The ice cream was really creamy with lots of toffee chunks and a delicious coffee flavor. The waffle cone was crunchy and was a little thicker than one's I've had in the past. I liked it because it didn't get soggy and stayed crunchy to the very end I only have a couple of complaints. The ice cream had some coffee grinds blended in the ice cream which added some bitter flavors. My second complaint is the menu board looked like it was written by a fourth grader. Spend some money on a proper menu board or learn some hieroglyphics.

The choices in yogurt were decent, about ten or so including a salted caramel that went into my bowl. Over to the toppings, which could use some care. The wet toppings were a little untidy with some items mixed with others. I would be concerned about nut allergies if I had a nut allergy. There was plenty of them in the dozen or so containers but the counter and the areas in between needed a good wipedown. Dry toppings were in better shape but only peanuts and no other nuts. Also the Skittles were not labeled as such. Mom managed to confuse those with M&Ms and had to pick them out. The store itself was clean and peaceful. Tables were clean, trash bins weren't full and the parking lot had no litter.

It was so random - I've never seen square scooped ice cream before and I had to try it! The ice cream here was good, I saw in Shay's post (hi Shay!) that it's Farr's Ice Cream and not house made, but it was delicious and I really liked the mint chocolate chip ice cream I got. One adult scoop was plenty. The kid's cones don't get the square ice cream, much to my partner's daughter's dismay, so if the kiddos want the square scoop, order the one scoop instead of the kid's cone. We also got some of their fudge, and it was apparently made fresh that morning! We got a square of the raspberry chocolate fudge and the peanut butter chocolate fudge - both were really delicious. I'm a peanut butter chocolate girlie so that was my favorite out of the two. Cute little mom & pop shop in the middle of town. It was pretty busy for a chilly winter day, so I'd imagine it gets crazy here in the summer. I'll be back here the next time we're in town!

This unassuming bakery offers some amazing delights that are the product of lots of love and hard work. Nathan Chandler and his business partner work tirelessly to fill their pastry case daily with imaginative delights. Nathan was recently the winner of a baking competition featured on Netflix. People have come from all across America to sample his creations. Brownies. Cookies. Croissants. Macrons and a host of tasty treats come through the shop every day. In addition, Nathan is a cake baking extraordinaire and supplies cakes and bulk pastries to patrons thought the valley. Called ahead to order in bulk. The pastry case often sells out before the day is over and what you see is what you get. Saturday morning has been known to see a line form before the doors even open. Be patient and generous. Nathan and Co are a small operation and bake to bring quality goodness to the area. They are not about quantity over quality. Check out his IG site as well for daily offerings. This is a must whenever we come to Pocatello.

The staff was very nice and helpful in getting me set with the bagels. I'm pretty plain when it comes to bagels so had to get their suggestions in regards to the type of bagels and cream cheese that are popular. There are a few seats where you can eat inside as well if you're not in a hurry. My customer did appreciate and ate the bagels during the training and seemed happy so they must've been good :)
