Supply chain issues pushed that back, but Greg and Carlos worked together to source an alternative part and keep the build moving. Kim stayed on top of communication the whole way and kept me in the loop. Fair is fair.. we're not the only customer the service techs are juggling, and sometimes the move is to reach out for an update rather than assume your bike is the only one on the bench. At pickup, Greg did a full walk-around, explained everything they did and what they added to accommodate the accessories I had installed, and made sure I was squared away as a new rider. I'll be honest, I was annoyed early in the process, but Coleman Falls Church is a solid shop. I am SO sorry for the long paragraph review but I just had to let it be KNOWN!! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership's SERVICE department (FALLS CHURCH), and I would not recommend them based on how they are handling my situation. On Saturday March 21, 2026, I brought my 2026 Kawasaki zx6r in for a recall service. Towards the end of the day, I had not been contacted AT ALL and had to go into the service department myself! Just to have them inform me that my recall had been finished much earlier BUT ALSO that their technician had dropped my motorcycle. While I appreciated that they agreed to replace the damaged fairings, everything that followed was handled very poorly. I brought my bike back on Saturday April 18, 2026, to have the replacement parts installed. I was told it would likely be finished the same day. During this appointment, once again I was not contacted and had to telephone them on the status. Apparently, the service department had ordered the wrong-colored part. Luckily, the correct part was available at the other location in Woodbridge, and they planned to send someone to pick it up, but the repair would not be completed until Monday. While I initially understood the delay, I was disappointed by the lack of preparation and communication. Then Monday, April 20, 2026, that turned out to be false because the technician assigned to my bike wasn't even there that day. I didn't find out about this until I had PHYSICALLY gone to service because AGAIN NO ONE WAS CONTACTING ME WITH ANY UPDATE! So I had no idea if anyone even went out to Woodbridge to pick up the part-- like they said they would. One of the service workers let me know that my bike would probably be finished tomorrow which was a Tuesday and that they would give me a CALL IF ANYTHING COMES UP. At this point I've started to become quite frustrated. On Tuesday April 21, 2026, I came in with my boyfriend who needed something from parts, while I was there I decided to stop by service after receiving ZERO communication ALL DAY even though the guys said they would start contacting if ANYTHING. I doubt my bike was even finish but I thought it was worth a try. I was told my bike was already being worked on and would be done soon, so I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, I found out through an employee that my bike had not even been started yet--and that there was no chance it would be finished that day because it takes 3 HOURS to put on a piece. I was LIED to and given false hope! TODAY is Wednesday April 22, 2026, I still have not received a single text, call, or email with any update on my motorcycle--whether it's being worked on or even finished. This is after being told multiple times that work was already in progress. I'm annoyed with having to physically go in and demand answers and then getting lied to straight in my face. I didn't WANT to be a Karen but now I FEEL like a Karen. I just really want my bike, answers, communication, and these ridiculous delays to stop! At this point, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. A simple update takes seconds, yet I've had to repeatedly chase down basic information myself. It feels like customers are left completely in the dark unless they physically show up or call. This was my first time using a ANY kinda of dealership for service, since I did most of everything else at home and it was only because of a recall. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in their service department and I will never come back to this location for any kind of service and will be continuing with Woodbridge if anything were to ever come up. This dealership solicits business online through their website. I contacted them for a quote on what would be a $30,000+ UTV purchase asking for their out the door price while providing the usual needed info. In response, I received a text, a voice mail, and email asking when I could come in to test drive and see the unit. I respond and again ask for the out the door price. They tell me they are working on the numbers. I then receive a voice mail and text message that I must telephone to receive their quote. When I resist and tell them I'll just pass, I receive a lecture about the state of the market, and that my "presence" is my leverage. I live 2 hours away and they refused to put any quote in writing. Said they would share numbers only over the telephone. I then was turned over by text message to a "sales manager" who again wants to lecture me that they are the most competitive dealer around.....but apparently they fear people sharing their written quotes with other dealers and getting a better quote. Does that combo make sense to you? I'm 50+ years