The ice cream is good, but $12.99 for one ice cream taco??? It was less ice cream than you get in a cup! And it wasn't advertised anywhere, so we didn't know the price until they were ringing us up.

I love going to cold stone after this warm day I decided to get a cake batter milkshake and it was great no complaints at all they use real cake pieces and it was the right consistency. The service was quick but I wasn't super busy so I'm not sure how it is on busy days. But overall they haven't let me down yet!

It took about 300 years for us to order. we were standing there waiting for them to take our order and they took the orders of like 5 people that were behind me. I had to go out of my way to ask them to order. the ice cream was mega MID. was 100% not clinch these cheeks, almost CLAPPED. my ice cream was dripping everywhere it was like half melted. this was not 10/10 experience. it was ratchet inside the building. lowkey speed stick level MUST. couldn't find the bathroom my friend almost peed her pants. i really needed to drop a fat spookie dookie in the potty but the potty was no where to be found. my ice cream was like chunky and i felt like i was going to throw up.

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 4 Location: 4 Decor/ambiance: 4 Customer Service: 3 Jeeeezzz Luisss... talk about packed on a Mother's Day Sunday! The line went out the door and down the isle (which is a good thing). The team of workers did a great job getting everyone in and out. The shop sits in a busy complex so parking can be a challenge during peak hours. The staff was nice but I don't think listened that well. I asked for my ice cream in a cone and i was given a cup instead... My friend with us was handed her ice cream by a gentlemen working where he literally gently tossed it across the counter where ice cream landed on her dress and the floor. Maybe the team was overwhelmed with the influx in business... I'm sure we will catch them another time and service will be better. The ice cream was great. There is a nice area to sit that overlooks a pond out front. Check them out!

Business will bloom depends on how the staff run your business everyday. This place needs more friendly staff. I promise people start running away from this place if you have a grumpy associate...

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the staff was pleasant from the moment we walked in. Even during breakfast hours, there wasn't a long wait. The shop itself is beautiful. There's an antique cash register near the counter that adds so much character, and I love that the menus are handwritten. Their merchandise is really cute, and they also make gourmet marshmallows. Everything in the case looks and tastes gourmet and made from scratch. They even offer wedding cakes. My total for breakfast for myself and coworker came to $18, which I found very reasonable. The iced Americano was strong in the best way. You can actually taste the espresso, and it didn't taste watered down or cheap at all. The only downside is that they don't serve whipped cream for iced coffee. The almond croissant was perfect. Sweet and buttery on the inside, crunchy on the outside with that lightly crisp, sugary layer that gives i texture. It was balanced and done just right. Overall, a solid breakfast spot with quality pastries and great pricing. I'd definitely stop in again.

The chocolate brownie is thick and rich, but not too sweet, and the marshmallow cream is divine, especially with the ice cream. A lot of their drinks and gin based, which I'm not the biggest fan of, but I always find something I can enjoy. The service is great and relatively quick, and everyone I've met there is kind and willing to help. The inside is a bit small, so smaller crowds are better and it does tend to get crowded later in the evening and on weekends. The outside street sitting area is nice too and hopefully will be fully fixed soon. Overall a great places to stop for drinks and desserts after a nice meal! And the menu rotates seasonally so you'll always have the chance to try something new!

We were honestly a little overwhelmed by all the options, but he gave us an extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable walk-through of the menu, helped us narrow down drinks, and absolutely crushed the recommendations. The desserts were great, the drinks were even better, but Brandon was easily the highlight of our experience. He was kind, helpful, sharp, and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. Five stars all around. We'll definitely be back.

Little did I know Cupcake Stop Shop had quietly opened, tucked away in an indoor area of multi-vendors in Moore Square. I noticed they were listed as a vendor at the upcoming Yelper party, and finding myself in the area for First Friday, I eagerly pounced on a preview. It's a tiny and unassuming shop -- in many ways it feels like it's still growing into its decor and intended atmosphere. But the cheery tower cupcake display on the right and the filled cases at the cashier counter both pulled me in. I ended up with a half-dozen flavors (spurred on by the huge variety, as well as a Yelp deal!) and a couple of cake truffles (think: mini cake balls). The owner is incredibly nice and personable, and I have to credit her with having both the creativity and dedication to churn out so many different varieties... a definite strength of this shop. But I feel I'm becoming a bit of a cupcake snob -- as you may gather from my lengthy, growing list of cupcake reviews -- and there were a few things that fell short for me with these... size-wise, they are more petite than most, but I think that the reasonable price reflects this. The main fault with the cupcakes is in the sweetness. I know some will call me crazy: It's a cupcake -- of course it's sweet! But I think mastering the cupcake (and flavors like Chocolate Covered Strawberry) is all about mastering the balance of the flavors of the cake, the filling, the icing, and the chocolate drizzle. Instead of getting a harmonious blend of tangy strawberry, creamy whipped topping, sweet yet summery cake, chocolate bitters, I just felt like I got a lot of sugar. And this was true of most of the flavors. Of the bunch, my favorite was definitely the Snickerdoodle (in which the cinnamon really offset the cake nicely), followed by the Banana Puddin (a close taste resemblance of the traditional). I did think the cake truffles were winners -- fudgy, rich chocolate on the inside, and a light white chocolate candy coating on the outside... but they are quite small. Turn 'em in to fuller-sized cake balls, and they'd be irresistible to this sweet tooth!
