Thankfully, it was seamless to make the change! In addition, I would refer my clients to past insurance agents and they would come back and complain about them. Now was the time to make the change. I spent over a week off and on searching online, comparing insurance companies and agents while reading countless reviews looking for positive consistency. It was frustrating and overwhelming, until I came across Marc Dixon's office with Allstate. Hands down, Marc had the most positive reviews I have seen anywhere, including over 1,300 on Allstate's website, and now I understand why. From my very first inquiry, I immediately experienced the difference in service with Marc and his team! They picked up the phone, Marc responded timely, they understand coverages, they genuinely care, will ensure my insurance never lapses (I still don't know how that happened with my last agent), and will take the time each year at renewal to review and update my plan if needed. Marc Dixon and his incredible staff, Lisa Walker and Antonia Meyer fixed a few concerning issues with my prior policy, guided me, and the switch was done! He gave me the peace of mind of knowing my properties are protected just the way I wanted, and managed to save me some money. Got into a car accident yesterday, went into the Ewa beach office today and lorwina was really helpful! I love the fact that they know us by name and is always quick with everything. Not even a year, our 2019 vehicle got rear ended. Frelynn was so helpful in guiding us on what we needed to do. Communication with Frelynn and her team were very prompt through either phone calls or emails. After the car accident, Statefarm was able to cover our medical visits, PT, and massage under our policy. And our vehicle was fixed without a problem. Frelynn also helped us with our home insurance policy which was significantly affordable compared to another company we had that didn't even include hurricane. Couple weeks ago Frelynn's office lady called me to schedule an appointment to review our insurance policies. Today, my husband and I had the appointment with Frelynn. We like this idea since we tend to forget what's within our policies. After meeting with Frelynn today, she's still a very friendly and caring agent like how we first met her. We like how she reviewed our home and car insurance policies explaining thoroughly to help us understand what our policy covers. She also gave us a quote if we wanted to upgrade our insurance. She didn't give us any pressure which was a plus. Before we left, she surprised us with thoughtful StateFarm gifts for being her clients. Since then, Allstate is no longer at the dealership and my account got transferred over to Helen at this location. My daughter recently acquired a vehicle and needed basic no fault insurance. I was not feeling well, and had my daughter call here, and get everything set up for me because it hurt to talk. Helen assisted my daughter and then called me back to confirm everything. In this day and age, I really appreciate that she didn't just turn my daughter away because she's "not authorized". I'm extremely pleased with the price and service of Allstate. You have to call them for any changes on your policy, things you can quickly do online with Progressive, Geico and all other insurance out there. I saved a lot more switching to progressive. It was quick for allstate to sign you up with any policy but pain in the ass when you decide to cancel, they will ask you to come to their office in person just to cancel a policy! What a joke! Luckily, progressive can do the cancellation on my behalf.

Unfortunately I had to make a very difficult and stressful decision to cancel and seek another insurance company. We added my son and his vehicle to our policy and it was taking too long to get his policy "approved"?? After several phone calls to the 1-800 number, I was told that the "approval" is pending on the "backend"? wuh?? I'm so confused! Waited a week and called back and was told they don't show anything in their records of me adding my son and his vehicle to our policy, I have no choice but to find coverage for his vehicle else where, as I didn't have any energy to deal with this. Additionally, there was bad weather that caused damages to our roof as well as to the homes in our general neighborhood. My neighbors were approved with their insurance company after filing a claim for their roof, but not ours. We were denied, they also sent a forensic to investigate the roof damage. The claim process was quick and the Adjuster was friendly to work with, it was very disappointing to had been denied, made me feel like we have home insurance for nothing. But anyways, time to move forward...

In the process of fighting because the refuse to reimburse me for 15 months. I cancelled policy on the spot and received cheaper rate with same coverage from STATE FARM!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIBERTY MUTUAL THIEVES GROUP!!
