Been waiting for my to go order for over 20 minutes. They will not make any to go orders as long as there is a line of customers. Just tried to give me someone else's order and still have not even started the order. read more

Honestly, the ice cream is good, and the place seems clean. I'm just frustrated that they aren't fixing their pricing. They have charged me a higher price on pre mixed ice cream since last fall. I tell them it says a different price on their freezer. They agree, shrug their shoulders, and say their owner doesn't fix it. If they can have something wrong for that long and not care, I'm guessing there are lots of other things they don't care about as well. read more

We ordered delivery and paid a total of 20 extra dollars to have the ice cream delivered between the driver tip and the delivery. Cold Stone for forgot one of our ice creams. I call them to see if they could make it, but told us they couldn't deliver it. When I asked for a refund, they told me they could only give it to me in cash. The whole reason we ordered delivery is because we couldn't get down there. Now we are $10 short on the ice cream that was missing and another $20 short on a tip and delivery fee. read more

I usually love Cold Stone. For some reason though, today I got the Sweet Cream with Gummy Bears and it kind of tasted freezer burned. Super odd. But the staff were nice and I'll definitely go again. I'll just maybe pick a different flavor next time. read more

Well I love ice cream so naturally I love this place. I think that Coldstone does a good job at creating great cups of happiness. I mean when you put ice cream and delicious toppings and mix them all together... how can it not be delicious? exactly. There are so many choices! They have signature items (which are more pricey) that have lots of great toppings and are just super good concoctions. I love the german chocolate cake one the best! Or you can make your own. I love getting vanilla with peanut butter and bananas! Or if you are really feeling lame, you can just get a scoop! They also have lots of other options for desserts, if you want more than just ice cream. The girls working here were very friendly and great! They let us stay and eat after they were closed. If you sign up for email, they will send you coupons all the time! read more

I have to give this location a two star. We waited in line for 30 minutes. There were only two workers and one was making online/app orders. So the one helping in store customers seemed to be just fine with a long line of customers and didn't seem to care about it. Very disappointed in her lack of efficiency. read more

We hit up Cold Stone Creamery twice during my last visit to Poky and the first visit was great! They really load up the waffle cup with all of the proper ingredients. I had "The Pie Who Loved Me." It was huge. When we paid for the ice cream we noticed a separate, almost obscured menu with some added specialty items. They had this Churro Caramel whipped cream thing that I didn't see earlier. I made a mental note and we left. A few days later we came back and I ordered the churro caramel contraption and my girl ordered the strawberry funnel cake thing. We were disappointed as hell. The churros and funnel cakes are frozen. I figured that they would unfreeze or properly thaw out during the heating process but they didn't. It was a chore to eat through the thing and I was left feeling bummed. You don't freeze the fucking churros! Or funnel cakes for that matter. I could still taste the freezer. I almost wanted to go to Costco to buy a proper churro, chop it up, and top my cup with it. That's why I've deducted 1 star from the overall rating. Don't mess with my churro. My girl mentioned that they probably don't sell many of those specialty items since the entrance and the way it's laid out make you go to the far left to select your ice cream instead of walking forward. The specialty menu is located right behind the cash register. No one can see it until they have already ordered something else. It makes sense why they may not sell much of these. In closing - the ice cream was great, the caramel churro and strawberry surprise funnel cake dishes were not. read more

If you have never been to coldstones, you should go--they are fun and tasty. They are closed on Sundays.

Slow service and they didn't have what we wanted. Then we come back the next night and still didn't have what we wanted. I left very frustrated. Twin falls cold stone is much better!! read more
