I ordered a love it milkshake they didn't have the correct cup so Justin said would it be ok if I gave you 2 - I am said ok no problem While the shift manager decided that he had to place it in a like is size she squeezed it in -(mind you that became messy) to a like it but really didn't work and they put the rest in a cup for herself and I paid for the size I order she sat there and drank it. I called corporate one week later no response that they charged me for love it size and gave me a like it NO RESPONSE from the manger or corporate. They clearly are ok with ripping people off .... I don't recommend this location as they should have the correct sizes and I shouldn't have to pay for someone else to drink my drink that I ordered. The ice cream is much more thick than a typical ice cream. I ordered the strawberry. It is delicious. You pick your flavor and topping and then they are mixed together. I had the walnut topping. I decided to have it in a cup but they also have a few different cones to choose. They also have smoothies. It is amazing ice cream but had a cost.... It is very very fattening. Enjoy but watch it :) The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found it also fun to watch them make my ice cream creation. I visited this location on September 16, 2020 about 6pm and when my daughter and I walked in we were totally ignored by a white young girl who was working at the time. We waited at the top of the line for her to acknowledge us but as soon as a white lady entered with another young girl the worker immediately said hello and proceeded to assist them. This Coldstone is decent enough, but on the small side. They have a handful of tables inside and outside, so you can eat in if you want to. If you've been to one Coldstone, you've been to them all and know the drill. It is a chain, after all. Choose the ice cream, choose the size, choose the mix-in(s), and they mix it together on the "cold stone" right in front of you. The set menu of creations is a good place to start on your first visit. As for sizes, I always get the "like it" (small) size. Anything larger is just way too big! My only complaint about this Coldstone is that they don't seem to change flavors much - it's always the same ol', same ol' whenever you visit. Don't forget that you can try before you buy: ask for a sample spoon or two if a flavor catches your interest and they'll happily oblige you. I love Coldstone. I have to pick this one because it's the closest location to my home. But as far as the customer service here- I feel like it all depends on whether the person assisting has experience. Through the years the service has become worse. When we went today the girl ringing us up wasn't sure if she mixed up my order because it looked very similar to someone else's. There was a long line of people so she asked a colleague for a second opinion and took the chance. I do have to admit that it is more so her coworkers fault for putting all the ice creams together. Unfortunately though I ordered a founders favorite which has brownie and almonds ... she gave me an order with Apple and fudge. During COVID19 we can't stay and eat it so I found out once I was home and at this point it was too late. I called the location and there was no answer. I enjoy the various combos available at Coldstone, as well as the creamy consistency of the ice cream. It is rather on the pricier side, however, definitely worth it every so often. Whenever I walk in, I instantly smell the alluring sweetness of their waffle cones being made etc. I am usually greeted by staff with the usual "welcome to coldstone", and have experienced decent service thusfar. Seating is limited, but I guess the idea is for guests to sit and enjoy their ice cream, and then be gone. I don't think it's supposed to be like Starbucks a few doors down where milling about is encouraged, with more seating options. I usually have the peanut butter cup perfection with Fudge truffle ice cream and I add roasted almonds, in the "like it" size. Pretty delicious! read more

I honestly do love ice cream so I try to avoid this place as often as possible. However, while having lunch with some friends they decided we "needed" to get some ice cream. Trust me, I never "need" to get ice cream. I ordered a child's portion of something like chocolate truffle, it was awesome. I could have clearly gotten something much larger with toppings but I opted not to. If you have never been to Cold Stone, you basically choose your flavors, then choose your toppings, and then they mix it all up on a cold stone and serve it in either a cup or a cone. Your choice. Really disappointed. I placed an order on Uber eats and I meant to request in the comments that they mix in a second different flavor... realized once I placed the order that I had forgotten to do so. I tried canceling and reordering but the order was already in progress. So I called, several times, with no answer. I understand they're busy, but I work in an ice cream place myself and we always answer the phone, even if we need to ask our customer to hold for a moment. (I felt for cold stone ice cream this time instead of my own). No answer. I tried reaching out to the Uber driver to see if maybe she could ask them, she said no problem but to keep calling. I called again & finally spoke to someone. Her response was 'it's already made.' I was shocked and before I could ask them to remake it for me, I said okay and she hung up. I tried calling again, no answer. Uber driver said she tried asking them to add it in once she arrived, but they already packed it and were super busy... The girl who answered the phone should have offered to remake it, or even add a bit of the other flavor to it.... Even if it is busy, or a bit of an inconvenience. Very disappointing. I went to eat ice cream with my daughters on 6/27 in the afternoon and the service was very bad, it really took alot away from the experience. The girl that was working at the time had no patience with my daughters and was making alot of faces with attitude when they were choosing theyre ice cream flavors. Compared to other Coldstone Creameries I've been to, this one is right up there with a friendly staff, clean store and fresh toppings. Came here wit my mom and daughter an ice cream cone in the afternoon. My daughter tried the vanilla and right away complained she did not like it. We purchased the sweet cream...same thing. I thought it was her pickiness at first but when I tasted both of those and mine (chocolate yogurt), the ice cream had a slight sour taste to it. Almost as if it was not fresh. Went with my wife, the place is dirty inside and outside!! Trash on the floor! The guy at the counter Tony is his name! Not even a hello or welcome!! Came up to us and just stood there no words! I told him just a sec. He walked away for about 5 min then came back, I told him what my wife wanted and walked away with out letting me tell him what I wanted. When he came back 2 min later I told him she doesn't want that anymore and I want the churros! He looked at me annoyed, and said we don't have churros!! Ok sorry to bother you at work! As he was preparing the two orders he was throwing the cups arounds and sorta slamming them, all of this time Tony was not wearing any gloves. I work in retail and I handle food! The state requires anyone working with ready to eat food to wear gloves at all times!!! Even if you are putting ice cream in a cup, he was still touching the inside of the cup!! We got our order $15 for some brownie and lava cake with ice cream. Not the best flavor ice cream I've ever had!! Sorry Cold Stone we wont be coming back. Not to this location at least!!!