old and pay cash for my cars, motorcycles, boat, ATVs, etc. But apparently, I can't be trusted to receive a written quote on a product they are trying to sell. Perhaps they should not solicit business online if they prefer to handle things via telephone. They said they want to "earn" my business, yet refuse to send a simple quote. If a business thinks they are going to "earn" my business by not appreciating the value of my time and not trusting me with a written quote, I find it concerning. They will tell you by text they are the most competitive around but they will not prove it by actually issuing a detailed out the door quote. They claim I needed to speak by phone to get the most accurate information I needed. It's not that complex. A price and the taxes and fees, etc. They simply don't want to put it in writing. I bought a ryker can am sport 900 when they delivered it was very nasty i live 4 hours away the delivery guy lied to me said one of the other guys used the close in trailer, come to find out they do not have a closed in trailer. They scratched my 2 upper arms, the bottom flare was apart, they nicked my fender, and a couple other small minor details. They keep pushing me off and the service MGR will not get in contact with me. Insanely expensive service - I agreed to pay anyway because I wanted peace of mind for a risky install like Rearsets. Assuming that $1000+ bill ensured every bolt was torqued perfectly with loctite, I was completely wrong. Under 100 miles since the installation and I had the lovely experience of having one of the bolts fall out while I was riding aggressively, nearly causing me to crash and probably lose my life. When I contacted the dealer, the service manager Greg L'Heureux told me the best they can do is replace the bolt. They aren't even interested in compensating me after nearly costing me my life. My lawyer (and gut) said to not take the bike back there under any circumstances, I won't be able to ride it comfortably again until I personally torque every bolt and USE LOCTITE as is MANDATED by the instructions. When you're life's on the line, go literally ANYWHERE else. Your neighbor is going to be more reliable and take more accountability than Coleman. read more

If you value your safety and life, DO NOT, under any circumstances, trust this place with your bike. My husband took his bike in for a simple chain replacement, and two weeks later, not only is the bike in worse condition than when it was dropped off, but we are out $500. He provided his own parts, and while he could have easily done the job himself, I insisted he leave it to the professionals. Big mistake. They mishandled one of the parts he gave them, had to reorder it, and lied about the delivery time. Despite promising it would arrive in one day, it took four days for the part to show up. After finally installing it, they handed the bike back, claiming the chain was replaced, but it wasn't. When my husband pointed this out, the technician claimed the chain was too short--an outright lie, later confirmed by the supervisor. The real shocker came when my husband took the bike for a test ride. The repair was so dangerous that he could've easily been injured or killed--he was literally one bump away from having his leg sliced open or being thrown off the bike entirely. Think about that for a moment. Four different people signed off on a job that could have been deadly. When my husband returned the bike, the supervisor admitted the job was done terribly. When the staff was questioned about the shoddy work, they didn't even seem to recognize the danger they had caused. This isn't just about a bad repair; it's about a blatant disregard for safety. If my husband wasn't as experienced with bikes as he is, he could've been seriously hurt, and someone less knowledgeable might have trusted these people with their life. They've taken our money and left us with a dangerously repaired bike. We got nothing for the $500 we spent. They handed us a $50 gift card, but after all the lies, negligence, and sheer incompetence, we'd be fools to go back for any kind of service. Get their words in writing and make them sign it, you will be charged more than what they tell you, I came in for oil change, I was told it will be 70 then was charged 123. I have Honda CTX700, the tech did what they are supposed to do, I guess, but the service reps, whew, they tried to sell me new tires, chain oil and adjustment, and a new signal light, I might really need it, but after the oil change over charge, how can I trust anything they say or do when it was 53 dollars over the quoted price. That is 75% price increase after the service is done. Ohhh they make you sign a paper, it will say the number they quoted you and other numbers, and will tell you not to worry about it, until they charge you these other numbers. Maybe because it's too long and there's too much to read. Maybe it's not my fault I have so much to write. Currently the Monster is back again for its 27,000 mile service and a failed throttle position sensor - AGAIN. Make sure you check your bike when you get it back from Coleman ( (1) they lost a Givi bracket that was installed on my 2013 Ducati Multistrada when they did a rear wheel brake job but claim it is not them and it might have gone loose or someone stole it ( both explanations are not credible) . I asked several service advisors at different times and they just do not want to take responsibility or more importantly try to find it in The shop ( this is a very specific bracket that cannot be sued for anything else and I cannot imagine somebody would have trashed thsi) Now I cannot use my side Givi paniers V35 since Givi has discontinued the bracket sets. Worse, one of the advisors said just buy the Ducati paniers ( yeah, at $1000 the set !!!) (2) now on another job, they forgot to put back a couple of bolts on the fairing or to secure some wires /connectors ( at least they got that fixed) read more

