Really kind and friendly staff which I appreciate. They let you sample some flavors since their ice cream menu is constantly changing. I appreciate that they let you sample the flavors since I can be choosy with what ice cream flavor I want. During the last visit, there was an issue with the gift card we had and the staff member was kind enough to see what the issue was and called (over the phone) the manager/owner in order to fix the issue. The store is small inside but there is plenty of seating outside. Also plenty of parking as it is located in the central part of the shopping center. This location is getting more stingy. From the scoops to the coupons. I've been coming here for many years and this was my last visit. Everytime I go in to use the app coupon the owner has an excuse on why it won't work. First and second time I dismissed it, the third time I was ridiculous. Max makes the perfect scoops! So many flavors to choose from. These aren't Riteaid prices and they aren't Handel's either. They are some place in the middle. My little ones love ice cream and I treat them with rewards sometimes and ice cream is usually their chosen reward. We are always in this shopping plaza so we will be here often. Just went to BR on Platt (Friday night, 8/30). First, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Then, I was helped by another employee who cheerfully offered to write a message on my son's bday cake, helped choose a frosting color - and she then SAVED THE DAY when she suggested candles - I had totally forgotten them! Strange reviews for this Baskin Robbins. It seems most people have an issue with the staff, which is often made up of high school kids. I've never had a problem, but I also strive to be polite and engage them when I go in. In return, they seem heavy-handed with their scoops, which is a nice change from other local 31 Flavors. The selection is much smaller than other stores in the chain nearby, however; this particular location only seems to have about 24 flavors at any given time, which is nothing to sneeze at, but may cause some folks distress if you're going in looking for that extra special flavor you've been craving. They tend to have the old stand-bys always available; stuff like Cookies 'n Cream, Mint Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Jamoca, and more. read more
