We had high expectations.... however the experience did not live up to the cost and the final product. The gelato was super soft and melted and the cones were all broken.
I was walking around the village around 10:30 pm looking for a late night snack after a long day of shopping. Lo and behold, I stumble across Bacio Di Latte! I saw the ice cream from outside the window and immediately was intrigued. There were so many flavors to choose from I couldn't help but sample as many as I could! At first I was nervous because I didn't want to be a nuisance testing every flavor.. but the employee Eller reassured me it was okay and to try as many as I like. After all the testing I had to go with a piccolo cup Strawberry Cheesecake and a pint to go. There were no pints of strawberry cheesecake in the fridge but Eller was kind enough to scoop me one himself! Overall a great experience and staff, would come again!
Always a delicious treat. Located at the Village on the side closer to Costco. My fav is the pistachio and usually do a split scoop with another flavor. They are always so great with letting you taste before you pick without rushing you. For an additional treat you can have your cone or cup lined or dipped in Nutella or pistachio with or without nuts.
What a luxury ice cream experience! Bacio di latte is a beautiful ice cream shop, with welcoming and elegant decor and excellent lighting. I ordered a double scoop of chocolate hazelnut and chocolate pistachio with a dipped cone and every aspect of my ice cream was delicious and luxurious. It was beautiful to look at, incredibly creamy, and delicious! Everyone was very friendly and allowed sampling of flavors. I'd so happily go back!
Bacio di latte has a couple of different locations and a new location just opened up inside Topanga Village where Afters ice cream used to be. The gelato here is super smooth and delicious, with many different options as well as drinks. You have an option of lining the cup or cone with Nutella or pistachio spread and pistachio toppings. I love the pistachio crunch gelato, cookies and cream, and the pistachio latte. My only complaint is that the sizes are too small, but I also appreciate it so I can truly enjoy the treat without guilt or getting overwhelmed with big portion sizes I think I came every single evening for 2 weeks
Stopped by for a gelato and got the pistachio and hazelnut flavors and was impressed. Customer service was great; engaging employees, kind, and helpful. The flavors and quality of product was also a 5/5. The only thing that detracted a star for me was the value. $$$$ for small portions, but ice cream is a treat, so enjoy it. And I imagine Woodland Hills has expensive rent, so I understand things just generally may be priced higher, but still $8 for a small gelato makes things a bit tough to swallow, but who knows- maybe just a sign of the times we live in.
Love this place! Very rich and creamy gelato. So tasty. Very nice staff and they're really patient when it comes to doling out samples. There are so many amazing flavors, that it's truly hard to choose!

Finally made it in during their operating hours- I've always been too early and in a rush. I tried their pistachio, vanilla caramel and Belgian chocolate. They were ALL delicious but their Belgian chocolate was absolutely DIVINE. I ended up getting a pint to go. Customer service is excellent- everyone is really friendly and helpful. The ambiance is great, and the shop is beautiful. It's located in the village so if you're there for an appointment or grabbing lunch, it's the perfect place to pick up dessert.
I stopped by this ice cream place last night while my wife and I was in Topanga Village. We walked past this place before so I knew the next time we're here, I was going to try it. When we came, the staff are wonderful. They greeted us and recommended that we try some samples. I tried the walnut chocolate flavor first and then the 3 chocolate flavor. I decided to go with the 3 chocolate in a small cup. They give you a big scoop inside the small cup so that's great.The price is on the higher end of things so just be aware. They have limited seating inside of the place. They also sell cookies and dessert here as well.
Beautiful gelato spot with my favorite kind of ambient lighting. This is in the old Afters space in The Village which is a quick jaunt from Costco. I believe they offer 18 flavors each day. When you go, you can sample quite a few flavors. Like many places, they've hopped on the Dubai chocolate trend and offer a Chocolate Pistachio Crunch flavor. This flavor is surprisingly subtle and satisfying, particularly with the little crunchies in it. Pro tip: if you like multiple flavors, you can get your favorite two flavors in a single cup and just ask them for half and half. Also if you live in the area, be on the lookout for a flyer in your mail advertising this place because it's actually a buy one, get one free coupon.

I'm obsessed with their pistachio affogato which is their pistachio gelato with espresso and pistachio iced latte with oat milk. Very smooth, rich, creamy and nutty.

We walked in and it smelled heavenly. We were able to taste their new summer options and our server girl was very nice to allow us to try all the things. In fact she didn't even ask she just gave them and told us what they were about. I wanted something light, so I really appreciated the raspberry sorbet, it was so fresh and refreshing. I didn't know this place was there but we will be back! read more

*Check pictures for reference and MENU* Glad that they opened up here at "The Village," Woodland Hills right beside costco. *Bacio Di latte is made with pure quality and yumminess! * they have multiple gelato flavors. if you're unsure, don't be shy to ask for a little sample * the place is clean with an ample amount of space to hang out with friends and family. If there's no seats inside, the outdoor area has seats around. * they sell pastries and frappes * my personal fave is mixing chocolate flavored gelato and their pistachio gelato (my favorite) - it's almost like Dubai chocolate. * they also offer pistachio cream or chocolate cream that coats cones or your cup for extra creaminess and flavor. That being said, this is my favorite gelato place. Go give it a try!!!! read more

