POOR SERVICE Cookies are always great but customer service is poor! No one acknowledges you when you walk in, or even says anything if you make eye contact. They all look miserable to work there. Wow what a surprise to find that Crumbl had opened up in Poky right in the Costco parking lot. We were thrilled! We arrived on a Friday afternoon and the place was pretty busy, however the staff had everything covered and the line moved quickly. They had the cookies of the day set out so you could see easily what was available and what they would look like. We ordered and waited just a few minutes for them to grab our cookies and put the final touches on them with icing and cookie crumbles etc. The price was fair for each single cookie costing three dollars, but the value was buying four for ten dollars which is what we did, times two. The sugar cookie is served chilled, which is weird to me, but maybe that's a thing? The cookie itself had a nice buttery flavor, and the icing was the typical buttercream. Overall it was a solid sugar cookie. The rest of the cookies were all served warm with crisp edges and soft chewy centers, just the way a cookie should be. Also these are very large cookie, definitely big enough to share. Muddy Buddy cookie was peanut butter with a chocolate center. It reminded me of those peanut butter blossom cookies with the Hershey's kiss in the middle that I eat at Christmas time. White chocolate Macadamia was typical for that type. Tasted good, just not my favorite of the bunch. Chocolate chip was tasty but too sweet. I'm a semi-sweet chocolate gal, and these were milk chocolate. Too sweet for my taste, kind of one note. Needs something to balance out the sweetness. S'mores was good, not great. Needs more marshmallow flavor, but otherwise was pretty good. The best of the bunch, hands-down our family's favorite was the Oreo. Cream cheese frosting on a perfectly cooked chocolate cookie. Absolutely divine. The winner, the one we will go back for without a doubt. This place is great if you love cookies and don't feel like making a batch at home. Better than A Cookie Place. They do the cookies right here, they could improve them a bit, but that's just my opinion. read more

I have seen advertising on Instagram and have been wanting to check out their cookies. Walked in and the staff was super nice. Decided to get the box of 4 cookies, peanut butter and jelly, sugar, churro and s'more. The box was heavy and I cant believe how extremely good the cookies are. So flavorful and no way can you sit and eat one whole. My son and I took slices because, well we wanted to try them all and they are huge. Very good! What an excellent treat! read more

Super great, big cookies and a cheery team make it inviting and worth it! Not gonna lie, I was a Crumbl doubter before I tried it. But then I got my cookies and my life was changed. Personally I think their sugar cookie is pretty standard, but still good. Their chocolate chip cookies on the other hand is phenomenal. It's chewy, chocolatey, kinda buttery, and all around amazing. It's big enough to fill you up. My only complaint is not being able to try the ice cream. I don't wanna commit to an expensive ice cream before I know if it's good or not. read more

I have purchased cookies many times with no issues, however, Monday of this week I purchased a 4 piece box for my son's and in the afternoon and the boys both ate their oreo cookie but waited until Tuesday to try the lemon cookies. Tuesday morning was very upsetting because my youngest son's father who is in stage 4 cancer was rushed to Portnuf ER and admitted to ICU due to severe breathing issues we had to remain in ICU until yesterday evening. Obviously my mind was NOT on cookies or calling about the bad cookies until this morning when I did call and initially was very kindly addressed by an employee who represented herself as being one of the managers and told me just to bring in the two cookies BOTH my boys said "tasted funny" and I could pick two different ones out. The employee asked me when I'd be in and I explained I'd be in slightly after 11am when my older boy finished football practice, and she told me if she was not in, she would leave a note for the other manager and employees. When I arrived I sent my older son in because I was on phone with family and he came strait back out saying, "they wouldn't do it" so I preceeded to go back in and explained that I had been in contact with a manager earlier and was argued with and told no, and further told because the cookies were purchased Monday, no exchange would be given. I kindly but very upset explained our family situation with my younger sons father being in hospital ICU , yet NEITHER "manager" (girls looking no more than 20 years old) had one shred of compassion about our family situation or circumstances!!! WHO DOES THAT??!! I explained I would **NEVER** buy another cookie there, nor would I recommend them to anyone and I'd be sure ANYONE I know finds out how we were treated! I'm an attorney and do consulting work and have worked my entire life before law school in customer service related jobs and NEVER seen or experienced this level of degrading disrespect from ANY BUSINESS! I invite the owner of this Crumbl Cookie location to pull their video and watch what happened instead of just listing to teens/immature young people lie to cover for their disgusting behavior. No customer should EVER have to deal with that type of treatment!! And over just 2 replacement cookies!! I did NOT ask for a refund, I brought back the two bad cookies what tasted peculiar and just wanted an exchange. **DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WHO IS FINE TREATING ANY CUSTOMER IN THIS FASHION! On top of all this, them employee manager I had spoken to when I called initially called me by name and knew my account so not like I was new and I've never had a complaint any other visit. Had to try the new cookie shop in town. Was open for less than a week so the line was long, whatever, it was worth it and the ladies working handled it well! My cookie monster husband was impressed by both choc chip cookies (semi sweet and milk choc). The pb was yummy and the sugar, we figured might as well get a box (4 cookies) to try and the price goes down per cookie the more you buy. Looking forward to seeing what other flavors they have and getting the key lime next time it's available. read more
