5 dollar foot long cookie & Going Bananas for JELL-O Pudding ice cream..
    Jon T.

I went in today, March 16, 2024 and I was asking a lady if there was any like limited edition specials clearly already knew that there was one because it is the St. Patrick's Day one with the Lucky charms ice cream and she said to me that they don't have any limited addition type of things Such as that so then I asked for a strawberry blonde small and then I noticed that she does have such things (green cones) but I was just curious you see after we went to the register I tipped her $10 out of 10.00 dollars and then I think she said something disrespectful to me (possibly swearing under breath; usually I get offended when someone doesn't doesn't like my tip even though I do 100% or even 200% at times) after I leftbut overall the ice cream was good .. -- Another note I observed she failed to give napkins; not a big deal since I grabbed some as I assume it's an option - I will say this however in their defense, I came in "overly" excited and super energized for ice cream. I was too friendly. -- I reconsidered what I said above: I realize that it matters when you show up at this place. Some employees are nice and actually friendly; things are always gonna be different. Interesting enough to give better points to this place, Subway is next door; Subway has a 5 dollar foot long color you can meld together with some ice cream. Makes this a strategic place for making sandwiches. Now mine melted because I traveled far .. but it still worked nonetheless. (The ice cream is still good regardless the distance)

I came to cold stone probably about 10 minutes before closing and they were very nice and welcoming. I have been to cold stone before but this time, the ice cream was something else.... It was too good!!! If I remember correctly, I got one of the signature creations but I changed the ice cream to a different flavor!!! man that was toooooo good. I had the banana Carmel crunch but I changed the vanilla ice cream to cake batter, I am not a huge fan of vanilla and the employee recommended something less sweet which was th cake batter!! it was such a good ice cream.. You must check it out even though I am not a big fan of chain places... I liked this place. will come back.

Everybody's (triple pint) take home Create Your Own Ice Cream

This is the Mix and Go create your own creation, Everybody's (triple pint) take home. I was very disappointed to get home and open it up to find it not even filled to the top. I also got a second one that was a little more filled than that. This is my first time at this location and my last

First time they let me keep the extra ice cream!!!

I go to cold stone when my family and I are craving sweets! The past couple times, I've noticed that the workers there save the scraps of ice cream for themselves if they make too much. This time, I was welcomed by some new faces by an older man and lady. I think the lady was new as I noticed she was asking the guy questions when I asked for a substitution on my cheesecake fantasy. While she was making an order, the older gentleman jumped right in and finished the rest of my order. I did not even notice until I got home that they gave me the extra ice cream! Very impressed and happy. This is the first time it has happened to me!! Although its not intentional, I wish they did this everytime they accidentally made too much!

The FIRST time I've ever found this cookie was at a potluck during my childhood and then, a second time during my College years. It's so so hard to find UNTIL I found it at MILK & COOKIES!! TOFFEE CRUNCH: 10/10 STAR OF THE SHOW! I don't know why it is so hard to find but, these cookies make me feel so NOSTALGIC. The taste of toffee melted onto a soft cookie is just so SATISFYING to my taste buds! I just need to have more please... CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE: 9/10 This cookie has always been a favorite of mine too but, this cookie is EVERYWHERE!! There's too much competition. They make it delicious here and tastes great with milk. The perfect chocolate chip cookie, in my opinion, needs to be soft but, still have a little bit of crunch and it cannot be too sweet... ROYAL HAWAIIAN: 8/10 This cookie is good too. It's like a chocolate chip cookie with coconut flakes! I think it's very creative... WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA: 8/10 It's good but, my favorite white chocolate macadamia nut cookie is by MRS. FIELDS. It's probably because it's the cookie I would always get at Westfield malls... SERVICE: 10/10 A+ EXCELLENT!!! Everyone is always so nice and friendly here. And they are patient in explaining what's inside each cookie and answering any questions you might have. You won't feel like a BURDEN when entering the store but, actually appreciated... AMBIANCE: Very nice storefront ambiance. Simple and modern decor with a hint of minimalism. LOVE IT!!! WHAT A GREAT GEM IN TEMECULA!!!! MILK & COOKIES FRESH BAKED BLISS YOU CAN'T RESIST!!!!!

They actually still had a good selection even though we came close to closing. I do wish they still had the oreo cookie and the ube cookie cause I definitely would've tried those two. We tried the following cookies: smores, peanut butter cup, white chocolate macadamia nut, salted caramel, and toffee crunch. I didn't get to try the white chocolate macadamia nut, but out of all the other choices, I really liked the smores cookie. I really loved how soft the cookies were even till the next day. Plus, the glass milk bottles were so cute that I was tempted to get one. My friend ended up getting the chocolate milk-- unsure how it ended up tasting though. Service was okay-- more of a what can I get for you conversation and that was it. If I lived closer to the area, I would come back to try the two flavors that were sold out cause the quality of the cookies were definitely there.

We don't complain often, but this was one of the worst customer experiences we've had…read more We purchased Cookies & Cream and Cake Batter frozen yogurt, and both flavors were clearly spoiled. The yogurt was bubbly, sour, and tasted bad enough that we immediately threw it away. My husband went back inside right away to let the employee know there was an issue. He even asked her to try the yogurt herself, but she responded that she would "try it later." He then asked if we could get yogurt from a different machine or exchange it for another flavor since the product was clearly spoiled. She told him they do not offer refunds or exchanges. To make matters worse, they do not offer samples, so there is no way for customers to know the yogurt is spoiled before purchasing it. Outside, there is a sign advertising "New Management, New Flavors, Better Pricing," but the pricing was actually quite expensive for a product that was inedible. The employee gave us a phone number to contact management, but the number was disconnected. We left a message at another contact number and never received a response. Very rarely have we experienced a business that serves spoiled food, refuses to make it right, and provides no working way to contact management. Between the poor product quality, lack of customer service, and complete absence of follow-up, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
