Refer to pics~ The service was splendid - we got to test different flavors before me and my family decided on the gelato we wanted. There were also chocolate samples we can try. Ambiance was NICE - felt like a luxury dessert place. Seatings will be by the food court area, though. Flavor of the ice cream was good, but we were expecting it to be more creamier and extra flavorful. Still good, nonetheless. Easy place to find -- overall, 4.2 / 5

Brand new store just opened in Topanga Mall! Quite a beautiful location, feels like you're transported into a colorful wonka factory. Staff was extremely kind and offered samples upon entrance. They are very friendly and helped me navigate their different types of chocolates to narrow down what I might like. Around $14 for 1/4 lb of chocolates. You get to pick and choose to fill your own bag to your liking. They have many assorted boxes available that would make beautiful gifts. They also offer gelato, crepes, and coffee! Definitely a fun place to visit. I only tried some chocolates this time around and shared the rest with family and friends. The hazelnut chocolate seemed to be a big hit and I did enjoy their darkest blends. Next time planning to try some of their crepes and coffee.

I gave it 4 stars because I haven't tried their Gelato yet!! But the service is totally 5 stars only because (this is our first time here, before as I walked by, without really looking at the store, I thought it was some jewelry store...lol) as we walked in, we just browsed around and as we were browsing, the nice lady that was standing by the front noticed us and was apologetic saying how she had missed us walking in and was handing out chocolate candy samples!!! How nice is that?? I didn't even know about the samples, I saw her talking with other customers and that was how she missed us walking in. The place inside is so pretty and fun!! I love how they roped off with 2 lines...one for chocolate and the other gelato (which I want to try, but we were short on time). I managed to take a video of their menu board.

You walk into the store and smell fresh waffles. They offer sample chocolates and the staff is very friendly. I ordered the affogato with hazelnut ice cream. It was alright, i expected more but it came flat for me. I was expecting it to be rich and lucious but it was just ok. Hubby ordered 2 scoops of ice cream, dark choclate and hazelnut. I prefer the ice cream only. It was creamy, smooth and rich. This is near the food court of the mall.

Great new dessert place inside the mall by the food court. The aesthetics are amazing and the dessert options equally so. Obviously you have the gelato hut also crepes, coffee and shakes! A gelato shake? Like what? What a fun place and they even sell chocolate too.

This place is truly impressive. The flavors are bold, creative, and far from your ordinary gelato experience. One thing I especially loved as a pistachio enthusiast is that they offer three different pistachio options, each with its own unique character. The fresh-made waffle cones are a great touch, and while I came for the pistachio gelato, the real surprise was their White Coffee flavor. It was unlike anything I've had before--rich, unique, and wonderfully exotic. I always enjoy stopping by to try something new, and every visit has been a great experience. If you find yourself at the mall, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

The worker today was so funny and so sweet. They both recommended me the mango so I did get it. They also said raspberry was sour-ish and I do agree but it was amazing nonetheless. Definitely coming back another day!

Upon our arrival, I liked the cute setup that they had to offer from the different areas within the shop and the pieces of chocolate history all throughout. So I didn't realize that, coming here, all that was served was versions of dark chocolate hot chocolate, so I was a little bummed, as I love milk chocolate but was still hoping for a sweeter taste, as I chose the lowest percentage of dark chocolate. During our time, we talked a bit to the owner, who was very sweet, and had a chance to learn more about the process and some of the products offered, which is nice to have an insight into their world. Of course, I recognize that this is a small business, and it seemed to be just the owner there, but 3 hot chocolates totaling more than $30 were really a lot more than I would've liked to pay, so I hoped it would be worth it. When we received it after a good minute, though it was just the owner working, so understandable, the hot chocolate was fine, on the smaller side, but thankfully, I ordered it with whipped cream, as it made it a little sweeter.

No parking, way too busy, way too full to seat us, a line bursting out the door, the tiny bakery cafe still seduced us. That is, Mr B circled the block in the car but pushed me out to get in line. It was the idea of a flaky, buttery, chocolate croissant crumbling all over his shirt that made him do it. And I had no intention of saying no. The line went quickly. The last Kouign Amann had just escaped my clutches to the guy in front of me, darn it. But there were still trays upon trays of freshly baked, massive chocolate croissants displayed in their custom, wood display case right next to the register. The staff was very nice and we ordered the classics. - Croissant : was fresh, flaky and a good size. The only small issue: 20% of it goes on the table as it literally crumbles at each bite. A good croissant should have some elasticity lacking here. - Pain au chocolat: quite large with maybe too much chocolate. But the flavor was on point. I liked it but my wife thought the extra chocolate was too much of the good thing. She reminded me that in the pain au chocolat in France, you actually feel the chocolate under the tooth at each bite. Between the two, I would get the plain croissant next time. Final thoughts: These pastries are more expensive than in other places( pain au chocolat for almost $7 and croissant for $5.5). Would I come back: yes to get the plain croissant.

I ordered a black sesame chocolate drink with two bonbons: pistachio and yuzu caramel. The mango had the perfect balance of tart and creamy. It wasn't too heavy, and it's easy to finish one by yourself. I also tried the pistachio, and it was really good too! It's nutty with a strong pistachio flavor, and again, not overly sweet. It even has little chunks of pistachio throughout, which adds a nice texture. She took me here. The place was very clean and tidy with a lot of different types of sweet treats. I was there for one thing only. I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these. They look so beautiful but the taste is a let down.