Excited this place finally opened up in The Village! Soft opening on 7/25 and had limited flavors available. Opted for the cookies and cream gelato for myself and picked up some strawberry cheesecake for my coworkers. Extremely balanced in flavor for cookies and cream, nice chunks of cookies layered through every bite, cream was not overly sweet. 9/10 for the cookies and cream. My coworkers really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and highlighted the chunks of fresh strawberries, graham crackers and were happy it wasn't over saturated with strawberry syrup. Rated it 8/10. Will definitely be returning with friends and family! Staff was extremely friendly and inviting. The shop itself had a very organic clean, cozy look. read more

5 stars! Love how cozy and warm this spot feels and the ice cream is delicious! It was my first time visiting and the staff were very friendly allowing me to sample their flavors. The Belgian Chocolate was my favorite. So rich and tasty, if you're a chocolate lover--this one's for you! Enjoyed the ice cream right outside. Great dessert spot after dinner! read more
I don't eat sweet often but this is addicting. Happy to see it here in WH. I had it back in Newport Beach a year back. The pistacchio favor is one of my favorite. Cute place located behind Joey's. Bright and cute little place for gelato! My first time coming in and I had quite a great experience. The people behind the counter were so helpful explaining what the flavors are and even asked if we have allergies before serving us (I love that they are very considerate for a gelato place). Service was fantastic. We got the Baccio di latte (sweet cream), tiramisu, and I forgot but it was a chocolate one. Everything was so good and rich. I would come back for more and try the other different flavors. read more

Stopped into Bacio di Latte tonight at The Village in Woodland Hills, and once again it reminded me why it's my favorite spot for authentic, high-quality gelato in the Valley. They offer a wide variety of flavors with generous samples so you can find the perfect scoop. Tonight we tried the 3 Cioccolati, Chocolate Pistachio Crunch, and Cioccolato Belga...pure heaven. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and sooo creamy. Service was exceptional. Friendly, quick, and genuinely enthusiastic. The shop itself is spotless and beautifully designed, making it a lovely place to sit and enjoy your treat. Plus, being located in The Village means parking is easy with the structure nearby. If you haven't been to Bacio di Latte yet, I highly recommend it. Hands down the best gelato around! read more

November 2025 Probably one of the top three gelato places in the surrounding area. Honestly I would even venture to say if I had to get quality gelato, this would probably be my number one choice as of November 2025. Don't quote me, but I think the night that I went in, it was a mother & son combination working the counter. They were totes adorbs. I'll say this much, for a small size and regular size, walking out the door for $17, the prices are on point. It's definitely a splurge, an indulgence. About twice the price of Frozen yogurt. Yet... I could justify the price to what you're getting by explaining that it's truly the experience here. You're definitely getting a much richer, flavorful, complex abundance of things going on more than you would get with Frozen yogurt. We tried several different flavors, and some highlights are any of the hazelnut, the pistachio, the peanut butter and the chocolate chip were all very unique and complex. I could taste how fresh and real the ingredients are. I believe the way that they make the gelato is also done in a special way that does not incorporate a lot of air into the products. It's very dense, smooth and rich. Wonderful and tasty with a good mouth feel. I will definitely be back again. Especially if that adorable team is working behind the counter again. Lol. It's not something I would do three times a week or anything, but once in a while, maybe a few times a month, it's definitely a Splurge worth splurging on. If you're still reading this, and you're curious, I would say the prices here at Bacio are a little bit better than Anita La Mama on Ventura Boulevard by reseda. The parking here at Bacio is also much more convenient than their competition on Ventura boulevard. Fun fact that the gal behind the counter explained to me, this chain of gelato stores is very popular in Brazil... hundreds of locations down there. I guess they decided to Branch out and move their good quality products to the United States. To the management, to the owners that are reading this review, please don't change a thing. The flavor, the taste, the portion sizes, everything I believe is spot-on. Maybe a dollar less on each side would be the icing on the cake for me. But I could still justify the current price to size ratio. read more
So glad I stopped by this new place in the village. The staff was fantastic--they greeted us right away and even offered samples while we were still in line! Came in during my lunch break just to sample a few flavors, and I quickly realized this was something I needed to come back and enjoy on a proper date. The customer service was warm and helpful, I was recommended I try the salted caramel, which was the flavor of the month. I'm usually not into salted caramel at all, but I was genuinely surprised by how much I loved it. The gelato here is incredibly velvety, rich, and flavorful. They offer a great variety, and the best part is you can mix flavors, so I definitely recommend sampling a few before committing. I ended up choosing pistachio and hazelnut, which was honestly a tough call because everything I tried was amazing. My partner went with raspberry and strawberry, and all four flavors were fantastic. The nutty ones have real chunks of nuts, which give them a great texture and depth. There might be a bit of a line, maybe 10 to 15 minutes since it's clearly becoming a local favorite, but it's worth the wait. It's located in the village, so once you've got your gelato, you can take a seat by the little pond nearby and just enjoy the moment.