Recently purchased my motorcycle from Coleman's. Sales rep Cameron was awesome. Due to inventory issues with Yamaha, I waited about 6 months for my unit to come in. Cam was great and kept me up to date. I would stop into the dealership often and always felt welcomed. When my unit finally came in, he had everything prepped and ready for me. Cam followed up with me afterwards and overall made it a great experience. Barry sets a great example for what a customer would like a business to be. Personable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel like more than just another number. I've since been back for my service and to do a bit more work. Greetings all reader, Update since my purchase of a CanAm F3 Limited. It has been 4 months now and I'm still waiting to get a back rest and USB port replacement. I also have concern s about how my financing was administered. I paid "separately" for over $1,000 for accessories however the accessories were billed into my financing....which made no sense. Why would anyone want to finance a flat cost for accessories over a period of a loan. Why purchase a one time cost over a period of time/years. So let me warn everyone. Please be careful and clear as I was but still ended up getting taken. I will pursue this further... The dealership has good customer service and friendly sells associates but sneaky financing practices. I welcome a manager to call me at 301-659-6061. It's of the obvious, I'm dissatisfied with financing practices. only gave a one star so this could get posted. First time I was there I traded in a Harley and bought a Suzuki VanVan...don't ask. That experience was pretty "meh". The worst is it took about 8 hours from start to finish, which is insanely long. Fast forward to now, I was just there to check out a V2. 90% sure I was going to ride out on one that day. Literally all they had to do was talk to me and do simple things and they would have sold a V2. But nope. Right off the bat the Ducati sales manager ruined any chance that Coleman had of selling me that bike, and any bike from their dealership in the foreseeable future. All I wanted was to listen to the V2. That's it. Just start a V2 somewhere so I can hear what it sounds like. At any other dealership this would probably be done without you even asking. But for this particular sales manager, it was a chore. He was extremely condescending. His greeting when he first saw me wasn't "hi" it was "what do you ride". What the fuck kinda of question is that? Oh I know - it's because he thinks I'm some young joyrider. It's some dumb test to see if I currently have a bike or not, and if I do, if that bike meets his expectations on if I should be treated seriously or not. Apparently riding in on a Daytona 675 was not good enough. So after some back-and-forth about what Ducatis sound like and me having to justify why I wanted to hear one, he finally walks outside and....STARTS A HYPERMOTARD!!!!!!! I shit you not. Who in their right mind listens to a Hypermotard and buys a V2 and is fully satisfied? Keep in mind the Hypermotard has a completely DIFFERENT engine in it - the Testastretta, and the V2 has the Superquadro. They will sound completely different. But his dumb rationale was that since they're both twins, they'll sound the same. I was completely blown away by this whole exchange. All this guy had to do was start a fucking motorcycle to sell it, and they failed. I'm 36 years old, I work in IT, I do not need to sit there trying to prove how serious I am in buying a Ducati. They're $16k, we're not talking about some $100k Porsche here. Was I supposed to walk in there and show him my paystubs before he took me seriously? Ok, not sure where to begin. I rarely make negative comments about business because I try to highlight the good experiences. But the HORRIBLE service if you want to call it service at all, I need to vent. My bike had a F1 light on & was stalling when I came to a stop or while idling, plus I needed a State Inspection & annual service. Back on 3 May 22, I called Coleman PowerSports Falls Church, VA & asked if my bike could get all the things mentioned prior looked at & fixed. I asked if I drop the bike off on the 14th, could they have it ready by the 28th? Kevin said yes, just bring it on by. So on the 14th I dropped the bike off & said if there is anything please give me a call. With the belief that they would have it ready or let me know the status. Shame on me... So, on the 27th I called & asked would the bike be ready for pick up on the 28th. Kevin stated they just started to look at my bike & suggested I'd need a coolant flush, battery & they would do the inspection, but it should be ready. My immediate thought was, you had my bike for almost two (2) weeks & did nothing until now... I told