Lo and behold, I walk in to collect my order on time and I'm told they dont have my order ready AND they dont have the specific flavor I requested! The person helping me looked at my order and it was the first time she had ever set eyes on it. I had already pre paid for the order at this point and did not have another option so I was SOL. Instead they gave me an old cupcake in the requested flavor that they had stored in a fridge for who knows how long and filled out the rest of the order with what was in the display. So I basically paid full price for old cake. This was my first experience with this bakery and if this is how they treat something as basic as a simple small cupcake order, how am I to trust them to handle anything more complex like a custom cake or a wedding order?
