We all waited patiently though. 2 other employees came out from the back and 1 started to help customers and then the other employee who was on the phone helped us. I've been to this cold stone location a few times and they have always been extremely stingy with the amount of toppings that they put in the ice cream. I've always had to ask the worker (who's always a different person) to put more toppings. The other day I ordered an "Everybody" size of the Mudpie mojo that comes with 4 toppings but the Everybody size includes 6. The worker puts 2 Oreos, a little bit of heath bars, and I asked for peanut butter cups and she only put one piece. When I asked for more Oreos and peanut butter cups she said she would have to charge me extra. I asked why I would be charged if the Everybody size comes with 6 toppings, I just wanted more of the same topping so that I can actually taste the toppings in every bite of my ice cream. Isn't that what the cold stone experience is about??? The worker said she's following protocol and cannot give more without charging extra. I also noticed the prices went up. So in conclusion, cold stone has raised their already overly priced products and if you purchase their signature creations, they will heavily skimp on the toppings so it just tastes like plain ice cream and will charge you extra if you want more toppings that should already be included in your signature creation. I am not blaming the workers or have complaints about them at all, I know this is beyond their control, but I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Needed a special treat to end the weekend! Ordered the new-ish classic creations using cookie dough: "One Smart Brookie" and substituted the Cookie Dough Ice Cream for Cake Batter Ice Cream. Fast service in and out, which we love. The young lady taking our order was nice and mixed in the toppings evenly. "Like it" in a plain waffle bowl will run you about $7. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. There is an employee who does not wear her mask properly and she has a horrible attitude. The girls also are very unprofessional in general having personal conversations in front of customers. I have worked in customer service with food and that is a HUGE no no! They also do not ever change gloves. They wear the same gloves they handle food with, cash and more. I've even seen someone go to their car with gloves on, come inside and start making ice cream. The girl who doesn't wear her mask properly doesn't even wear gloves and she constantly touches her nose, face and hair. I don't see any hand washing which is hard to see especially with COVID still running rampant in community. These are all health code violations! Chocolate lava meltdown is so ridiculously delicious! It's better than the triple chocolate meltdown at Applebee's! This place has awesome signature creations. The racheezie is my most favorite create your own and my go-to. It's sweet cream ice cream with caramel and graham crackers. It's sooo good! My second favorite is a coldstone signature creation, the pie who loved me. It's made with cheesecake ice cream, fudge, oreos, and graham cracker pie crust. My favorite seasonal flavor is their dark chocolate peppermint ice cream which super rich in chocolate. And beware, your mouth will turn black if you get it. For hours, the place is open until 9pm monday-thursday, until 10pm friday and saturday, and until 8 on sunday. The customer service is okay. Sometimes there's about a 5-10 minute wait when I go, but it goes by fast. Lauren is my favorite ice cream maker, she always mixes my ice cream really well! The ice cream is great. The one star is for the terrible customer service. I was there tonight (11/26) around 7pm. Two girls behind the counter were ignoring customers, having a private conversation, running into the back and laughing hysterically all while customers were waiting in line. Even one other employee was trying to get their attention and they were completely ignoring her. When they finally did take orders, they were curt and rude. Nope. I used to really like cold stone but I don't know what happened to them. Probably won't be back. Today I wanted an 'Oreo overload' (pic below from website). I've had this before and it looked mostly like the pic. Today it looked like picture 2. My boyfriend got the quart size of this and served it himself in a waffle bowl. It tasted like a nondescript milkshake or a sweet protein shake. I had added heath bar and saw a couple pieces of that. No Oreo. Boyfriend said that for the QUART they added 2 Oreo cookies. Then mixed the hell of of it. We went back. I told BF that I wanted something that looked like the picture and that if they couldn't do that in a quart, to just get a bowl of it but make sure it was like the pic. He told me I didn't have to come inside. Insert pic 3. After he showed the pic and told them my request, they added 4 more Oreos to this blended mess and added it back to the container.
