Chip got back to us quickly, said the damage looked pretty bad, and he would need to see it before he could put together the repair estimate. I dropped the boat off and Chip got back quickly via email, with numerous pictures of all the visible damage especially under the boat. The impact caused extensive cracks radiating several feet beyond the fiberglass damage. Unfortunately, the repair estimate was more than we had thought, and our insurance told us it would be totaled. Chip had stored our boat for a couple weeks, and even though I offered to pay him for his time, he refused. I did see an example of their repair work, and you could tell that the side of the boat had been damaged! If your boat needs fiberglass repairs, see Chip!

The tech at my normal shop didn't feel qualified to do that level of service and said Casey at Canyon was more experienced. When I picked up the boat Canyon had done over $500 worth of work I had specifically told them not to do, that I would do myself. They also DIDN'T do some of the items I had requested they perform. When I got the boat home I found the oil level overfilled, so I pumped out some oil. It looked VERY unusual for brand new oil, like dark tea with a reddish tinge. I questioned whether it had even been changed but when I had it analyzed the lab said it looked clean so I dropped the issue. This May we launched the boat in Anacortes, WA and I started the motor for the first time since picking it up from Canyon Marine. We quickly discovered that the head was cracked and the motor was ruined. I called Canyon Marine at the time and left a voicemail message with the manager telling him about the failure. No one called me back. After I knew what the problem was and what the replacement motor cost would be I sent a letter to the manager at Canyon Marine detailing the issue and asking for a refund of the $2573 they charged me for the work. No one answered me. This motor cost tens of thousands of dollars to replace and all I asked for was what they charged me to ruin my outboard. The motor was running fine when I hauled the boat out last August before taking it to Canyon Marine. I had just run it from the Puget Sound to Alaska and back with a retired police officer who can attest to this. No one could determine the root cause of the failure so I can't prove Canyon Marine did this but it seems highly likely. Worked when I dropped it off, didn't work next time I started it after they serviced it. The customer service I experienced with this business has been truly abysmal.

Less than 30 minutes on the water and dead again would not auto stow. We have taken it to them twice once in the dead of winter to give them plenty of time to take to trouble shoot it and figure out what was wrong. It appears they did nothing though they charged us a pretty penny.

At our appointment, we felt very welcome they had a cute welcome sign with our name on it and Chad was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. There was no pressure to buy at that moment he gave us time to think about it and call at a later date when we had made up our mind. Once we knew it was the boat for us Chad helped us with all the paperwork and even added on a free Un winterization package and offered to take us out on the lake for the first time. We learned how to use our boat and explored a new to us lake. Honestly, I thought buying a used boat we would not get the service as if we bought a brand-new boat, but everyone at prestige treated us as if we bought a brand-new boat.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We did some shopping in their proshop area for all of our gear and they offered us a generous discount for purchasing our boat with them! We did a demo on the water the day we picked it up and learned about all the features on the boat. We had a minor issue once we got back to the house, but Chad was there to answer our questions after hours and fixed the problem without hesitation. We got our boat home and she's in the water ready for a great summer! All thanks to Prestige and the awesome staff!!

After the purchase, he came with us to the lake not only once but twice! This certainly saved my marriage by helping my wife and I work out the kinks with getting the boat on and off the trailer. He spent quite a bit of time teaching us how to operate the ballast system and how to use all the accessories on the boat. Since the purchase, they have provided excellent service on our boat and have given us lots of great advice. We have had a lot of fun with our new MB! There is a reason these guys have been in the business for decades here in Boise!

Their graphic design is very lacking and it is solely up to you to create your own design work. Do not rely on them. Customer service is seriously lacking. Very disrespectful communication by phone and email. If you want changes or are unhappy with your install they do not stand by their work. After inquiring about one my decals that was not straight or installed in the proper location they emailed me back and said "we are short staffed can't get material and don't have the capability to do this job any longer" Take that quote into consideration if you are going to hire them.

Quality of "Character" was brought up multiple times and believed this was the best choice. I got it wrong. Dropped the car off on a Monday with an expectation of a week to complete. However, on Wednesday I got a call telling me they had run out of the wrap material and had to order more so delivery was going to be delayed. Thought to myself, eh, mistakes happen it will be a day longer I can wait it out, it's gonna look great!.. Well, Friday comes and I get another call with them saying since there are storms in Texas the shipment of vinyl is held up in Tennessee. Figured ok, the mess in Texas is understandable but it's FEDEX of all carriers they will get it straightened out. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday all come and go.. Sun has been shining in Texas and Tennesee for a week and Artsign still had no answer to when it would arrive.  They could not even give me an expectation of when it might arrive, they just "didn't know" anything other than it was in Tennesee. So in frustration, I talk to the owner who listened but still couldn't provide any solutions beyond giving me $250 off the $3200 cost of the service, or I could drive my half-completed car home and just wait. They said they exhausted every option in trying to find other sources of material and that their hands were just tied. I told her in a very frustrated customer voice that I'd call her Friday and we can check our options from there and just hung up. Thursday Morning I got a call from the installer and said that they had decided that they were going to remove the wrapping they had done and refund me my money.  Told him let's hold off, it had been near two weeks and we may as well wait it out a bit more to see when it could get in. He said he would talk to the owner. IN the meantime I decided to call a shop that had the vision of how I wanted my car and in literally 10 mins I had a roll of material shipped overnight, morning delivery that would have been there Friday. I solved their problem for them.  Calling the installer again to tell him the good news I got the reply, and I quote... "We decided that we are just going to take the wrap off the car, refund your money," I said, wait I have the material coming.. He replied "We are going to take the wrap off the car, we do not want to do business with you" Absolutely incredible I thought. Here I was a frustrated customer, was never rude, obnoxious (in my eyes), or raised my voice, I was just someone who was getting beat down by delays and yes they couldn't give a crap beyond saying "they're sorry". I could appreciate the Texas situation, no one expected that, and I could appreciate the delays Fedex could have had. But yet, no one could answer why the hell didn't they order enough material in the first place? And why could I find in literally 10 mins what they said they couldn't find in days. Anyway, I picked up the car today and am off to find a new place to do business with. These folks, Artsign I sincerely do not recommend doing business with. Their professionalism, service, and commitment to their customer is absolutely questionable.
