Simple requests are often met with attitudes that make customers feel like they are asking for a favor rather than receiving a service they are paying for. As a paying customer, I should not feel uncomfortable asking for something related to my order. Another concern is the way some employees interact with customers. On several occasions, I have noticed staff staring at customers and then laughing among themselves. I have no way of knowing what they are talking about, but it creates an uncomfortable environment and can easily make customers feel judged, unwelcome, or insignificant. I am leaving this review because I know how great this business can be. The morning team demonstrates the level of customer service that keeps people coming back.
