When we got the cakes home, we realized the writing was spelled incorrectly, was very messy, and our daughters' names weren't even included. We called the store and simply asked if the cakes could be exchanged for two blank ones so we could have the messages written correctly. Unfortunately, that request was denied, and we were told the only option was to bring the cakes back so they could be fixed.
