She was already on a pick up but took down my info and said she would get back to us as soon as she could. She came to our house, gurney in hand, and proceeded to treat Lennie as though he were her very own. She quickly calmed his nerves (and ours) and gently eased him onto the gurney, making sure he was securely fastened in, yet comfortable and then was able to place him in her van and follow us to the ER. After a couple of hours in the hospital, Lennie was able to walk out with us and go home. The next day, I got a call from Silvia wanting to check in with us and see how Lennie was doing because he was now in her heart, which immediately secured a place for her in ours as well. It takes great patience and compassion (not to mention strength) to do what she does and she does it extremely well! We are very grateful to Silvia and to Two By Two for making what would otherwise be a very scary situation, a little more bearable. We were very fortunate that Silvia took our call on Tuesday and Two By Two are very fortunate to have her in their employ.

They were caring, compassionate, and professional. Allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. Gave our baby their love too. She passed peacefully in my lap in her favorite spot on the couch. So glad we chose to do it in our home...so worth it to not have her last moment be scared at a vets office! It gave our other pups a chance to see her loss too, so they weren't left wondering why she never came home. It was also more affordable than other option we looked into. She has a background as an animal behaviorist so she really understands all types ! And what's really telling is when we get back , our cats never seem anxious or clingy, they are all totally relaxed so I know how comfortable they feel with her :)Lisa also regularly updates us with pictures, text and video so we can always stay posted on how our babies are doing. She also leaves very detailed notes with pertinent information after the job is finished. I would never talk bad about a business but I feel the need to warn you all and say think twice before sending your beloved animal here. My poor baby Darla had a seizure so we rushed her here asap. After a series of expensive tests and 5 over night stays, her tests all remained negative. They scared us by saying if she was off her IV, she could die. They took every hard earned dollar and pulled on our heart strings and poked and prodded her veins dry. Finally, we just had to get a second opinion. So we discharged her against "medical advice" and took her to another vet who said there was nothing wrong with her and after one overnight stay, they discharged her. Are these people so money hungry that they'd put my poor baby through all these unnecessary tests? And what kind of people take advantage of the fact that as pet owners, we would do anything for our babies? Avoid this practice at all costs
