Hi I do a lot away from onaway to pick up my clutch I ordered it to them so I didn't have to do it on the internet but I guess I should have did it on the internet myself they can't even count to 7:00 there is seven friction plates in my Suzuki boulevard they got me six I drove all the way back down to see if I could pick up to seventh one they wrecked my whole weekend cost me $250 for fuel to have them tell me that they can't get it in until next week I should have did it on the internet myself at least I can count to seven then I tell them what are they going to do about it and they just said it's no it's my problem that's not right if you need parts or I'm over to internet yourself buy a cheap card so your card can't be scammed you can do it they don't need your business they can't even count read more

Called to get a tire changed, they quoted me $30 which is totally fine. I made sure to clarify that I was bringing my own new tire so there was no confusion. i show up the people behind the service Counter tell me they don't change tire unless you buy one of their outrageously priced tires. then they proceeded to tell me to go ask the guy in service if he will do it for me. i go out there and the guy is in the middle of unloading a shipment of new bikes. So I just left. total waste of time. read more

Great experience having my Vulcan 900 serviced as the service was top notch and the parts and labor charges are very reasonable. Took my bike in for a fork seal replacement and left it there over night. A fews things i didnt like about this shop was, my fairings had oil fingerprints, the shop was dirty and messy. The only reason why i rated at a 3 because the mechanic helped me jump started my bike. read more
