is for us but I'm sure lots of people like it. While wanting something sweet I ordered 2 cookies to try and went with their spider cookie and the s'mores cookie. I ordered both to go and my mom picked them up. Pick up was smooth and quick. The local was clean and not busy. Both cookies were delicious! I couldn't stop eating them. They are big but not to cake like. They were sweet but not overly sweet just perfect. This is my favorite late night cookie spot. You're probably thinking if that's actually a thing. Well I will tell you to order these cookies via Uber eats which is how I usually do it and they will also be your late night cookie spot. There are other cookie stores but I've always loved going to night owl since they opened their first store in miami years ago! Locals have always loved it for good reason and they've expanded over the years because of their quick service and consistent great quality. The store is meant to be a front to get the cookies and go but they have great cookie aspired decore. My kids love it and I go here very often and always will! read more

My fav spot to satisfy my cookie cravings in Pembroke Pines. This location of Night Owl is right across Pembroke Lakes Mall at the intersection of Hiatus & Pines Blvd, in the same row as Just Salad and Jimmy John's. I always find myself craving the Dirty Diana which has their signature chocolate dough, stuffed with Nutella! I love that they have cereal milk, such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch & Fruity Pebbles, that pair so well with cookies. Not sure if they just recently added ice cream to their menu but what a great addition! You can get ice cream with their warmed cookies. Last visit, I got to try my friend's sundae with the Dirty Diana and their Tahitian Vanilla... YUM. The inside is small but has ample seating in case you want to enjoy your sweet treat inside. read more

Food: yummy and creative Service: good Ambience: cute I went here because I had a late night craving for something sweet and this place answered the call. They live up to the name - they don't close until 2 a.m. on a Sunday night. Plus, they have free parking in abundance in the plaza, and this location is right next door to a salad spot if you wanna balance this out with a clean/healthy meal. They have so many fun and delicious sounding cookies that it's hard to pick a flavor and not go crazy with all the variety. Please be aware that the later you go the higher the risk of them running out of the flavor you want. I got the Ave Maria, red velvet, chocolate chip and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I waited a few minutes (maybe 5-10), but it was worth it to receive warm cookies in a cute box. You can grab your cookies to go or stay to enjoy them in their little dining area with sprinkle-filled table tops. What a cute spot to grab a sweet treat. What is there to say about Night Owl that hasn't already been said? Night Owl has a great variety of cookie options and the staff is always nice and helpful, ready to answer your questions and give recommendation on selection. Depending on when you go this location may have tricky parking but trust me it's worth it. The store itself can get packed (high demand = high traffic) but l've never felt like it was too crammed in there. There is usually good music playing overhead so the wait is never too bad. Once you get to the front though, be ready for one of the best cookies you've had! My personal favorite is the Red Velvet. Like the name states Night Owl is open late to service those late night cravings. Store hours are 7 days a week 11am-2am. Do yourself a favor and stop in soon! read more

I am so glad this place finally opened because now I can get my cookie craving whenever I want (up until 2 in the morning even!) The whole schtick about this place is that it is open late for all your warm cookie needs. They have some amazing specialty cookies and I decided to try four different ones on my first visit here. I believe they are made to order because the toppings were all fresh and tall the cookies were warm when they were served to me after a little wait. I decided to try the red velvet cookie, the cinnamon toast crunch, the rainbow over bedrock and the chocolate chip. The red velvet was heavenly and the size was amazing. It is red velvet dough with a cheesecake filling. The filling was amazing and the perfect amount! It was also not overly sweet which is great in my opinion as well. The cinnamon toast crunch was very tasty and they had cereal on top, and it was fresh and crunchy unlike other places where the cereal is usually soft and stale by the time you get and eat it. The chocolate chip cookie was basic but still amazing and the gooeyness was wonderful about it. The rainbow over bedrock was good but my least favorite because it was your generic sprinkle cookie. The redeeming factor was that the cereal was also fresh and crunchy and the white chocolate inside of it was amazing! Decent prices for cookies and they also have drinks as well. I think I will order a milk next time I am here to wash these cookies down with for sure! read more

This is it! If your looking for the best cookie place in town look no further. They a great selection hitting all the favorite cookies. They also have a cookie of the month. So each month a new cookie is introduced. It's located in a business complex. Therefore plenty of street parking is available. The cookies are affordable prices. You go in place you order, pay and wait for your name. I waited maybe about 10 mins for them to call me. They also have ice cream. If you would to like to pair with your cookie. I will be returning. I am a frequent cookie eater (you would know if you followed me just for a day lol) I don't shy away from sweets. So when Night Owl opened up by my job I knew I had to check them out. This cookie shop is located in Pembroke Pines and upon walking in you are hit with a decorative and vibrant shop filled with a hot pink owl and sprinkles everywhere. My daughter absolutely loved it! It has a fun vibe. A great spot to come and hang out for sure! The cookies here are sold individually so it can be a bit pricy. I decided to try out four of their cookies. The dirty Diana, cookies and cream, birthday cake, and brookie. The cookies on display are just that, on display and the ones you order are retrieved from the back. I'm bummed that you can't see the kitchen or the boxing. But hey, that's just me. I found the cookies to be good, but, honestly, not as fresh as I would have hoped. I didn't go during a super busy night it was honestly empty so I was surprised that they weren't warm or as fresh as I thought that would be. As a cookie lover I was slightly disappointed in the quality. However, as a true cookie lover. I'm not giving up just yet. We'll see what happens after round two! read more
