Super friendly employees even being as busy as they were, I hadn't been into a coldstone in over a decade and that's how old my gift card was that I wanted to use. I wanted to order an ice cream to go after I was done with ours and the guy offered to put it in the freezer for me and to grab it when we were ready. He was just all around kind and I didn't feel rushed with my kids at any point during the ordering process when we were trying to figure out what they wanted. read more

Service was terrible. The lady stationed there is so incredibly rude it made we walk away from the stand completely. I simply and politely asked for a sample of the mocha flavor and was met with a rude and full of attitude NO! rather than a polite: "unfortunately we don't offer samples". This type of behavior does not help the business especially since I was a first time customer and I will never eat this ice cream nor recommend this place. read more

I hadn't been to a cold stone in years. This location is very small with two tables available for a quick little date. There were so many options to choose from some very creative. Lucky Charms ice cream? I've never seen an ice cream shop with it. I did ultimately pick a good classic cookies n crème as my base with an Oreo and Carmel mix in. I just picked up a birthday cake from ColdStone Creamery. It cost $37 which is approximately same as I paid for the last full size cake I bought. It is supposed to serve at least 8. It looks only slightly larger than a cupcake and what is more disturbing, it is bar none the ugliest cake I have purchased or made. It basically has no decoration on it but the sides are literally coated with sprinkles - the kind that come in a jar and are virtually inedible. They asked what color frosting I wanted, I chose purple. It is white only the writing is purple. They did at least spell my name correctly but that is the ONLY thing about the cake that was OK.. I only gave it 1 star as I was not given an option for negative stars. read more

This is the worst cold stone creamery experience we've had. The place was dirty-used napkins on the cashier counter area. Some ice cream had cross contamination from dirty scoops. Many of us in the line noticed how small the portions were compared to previous visits to the same cold stone creamery. Usually, there are nice mound of ice cream in the cup, but we consistently saw ice cream below the cup rim from all staff members tonight. When I complained the scoop of ice cream is very small she insisted the ice cream will grow once she adds the 1 topping. She ended up adding more ice cream because I complain and even with the "additional ice cream", the portion was very small vs previous visits. I would not recommend going to this place for that price. Go to Handels in the same shopping area. What a rip off! read more

They had rainbow sprinkles on display but used Halloween sprinkles that were an entirely different shape and kind. When I said they used the wrong ones they told me they had to use those up. Bats and pumpkins, Halloween sprinkles in February? Why am I getting your probably expired sprinkles at full price? That's not what was displayed and not what I asked for. I got 4 ice creams - 3 gotta have it and a love it. I have children with me and they kept handing the ice cream with no lids, one gotta have it was all ice cream and I asked to please add another mix in (I don't mind paying extra) but it was obvious it had nothing mixed in. I would have thought maybe to get a bag, but nope. So here I am cleaning up ice cream all over cups that lids I am putting on and no bag. 11:30 today, 2/8/24 Train your employees on food safety regarding allergens. While you are at it, retrain them to treat all customers with respect equally (don't light up for a customer in the back of the line and rush the person ahead). Shakes should be blended evenly. Ice cream should not be mostly melted, barely mixed, and spilled down the sides. And whatever you do, don't wipe that dirty side with your washcloth and hand it to a customer with a food allergy. And don't leave customers in the store when you carry your favorite customers order out. Especially when you want to talk to them and customers are waiting. Unless you want to be locked out of your store, as that is how bad things happen. Skip this store and go to the one on Sunrise. The guy there is top notch. read more

I have such a mixed review. The guy who helped me was super sweet and professional...masked up since there is a city mandate.. overall he was good... 5*.... BUT What I didn't like? Only one person making the ice cream for the line which took forever. But beyond that and most importantly, the ladies working the night of 1/13/22 had no masks on yet were talking to each other over the ice cream they were creating and breathing over everyone's ice cream unmasked. I get it, they are making everyone's to go orders and those people would never know, but when those orders are being made next to my order - I just have an issue with that... especially when it's a city mandate until February 15 to require masks... so just mask up like your supposed to. read more

Just left the location. First time and last time. It was filthy. From used tissues that looked to have smeared ice cream in tables, sticky floors that spoke as your tennis shoes lifted from the ground, to door handles and door windows oozing ice cram tears. I interacted with three employees. Two were courteous and dutiful. One was extremely agitated to have had to come to work. I assume she was forced into servitude. It's the only excuse that makes sense to explain away her frustration to be at a place that pays her to be there. read more
