This is my ideal spot to go refill my water jugs at! Really close by and good quality water. I love getting the Alkaline water, has so many benefits for me and my pets! The Canyon Crest Plaza is pretty busy, making this the only downside to coming here. I usually have to park further away from the entrance, but the have a cart you can use to wheel the heavy jugs around. Love coming by and supporting the family that runs this business. read more

Love this place! I've been filling my water here for the past year and have been happy with the service and taste of the water. A cute lil old Korean man runs this store and he rinses out the inside of the jug before he fills it with water. Meanwhile, he also puts the cap into a UV sanitizer thing as well. I pay $1.25 for the 5-gallon jug which is cheaper than the self serve machine over at Ralph's. The water tastes like a refreshing Kirkland bottled water and not like crappy Arrowhead water or tap water from your sink. Although this water probably comes from the tap, their filtration system does a great job at making the most refreshing water. I'll definitely be back here! read more

It's not like authentic green tea ice cream from Mitsuwa or whatever but it tasted like green tea so that's all that matters. I am used to buying my water, and I was sad when I went to school that there were no water stores nearby. But now I am flying solo during the summer, and alas, thanks to Jan G., I have found a water store to be a regular at this summer! First, buying water here will give me an excuse to come visit the Canyon Crest Towne Center. This is such a cute little plaza, and it has a very old-fashioned feel that is neat. Even several of their stop signs are made out of wood! I also like how you can sanitize your water container and cap for free. The water is 25 cents per gallon, and you can also buy these biggg bags of ice for only 99 cents!! Smaller bags than these are more than two dollars in the same plaza! So I guess, if you need ice or water, you should stop by here. I was really interested by this place, because they also serve ice cream and pearl milk tea (boba)! HAha, I've never seen that at a water store before. Anyhoo, I didn't try them, but I guess if you're curious you can give it a shot. -1 star because one time when I came, there was nobody around...it seemed like no one was working! But after a while, someone came out from the back and helped us. Also, I bought a 5 gallon water jug, and it was almost $20! Are those jugs usually that expensive? Extremely rude owner yelled at me with my newborn daughter as I was looking to buy water. Has taken advantage of this "corona virus" panic shopping and inflated all prices. Was charging me 21.99 plus tax for an empty 3 gallon water jug although the price stickers on them said 5.99 . A good place for poor UCR students like ourselves to fill up on gallons of water for a cheap price, grab some ice cream while running errands, and then hop on over to Ralph's in the same plaza to get the rest of your groceries. This place is run by a friendly Asian couple. The first time we came the man was great, helped us rinse our stuff before filling, and was very helpful. The second time around he was gone and it was just the lady. She didn't rinse it at all (which I'm not too picky about, but I just had to say), filled them up but didn't pay much attention so a few of them ended up overflowing, and then left them there for us to gather :[ I like that on top of their faucets they have a sign that basically says, "Hey look we have a UV thing that can clean your caps for you because it's important to protect again E Coli!" We always drop by this small ice cream/water shop after my toddler's haircut (MonkeyDooz-across from this place). The Korean lady is always so kind to us; especially to my toddler. She would tell us short stories of her grandchildren as well. The shop is very clean. I see her wiping counters and cleaning the water area all the time. There seem to be a good amount of people coming in here for water. We just buy ice cream. All Dreyers brand and never stale tasting. Price is reasonable. I think they raise their scoop of ice cream from $1.29 to $1.49 recently, which is still okay with us. My mom and son always get the butter pecan (no sugar) here. They have a small and shaded sitting area outside their shop, which is where we usually sit/relax while my son runs around within reach. Sometimes, the Korean lady will come out and play with my son. Just yesterday, we drop by for an ice cream again after haircut but we realized we did not have cash with us. She does not take credit card payments, by the way. Anyhow, we told her we will just have to pass until next visit as I have forgotten she does not take cc payments. The lady insists on giving my toddler his usual scoop of butter pecan. Mind you, my son was not crying or fussing about the ice cream, he would have been okay without it at that time. She told us, we can pay next time. She kept insisting and we finally accepted her kind gesture. We came back to pay her $2.00 (after I found loose change in my car). It's located at the Canyon Crest Town Center and it would be a great place to take someone cute for a sweet treat (even though it's also a water shop).
