We stop in every few weeks to get treats for our kiddos and everyone is super helpful. Love the energy of all the employees we have interacted with. Only downside (which isn't directly related to the business) is there is no where outside to sit and enjoy our treats. There are a couple benches, but it would be nice to have a couple tables outside even if they blocked off a couple parking spaces near the grass. read more

I don't come here often but when I do, I have nothing but bad experiences with the staff. Today I walked in wanting chocolate ice cream, but saw that they didn't have it. There was a girl doing something at the counter and when she turned around I was in the middle of asking her politely if they had any more, and she slammed it into the freezer and gave me the nastiest look, and then completely ignored my question. When we ordered what we wanted, we got eye rolls as if we did something wrong. We were nothing but nice, but will no longer be coming back! Great ice cream but terrible customer service. read more

We love this place. Doesn't matter if it's 80 or 20 outside. The staff is always so friendly and quick. You know when you come out of here you will be smiling. Although we usually only get ice cream, my husband decided to get one of their individual ice cream cakes. He seemed to really enjoy it. I got a "gotta have it" (large) this trip and made it last over several days. It keeps well in the containers they give you. If you love ice cream, and you know you do, come on by. As I was waiting in line I noticed that the gloveless employee scooping the ice cream was wearing a dangly friendship bracelet that was dragging across all the ice creams as she scooped different flavors. The thought of what else this dangly string material bracelet may have been dragged through was pretty gross. I mean, I'm pretty sure it was her wiping hand... I've been here plenty of times and each is as good as the last. It smells good in there and is a clean place. They not only have a good selection of ice cream and toppings to choose from but an awesome section of chocolate candy and dipped apples etc. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because when I go it seems to be busy which is fine but they seem to rush through mixing the ice cream and toppings together for the cups and doesn't look to presentable almost like its a inconvenience that they are busy. After we payed we sat down to eat our ice cream and we could hear the employees talking about inappropriate things in the back. Went here years ago and the service was terrible. However, I think the business has changed owners and things seemed improved upon my last two visits. (One of which was last week) This location is merged with another business (Rocky Mountain Chocolate). When you walk in, there are many display cases. There are some huge ones with various caramel apples in it and then some with candies in it. LOTS to pick from. I suppose if you went with a group of people, there would be something for everyone. However, the seating here is EXTREMELY limited. IMO, it would be better to just stick to being Coldstone (and ditch the candy etc) and then have more room for seating. Having said that, the service we received this time and last time was good. The location was clean and well maintained. The ice cream and toppings were good quality. read more

Typical coldstone quality and menu. The staff was friendly. The store did appear to be closed, I tried the door anyway and it was unlocked so I went in. As always, their prices seem to be a bit high, but the ice cream is definitely worth it every now and then. read more

The shop was very busy, obviously because it is delicious and because it was a Saturday night on Valentine's Day weekend. But with all the people, the employees were very quick and efficient without lacking on quality service. The ice-cream was of course AMAZING and this store was one of the best services we have had.
