I'm a bit iffy on this place. Why? So I have been to a few of the daycares around town. There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.

We were greeted by a very nice lady who lead us to the "luxury suite"; we were surprised by the warm facility which smelled of urine. The cat suite was spacious for a cat and enclosed with a full glass door; the toys and flooring in the room were zip tied together and frayed, the bedding and towers were covered in fur and dried food. I expect some wear and tear, it's not realistic to provide new toys and bedding for every cat but I do expect basic maintenance and cleanliness! Our biggest disappointment was location of the cat room , advertised as a calm space was directly next to the dogs; everything could be heard in the cat room, no sound proofing at all! This advertising for the suite was misleading and I never would've booked if I read honest reviews. I also need to recognize some positives, the response for scheduling was quick. once I reached out requesting updates, photos were sent the same day or next day with a follow up text . Great location if you're heading to/from the airport or staying on the strip. Upon pick up my kitten smelled of urine; we bathed him twice and had to discard many of his toys. Tip- schedule a tour of any facility, don't rely solely on reviews or conversations with the facility.

Rhonda was so caring and loving - she totally understood my difficulty and assured me that Willow would be okay. She kept in touch with me the whole time, sending lots of adorable photos and videos. Willow actually blossomed while she was there. She became more socialized with both other dogs and her new human friends. She's a new dog! Rhonda even bathed her before I picked her up so she was smelling sweet. I will never take Willow anywhere else for boarding, and I will recommend Rhonda to all my pet-owning friends!! The group class was small and intimate, which made it easy for both of us to be involved in the training process. We had to put one of them down due to injuries and thought I would need to rehome 2 of them but he worked with all of us and made my pack stronger and more bonded than ever. He took the time to come over first and watch and observe them together and then he worked with them individually and in smaller groups. He trained me as well on how to be a stronger mama bear and take my power back. He taught me to "lock up" my couch since the couch was misbehaving when I wasn't home. Haha. Now my furniture is safe, my dogs aren't tempted and they can be unsupervised more often without getting into trouble. His weekly group classes are a lot of fun to bring the dogs to so they can play and train at the same time. They can meet other dogs if they want or we just do our own thing and my crazies love Mr. Nick. He still periodically checks in on us and always responds to my texts when I have a quick question. You can tell he truly loves all the animals he works with and they can feel it too. I'm so glad he was recommended to me by my vet. He was life saver then and he is still one now. Because 5 crazies is a lifelong commitment and the training snd questions never stop.
