Cold Stone creamery is hands down our favorite ice cream spot, franchise or not. So we have tried a few in the area. This one seems a bit older from the inside although it's clean, I think it's just the choice of flooring. The shopping area is a great location with many other places nearby including Costco. I'm excited to see they now offer an almond milk ice cream option for my son with a milk allergy. I dont know if all locations have this deal- but we went in and they had buy one love it size (medium) and get a kids size free with 1 topping! This was exciting because the medium was good for us both adults plus the small for our kids. Only weird thing was there was four of us and the girl only gave us 2 spoons, seemed like they're stingy with the spoons behind the counter so I felt bad returning again and again for spoons. read more

I love Cold Stone Creamery!!!! Unfortunately, the closest location to my house is about 35 miles away. Whenever I see one I try to take advantage and indulge. Every location has some different flavors... This one had peanut butter cookie dough Yum!! All of their flavors of ice cream are sinful. I love mixing coffee and banana together... So good. I am also a big fan of the peanut butter and chocolate combinations, as well as their version of a mud pie. I am sure there's sherbet so amazing, however I have never tried any yet. read more

This is the second time we have been in within a few months apart. The ice cream is good but visit 1 we were served the smallest portions which is ridiculous considering what they charged there but that wasn't a normal occurrence so we gave them another try. This time we overcharged, this could have been prevented. The employee was hard to understand with her accent and she clearly had a hard time understanding us and the menu. She tried to serve us the wrong ice-cream twice, my kids ordered rocky road but wanted to add waffle cones. She charged me for two gotta have its for my children and tried to say it was because the got the cones. No the menu says pick a size and add a cone. Kids should not automatically be served the biggest size because they added a cone. Then I ordered a like it and she made it then asked me if she could just put it in the love it container, I assume for space although it would have been just right in the container I ordered. I only realized that she had overcharged me after I paid and sat down with my family to eat our ice cream. My bill was $50 for my 2 kids and 2 adults. So I walked over and asked her about how she over charged me for mine and over served/charged me for the kid's. She calls her boss and has a conversation on speaker phone with him and they are speaking a different language until I hear him say " only give her the dollar back,nothings free!!" We ordered a cake here for my sisters 40th birthday. It looks like we made it at home and let it sit out for too long and put it back into the freezer. It doesn't make any sense why a place of business such as Cold Stone would allow an ice cream cake to look like this, when it was preordered. The cake is also cracked and you can tell it's been iced over. It was literally an inch and a half tall. The sad part about this, this isn't the first time this specific Cold Stone has let us down. Thanks for ruining a birthday once again. This is the last time we buy anything from this Cold Stone. The two girls working Saturday night, 11/19, were such airheads and just shouldn't be working in customer service. Jennifer more than the other girl who wasn't wearing a name tag. We walked in, weren't greeted while we stood in line for 20 minutes. They were moving SO SLOW, when they should have been going quick for the six people who were in line. Then, Jennifer needed to move a hose? Not sure what that was about, but then she decided to start working on someone else's ice cream immediately after when I stopped her and asked if she was going to wash her hands after touching equipment- that was clearly on the floor- and she replied "but it's clean..." and then she turned around and washed her hands. Then finally, she shoved the ice cream in the size cup I got, and while she was wiping it down and trying to shove the lid on when I finally asked her if that was going to be a disaster when I opened it. She couldn't even answer me and she looked at her coworker and she said "not if you put it in the freezer first." Well I wish I looked at the reviews before I came here! I was craving ice cream (prego problems) I usually go to Loards because they are the best and I've been going to them since I was a kid, but I didn't feel like going that far. I came in here and ordered one of the sundaes they have, the girl said, can you order something else, I don't know how to make that you work in a freaking ice cream place how do you not know how to make that!! So I ordered something else, the girls response was, I don't have whip cream and I can't remember what else she said they didn't have. After finally making two ice cream orders(took her over ten minutes), I also ordered and small tub, she spent five minutes trying to figure out how to get the ice cream in the freaking tub, then while paying I noticed they had the tubs with all the cones, open so there were flys all over them, thank God I didn't order a cone!
