It's Blaise Alexander now and I took my truck to the body shop for a bumper and fender deer hit…read morethat wasn't super bad at all but I was without my truck 15 days. They didn't even touch it from 5/3-5/8 at all it just sat there SMH! Pick a diff shop if you wana get your car back faster. The work looks really good tho.

They contacted me because they saw I was interested in selling my truck ( I was on various sites…read moreresearching my truck's trade-in value, and it seems they must track some of those sites). Anyway, I explained to them several times that I was looking at trade in value and that I had a couple of offers from carmax and nerdwallet. The lady I spoke to said that they usually (key word) do better than them. I figured, what the heck, they are only an hour away, why not. Now, I was brutally honest about rating my truck, actual mileage, scratches, as well as the accessories. Well, they lowballed me by $3000.00 and made it sound like they were being very generous and magnanimous about the whole deal. I told him he was low and thanked him for his time. He was a bit taken aback about that. Asked me if I wanted his estimate, said I could keep it or even throw it in his face if I wanted to. Okay, I did kinda chuckle over that. Obviously, he has done this before with limited success. As I left, he tried to engage and explain his position, I just smiled and left. The lady I originally spoke to sent me a half-hearted apology email that made me chuckle, too. Update: I sold my truck to Driveway.com for $25,150. Blaise Alexander offered to go as high as $22,000 (after telling me it was only worth $21,000 and change). Even though I was only asking for trade-in value, I was prepared to take $24,000 when I went there. Lucky for me, they low balled me. I guess I owe them a thank you.

They were more than happy to take our money without hesitation, but the second a small, easily fixable issue came up on their end, suddenly it was "not their problem." We were only given one key fob at the time of purchase. No mention was made that it was missing the metal key blade -- a crucial part of the key that every vehicle should come with by default. That's not some optional luxury -- that's standard equipment, and the fact that it was never brought to our attention is outright shady. When I reached out to them to clarify or ask if anything could be done, I was met with a completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. The man I spoke to acted like I was bothering him and flat-out said there was nothing he could do. No effort to help. No ownership of the issue. Just a cold, arrogant brush-off. To make things worse, I've already dealt with and personally fixed other small cosmetic issues on the truck since I got it -- no complaints there, I handled it. But not providing a complete key with a $25,000 vehicle and refusing to do anything about it? That's beyond ridiculous. It shows a complete lack of respect for the customer after the sale is finalized. I'm furious with how this was handled and am now seriously considering taking legal action. If you're thinking about buying from All Wheels Driven, think twice. If this is how they treat paying customers, I'd hate to see how they handle real problems.
