I feel like most of the reviews on here focus on really weird things. Like they don't realize what they are ordering. This isn't just a normal ice cream chain. They take ice cream and manually add toppings into the ice cream on a cold stone. So the texture isn't typical ice cream texture because it is being mashed together. So I don't understand why people complain about it. The food is delicious even though its a little expensive, but worth it if you order smaller. The service us unusually on point and friendly. My biggest and really only complaint is the way the store is set up. The line gets long and is right next to where the tables are. It just gets really awkward constantly being bumped or bumping into people. It's just weird to have the line so close to where people sit. It's not a quic moving line either because of how long it takes for people to order and for them to "create" the ice cream. I just wish it was more spaced out or configured better. read more

I added marshmallow and white chocolate chips to my ice cream. It was delicious but I have to admit it was too rich. Regardless, I was able to finish it off. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff talked and giggled to each other, never said one word to my husband and I. Took my daughter here who just beat kidney cancer in July after almost a year of fighting and chemo... she's five years old and has been through so much, unfortunately the young girl behind the counter kept referring to my daughter as a boy... she was dressed in all girl clothes, and I corrected her 3 times that SHE IS A GIRL.... She lost all her hair to chemo and has been VERY INSECURE about it, not to mention she was recently being bullied by a 3rd grade boy about it as well.... For almost two weeks now she has been asking for a wig.... I should never have to explain my daughter is a CANCER SURVIVOR in order for the staff to stop referring to her as a BOY! I have reached out twice to speak to the owner and have completely been brushed under the rug like it was NOTHING! TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE A LITTLE MORE COMPASSIONATE AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS! And as a business owner for them not to reach back out to me is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Trust and believe I will not stop contacting this company and talking about this until the owner RESPONDS AND APOLOGIZES! Next stop is corporate..... cold stone? More like cold heart.... I've been coming to this location since it opened. We ALWAYS get the middle size container... that feeds 4 people. Because everyone doesn't want the same toppings, we get them on the side... and it comes with 4 sides. All of a sudden, today, 03.13.21 at 3.36 pm, we got charged $2 for our sides! The Manager was serving us, and I said that I'd never been charged for sides B4... and that the sides come with it. She rudely says 2 me, that my sides weren't mixed in my ice cream and that's Y I was charged. I was shocked! I told her I've never been charged EVER 4 getting them on the side... and her response was, 'well... we should have been charging U.' Seriously?!? I talked a bit about it... and she must have told me that I should have been being charged at least 7 times! Totally unprofessional and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately...
