I need to update the review, as Tutto Dolce now serves savory (dinner-type) Italian food as well as…read moreall the desserts I love, since their restaurant next door has closed. So the space here is mostly taken up with pizza boxes and a long food service table, with a narrowish aisle to order your food / desserts. They have meatballs; various pizza slices and whole pizzas (unlike the new place next door, they'll serve you slices all day); lasagna and manicotti. There are other things but I'm a vegetarian so I zone out the minute I see "sausage." Vegetarian? They default to a marinara red sauce and vegetable is one of the default slices. I didn't see eggplant parmesan on the menu, but they told me if I ask for it (advance notice would be helpful) they'll make it. Entrees are served hot. The manicotti and lasagna are delicious; the manicotti is not a big pan but a take-out container with two manicotti rolls; will feed one hungry person but wouldn't be enough for two people. Service is still friendly although the space is now a little cramped. The cake and gelato, etc. are still delicious, so I stand by everything I said about dessert in my earlier review.

The gelato here is really good!I stopped by after having some Thai food and it was worth it…read more Quality- I sampled their home made pumpkin and pistachio flavor. It was better than most gelato places I've been to. I can taste the ingredients well. Quantity- they give a fair amount for the price. 2 scoops for 6 bucks. Atmosphere- I like walking in and seeing the spinning gelato machines. I'm sure it is a go to spot for glen bard west nearby. Service- the guy was very friendly.

Very responsive and seemed easy to work with. $400 for a 15-20 person charcuterie is quite pricey…read more $120 for a small 8"cake. Was offering to do everything I needed, like EVERYTHING. I thought I was calling a bakery. Darla told me she would do the charcuterie tray, mini sandwiches desserts and cake. There's nothing to really look at so she will just text you ideas. I was excited to help out a small, local business. She works out of her home and wants half upfront. Sounds fair but was a little concerned because there's just a tiktok and phone as a contact and was nervous zelleing someone I wasn't totally comfortable with. I decided to only use her for the cake. Well, the day after we firmed up things (but still really no idea what the cake would look like or charcuterie or anything so was not sure what I was buying - no description, no invoice, no nothing but she wants half) she decided she couldn't make the cake. She feels I will be disappointed :-/ We're both pulling ideas off Pinterest or google and mine was no different than hers, so not really sure what happened here. Unfortunately, Im a week out and have to start over. Very disappointing. Feel she shouldn't send me "ideas" of cakes if she cannot produce them! Big waste of my time. Will not be using for for any future orders!

Lovely first plate with tea sandwiches and a souffle. The attentive, kind and hard working wait staff passed around extra sandwiches. Then came warm, flaky scones served with lemon curd and Devonshire cream (as they should be served), followed by a dessert trio. The tea being served was so good. For foodies, know that they use quality ingredients. Excellent cheeses. Bread that was soft yet stood up to the toppings. I appreciated how helpful Carol was with special food needs (GF, vegan, etc). Staff confirmed with each person what they were getting the day of the event. She was also very helpful in general. I live in Texas, have never been to Suzette's and felt at ease that it would all pull together. Parking in the garage across the alleyway was a bonus. So convenient. I highly recommend them for your small event (room holds 30ish people). They were also very accommodating to the small children who attended so bonus family friendly.

There's a quiet pride in the air now, a sense that the place knows it has blossomed. Today's tea service was an absolute treat: elegant, cozy, and full of small delights that made the whole experience feel like a gentle exhale. Every morsel was beautifully balanced, from the crisp, refreshing cucumber canapés to warm flaky scones to the indulgent sweets served with a bright sherbet to cleanse the palate. The pumpkin soup was exquisite, velvety and comforting, and the trio of teas were brewed with the care of someone who respects the leaves. Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, warm without being intrusive, exactly what a tea service deserves. This is a special time of year at Suzette's, when you step in from the cold and are welcomed into a space that feels elegant, glowing, and lovingly kept, a perfect little escape, wrapped in French charm and good company. Oh, and don't leave without taking a few of their goodies home... I will surely enjoy mine during the next few days
