It was the perfect amount of sweet, cinnamon, and gingerbread for my taste. We mixed in some cookie dough (our favorite), rainbow sprinkles, and pie crust and it is definitely one of the BEST combos I've had!! After a failed attempt at Cold Stone by the besties house we reached out to these guys for a custom made ice cream sandwich. Instead of driving 2 little people in the heat I called to confirm they offered custom made ice cream sandwiches. The lady who answered my call said yes they can make our sandwiches during our visit. PERFECT!! I told her we will see her soon and she responded with not a problem. After picking up little dude after his first day of Transitional Kindergarten we told him he deserved a treat. We thought it appropriate since he was in tears when we dropped him off! Once again I attempted to order the custom made ice cream sandwiches with no success?!?!?! Whats going on Cold Stone?! I ordered through their app, the door dash driver was terrible, got the address wrong, apparently couldn't work his gps and when I tried to call him he didn't speak English so I couldn't even give him directions. So he spent 20 min driving around my complex when I had very specific instructions on the order. When I called the store to tell them they were very gracious, offered to refund my entire order. Came here on 3/24. It was a friday night so it was a little busy inside. I was helped by an employee with long hair that was extremely rude and annoyed. The entire time that he was dealing with my order, he seemed impatient and had an attitude when I was polite the entire time. When he began to ring me up, he walked away before I paid. This is my new favorite ice cream shop. Mia is so awesome. She was very patient as my family and I tried a lot of flavors, she never rushed us and made the whole experience so pleasant. They have about 5 or 6 yogurt/sorbet selections combined. Because of the flavors they offer in those, its kind of hard to pair it with a mix in that will taste good with it. I got the pink lemonade sorbet and waffle pieces mix in and also the cherry vanilla and graham cracker crust mix in. He couldn't find my order so he got annoyed with me. He grumpily made it and basically shoved the bag into my had without a word. This location can make the largest 50+ person cake with only 24 hours notice. They were super nice about it (unlike some of the other neighboring stores) and the cake didn't melt fast or get gooey right away.
