I am happy to report that Mrs. Fields cookies are STILL good. I grew up with this company, always expecting to buy a bag of minis while shopping around with my parents or buying a cookie during my lunch break when I worked at the mall. The memories are there. I specifically remember the semi sweet chocolate chip minis being the perfect bite. I went to other locations and almost lost hope because some of them aren't good anymore, but not the ones at Fairfield mall :) There were plenty of cookies for everyone. The cookies are always good at Mrs. Fields but the customer service at this location was bad. The younger girl was in the back then came out being snappy and acting like we were bugging her by just ordering. Some people hate their job and it shows but YOU chose to work here I also asked for milk chocolate chip (8 in total) and she said they didn't have that much (as I stared at the case that had about 20-30 cookies on display). Idk I've never had a bad experience at any of the other locations but this one was just weird. read more

Glad to see this store still around despite what looks to have been a reduction in the chain's footprint thru the years. Mrs. Field's was definitely onto something with her recipes and these very tasty cookies. Fresh-baked out of the oven while you relive a somewhat bygone era of coming to the mall. The cookies here are a little pricey, about $4 per for a small-to-medium sized cookie. Forget that you could bake an entire batch at home for about the same price as one cookie here. But oh so good. Thankfully, they still have the buy 3, get one free deal, so 4 cookies comes out to around $13 after tax as of this review. Crafty customers will no doubt also recognize the See's candy storefront across the way to snag their free sample there (too much sugar for me, but is doable for others). My favorite cookies are of course their signature chocolate chip, peanut butter & oatmeal & raisin. So glad Mrs. Fields is still in business at the Solano Mall. Perfect for getting fresh cookies to go and mini cookies but also their cookie cakes. The frosting is super sweet but I came in and placed an order for pick up later on in the day. It was about $30 for a 13" round cookie cake. You can combine flavors but I just went with the basic chocolate chip because I wasn't sure if people had nut allergies to be safe. Easy to place an order and pick up. Located by one of the entrances of the solano mall and parking isn't too crazy. Workers were very friendly and it doesn't get too busy. There can be lots of people at the mall shopping around to shuffle through. read more

I've always lived in the area but for some reason never got anything from Mrs. Field's. This stuff is bomb and so good! I've gone here twice. On my first trip I got a chocolate chip cookie and a walnut fudge brownie. The cookie was soft, moist and yummy. However I didn't feel like it was out of this world. If you want a quality cookie, this isn't a bad place to go. But I did come back again for the walnut fudge brownie. OMG! It was sooooo amazingly chewy, chocolatey, and the walnuts on top were perfect to add some texture and crunch to the treat! Loved it so much! The workers are kind, friendly, and more than happy to help!! Love great customer service. Only downside is that it is a bit expensive. Amazing treats nonetheless! read more

Every time we go to the Fairfield (Solano) Mall, my husband always wants to stop by Mrs. Fields. It's like he thinks he needs a reward for going to the mall. Anyway, it's a chain. It's exactly what you would expect. They have a bunch of cookies. You will shell out a few dollars. I think they have some drinks too. When I was in high school, my friend asked my other friend out with a Mrs. Field's cookie cake that said "Will you go to Prom with me?" on it. That was super cute. That's probably the height of my Mrs. Fields experience. It' a cookie. It tastes good (and...generic) and its bad for you. It'll be around $1 or $2. That's really all you need to know. read more

I received great service here during the busiest time of the year. This is located inside a mall and even during the Christmas/holiday shopping rush and all the chaos, I still received excellent customer service! I made a cookie cake order and the woman was very thorough explaining how I would like to customize it.
