As this was a landmark birthday party, we wanted all black and gray frosting - weird, I know, but it came out perfectly (and was actually very pretty). I arrived on Saturday an hour before I had stated in my order, the cake was ready, and since you can pay online too, I was in and out in 90 seconds. Now, at the end of a grown-up birthday party, you're usually putting the extra cake back in the box and counting the days until the frosting is hard enough to throw the leftovers away and you don't have to feel like you're wasting food. Or is that just me? Regardless, at the end of this party, there wasn't a crumb left (anticipating this, I had already put a generous sized slice in tupperware during the Passing of the Cake Plates cake-cutting ritual - heheheh). I once drove through a massive snowstorm to get one of their cakes (for a party being thrown for me, in fact), because, although the roads were treacherous, they were open for business, my friends are apparently timid drivers, and the cake really is THAT good.