him to go ahead get it done. I arrive the 28th before they closed & was told they changed the battery, the coolant flush wasn't done & I failed the State Inspection due to tires. The F1 issue had not been addressed due to lack of time. Two weeks!!! SMDH They didn't have tires due to a back-logged on tires so they couldn't replace the tires to pass the inspection. I took the bike home & found tires on Amazon. Call me a FOOL for still believing in CPS, maybe I was just desperate to get my bike running, so I made another appointment to get the tires put on, State Inspection, coolant flush & F1 issue addressed. Giving them 10 days to get things done , since I'd be out of town. Kevin stated they would get on it the next day. Thinking not to make the same mistake, I'd call after three (3) days to check on the status. But to my misfortune no one answered the phone or reply to my voicemails. The day before I was to pick the bike up I finally got through by calling a different department & have them patch me to service. I spoke with Carlos who checked on the bike & stated it was on the rack still getting looked at & the tires & inspection were done. I called the day of pick up & spoke with Kevin again, he said the bike should be ready by the end of the day. So, I arrive to pick up my bike, Kevin began to tell me they didn't have time to finish diagnosing the F1 issue. It took my every fiber in my body not to act a fool. Understanding nothing could change the situation. I paid the bill & asked for my keys & left knowing I had been screwed over once again. I'm still mad that I waisted so much time dealing with AWFUL customer service. I'd be Ok, if someone would have called & said we could or couldn't do something, but to hear nothing other than on the day before, that's when they started to look at my bike is what pisses me off the most. If you choose to go to Coleman PowerSports, I suggest you stay in constant contact if you can & best of luck, hope you don't have the same experience I had. To all riders Two Wheels Up!!! read more

I ordered some parts, they said they'd call me when they were ready. 2 weeks later, no call. I call them and ask about my order "Oh Yeah! Those came in a few days ago I think. Yeah, come on in!" I park my car, I walk into the building, passing no less than 5 employees who didn't bother making eye contact with me, let alone offering a greeting or directing me to the parts department. I find the parts department and there is one customer ahead of me. I'm waiting, it seems like a pretty complicated order. 2 other employees from behind the counter look at me, then walk away. 15 minutes later. The customer ahead of me is done. I'm still standing there as the employee behind the counter has yet to acknowledge me "Excuse me?" She finally lifts her head from the screen. "I'm here for a pickup" They get my parts, one is missing. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to come out from the back for me to tell them. Finally get the part and I walk out. Passing the same employees who didn't offer a greeting or even eye contact. Same treatment on the way out. No "goodbye", no "thanks for coming", nothing. Complete silence. I ordered my parts here for pick up so I can check the place out. I'm glad I did. I'll never do business with them again. read more

I was ready to buy a motorcycle for summer 2022, but no one would get back to me. Messaged through the manufacturer, through their website, left VM, and sent email. Nothing. I even emailed the general manager who never responded. That being said, showing up at their location and asking questions face to face works better. The motorcycles they have in stock is hit or miss. With the economy the way it is, you may have to widen your search to find what you want. Not sure how I should feel about this but recently I brought my MT07 that I bought from this dealer to have the oil pan re-threaded since I stripped it. I dropped by bike off and was called that it would be $780 for 6 hours of labor to fix it. I was shocked by the price but it had to be done. I stopped by to check if it was ready and sure enough it was. They didn't even call me to say my bike was fixed. The total ended up being $873!!! Yes the job was professionally done but I believe I was charged way too much for this simple fix. I will definitely check other prices before coming here again. read more

Bought a new 2023 Yamaha SHVO ski in June, NEVER received the cover, trailer wire harness, or speaker housing cover that was damaged. Don't expect them to return numerous emails or phone calls...you literally have to pretend to be interested in buying a new ski to get them to call you back! After a one month wait "less than most I see posted here" and a 750 dollar charge. The mechanic stated the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, this is was not the case. Originally was going to purchase a CBR600 and start riding this summer since I've been riding my friends buttt, due to circumstances, I couldn't. I finally got to visit this past week right after settling home back from college. It was by far the best experience ever, I got to sit on a few bikes, even saw my first H2. Found the most beautiful CBR500 (besides my buds) starring right at me with halo eyes. Stayed here for about 2 hours or more just for fun with my friend. Bought some gear and love it! read more
