This was my first time going to cold stone so idk if this is normal, but the girl chopped my ice cream on top of a super dirty black stone full of a bunch of other ice creams and toppings and literally was mixing it into my ice cream. I've ordered through the Cold Stone website twice now from this location and both times the order has been messed up. Tonight was a new one. I got the ice cream, just none of the add-ins I paid for! I ordered a customized birthday cake online from this local Cold Stone Creamery. It was a red velvet and french vanilla ice cream cake. I may have had high expectations but the lettering on the cake was very poor and it looked like my Kindergartener wrote it. For a $30 dollar cake that was upsetting to see I didn't want to post photos of it on any platforms. I was asked the same day as my pick up if I could extended the pick up to a few hours later than my scheduled pick up. Luckily I didn't have specific time that I needed it! Overall the cake tasted well and was done correctly! This location is small but it has some outdoor seating! I just felt like my cake was rushed and could have been decorated and executed much better. read more

Stopped in to pick up an ice cream cake they only three in the two grab and go cases. I did pick up a quart size founders favorite and it was terrible. Because it must have defrosted and re- frozen for $20.00. Not worth going back ever again. read more

My favorite flavor was Boston Cream pie with bananas. As soon as it was off the menu, an employee explained to me I can just add yellow cake and it would be the same. Wallah! The perfect flavor! I'm surprised that Coldstone has remained in business after all these years! Their ice cream is still pretty good which is why I think they seem to stay open. I loved that they've kept all their original mixes like the cheesecake dream and apple pie scoop. Other than that I see that they do what most places do and make special mixes with that of a new animated movie to promote. But the place itself, though very clean, just looks a bit worn down, even dated. There's little room to sit so it's not exactly welcoming. Then the employees are really great making sure that what we ordered was done right, but boy they looked tired too! Overall there just seems to be a lack of life coming in. What a filthy disgusting mess. We went and saw dirt and filth all over the counter where the food was, dirt on the floor window sills and shades with the tables. No whip cream with a Trader Joes in there same parking lot. There wasn't a manager or owner present at all and no supervision there at all. Another family was there and very disappointed also. Finally the young manager comes out with no cake just a routine apology can't find order or cake. Offered half price blank one and will decorate Happy Birthday on cake. A few other pros to this location would have to be the spacious parking as well as well trained employees.
