Took a couple of friends here after the FL Panthers game around 1110pm. The ice cream store was hopping but the line was moving quickly. Except for the Panther loss the customers seem to be happy. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from, in addition to fantastic sweet candy toppings. We chose our ice cream flavor of chocolate with Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and a few other flavors. We watched our ice cream maker go to work on the ice cold slab - part of the experience at Cold Stone. The masterpiece was complete and paid $6.45 for a small size. Back in the day, that was the price of the "Gotta Have It" LOL... those days are long gone... We sat inside and started chatting while eating our delish cold treat, BUT, the five employee girls were having a way better time, literally screaming behind the counter, overpowering our voices, for a full ten minutes - they were having a blast, so the great experience became an annoyance and we left early aggravated, which could have been avoided. No way a manager was on staff, I sure hope not for the owner's sake. The bathroom was very clean and the ice cream was tasty. Not sure if I would come back to this location. Would have given a strong 4 star rating but due to the blatant disrespect for customers, sadly I simply cannot. I am a loose rater but unfortunately only 2.6 stars here at this point. read more

YUM! This ice cream is the best. Great quality, yummy flavors, and a HUGE selection of toppings. Every time I come here there is always a long line. However, they are always properly staffed and try their best to keep the line moving. I especially love that there are so many options with the menu items. You can choose from shakes, sundaes, scoops, cones, cups and not only can you select from a list of specialty combinations, you can also create your own! This location still isn't allowing any inside dining, but they do have tables outside. You can also get lids and take your ice cream to go. Stopped in with family for a sweet treat. Did you know they have Silk Chocolate Almond Milk flavored ice cream? It was news to me! Any-who, it was quiet inside. Only one group ahead of mine. We went today 10/06/2024 around 4:30pm. We got two items from the menu, a milkshake and an ice cream. For the ice cream, they barely mixed in the toppings. She just folded the ice cream with laziness and unwillingness to be there. It was a very sad ice cream. The milkshake was supposed to have cookies in it and we saw her put two (2) cookies for a large size shakes. It just tasted like thickened milk. Then, she blunted proceeded to ask us for a tip. This has to be the worst Coldstone I have ever been too! There are 4 ppl behind the counter, no one in the store, 3 of us walk in and no one made an attempt to help us. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I came with my INDIAN family on Saturday and it wasn't that busy I believe. Immediately I felt a shift in the atmosphere, we were given the most rudest and RACIST comments you can imagine. The worker acted as if we weren't there, as if she was in her own bubble with her other co-workers saying very hurtful things. Like "I'm not taking them, they stink like curry", "I'm not taking these damn Indians". Even after all that we stood there WAITING TO BE SERVED. I just spent 20 dlls on icream... for my kid. -me and my son playfully walking in, was not greeted girl gave me the worst look, as she kept doing other things while place was EMPTY - I waited for her, said HI!! and nothing... same angry face, no response. So, I ignore it... -My kid gets so excited about the toppings, (with same half asleep face like she didnt give a f) she just points out toppings, no words, just procedes to do the most half*ss icecream I've ever seen. Well, two of them... -Procedes to ring me out as I see the price of this " wonderful sugary experience " for $20 plus tips which I promised myself I wouldnt give but I still did. - I felt so robbed I had to say something, so I told her I work in the same industry and how bad it felt she completely ignored us and just never replied a single word thought it all. NOT LYING, this girl looks at me in disbelief as she still could find a single word to reply, just dumbstruck! If you are up for a good ice cream thats the place!!! When we got over there , the line probably had four people in front of us, 3 minutes later a huge line of at least 10 people behind us! Cool thing about it, is even tho they don't have on their menu anymore you still can order some ice creams that they used to sell on the past, for example my wife's favorite is the Strawberry Rendezvous they told me that could do it, at the same time, they ran out of strawberry ice cream so we couldn't get the one we wanted . Despite the large amount of people who were there to buy ice cream, the employees provided great customer service and gave everyone their ice cream in a timely manner. Today, as I was driving through Sunrise on Nob Hill Road, I asked Siri to take me to the nearest one and within a short six minutes, I was there! Located in a nice shopping plaza with a Winn-Dixie marketplace and so many other stores, there is plenty of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating, as well as the great selection of cakes, cupcakes, brownies, toppings and lots of ice cream that we expect from the chain. Their restroom was spotless, but the customer service needs improvement, as I stood in front of the counter and both of the attendants took two other customers on each side, overlooking me. There is always a line when I come here (usually at night). They aren't very friendly. They don't sing anymore. There are very few tables and you can barely sit in the tables inside because of the lines. The prices are crazy expensive for the size you get. But the ice cream is delicious and I love all the mix ins you can get. My favorite combination is the cheesecake ice cream with strawberries, banana and pound cake. The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star, is because the manager tonight resolved the issue as best she could. My husband and I order from here like multiple times a week. And obviously is a little ticked (but respectful) letting the manager know happened. As he's standing there, he over hears the two employees talking about him to each other! Sorry cold stone! This is a great place for ice cream but not at this location..... I simple asked for vanilla and kitcat.... the girl who served us could not be more unhappy. I asked for extra kitcat and all she kept saying is "that's extra, that's extra" when she finally put the extra kitcat.... she barely crush them.... when I got my ice cream the kitcat was almost whole.
