Well, the service writer shook his head at someone's (I'll assume not mine) incompetence and made it right.

I was nervous coming in for a tire change after the nightmarish reviews I had read about this…read moreplace, but gotta say I was pleased enough. It was a little inconvenient that they didn't do appointments and they needed a full day to get a tire change done, but that's mostly a limitation of their number of people working the service department, as I understand, so I don't hold it to them. They were transparent throughout the process and provided some guidance on other issues I've been having with the bike, even if they couldn't work on it because of it's age. Pricing is what it will be. Most shops charge between $90 to $110 an hour in my experience. They land somewhere in there as well. But they do it well, and I'm lead to believe that they would have charged less if I had taken the wheels off myself ahead of time (I brought the whole bike in). All in all, I had a pretty good experience here. Again, just got my tires changed, so I can't speak to anything much beyond that though. I should also note that I bought my own tires through a separate company, not through Free Ride. Some places will say they can't mount tires they haven't purchased for insurance reasons, not the case here. Cheers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I tried to go in on a Saturday to their service…read moredepartment. it is closed on weekends despite showing as open on their website. In addition to that every time I have been in there I have been ignored by their staff. I must look too young/poor to buy from them so they do not address me. I have seen nothing but bad reviews about their sales and service department. I plan to contact the state attorneys office.

Patronize Power Sports International in Davison, MI at your own risk. We had an unbelievably bad…read moreexperience there thanks to "Sam". This was quite possibly one of the WORST experiences we have endured over many decades of attempting to purchase powersport vehicles. "Sam" was very rude, condescending and disrespectful to say the least. So much so that my wife - one of the most easy-going persons you will ever meet - told him so and walked out of the showroom. "Sam" literally told me, "I don't really care if you buy from me or not. Buy from someone else." He said also stated, "I knew you were going to be a problem as soon as you tried to negotiate with me." Excuse me? Do you really expect potential customers to spend five figures on a recreational vehicle without even attempting to bargain? Just pay the asking price, eh? That's absurd. What is truly dumbfounding about our experience is that I began my conversation with "Sam" by telling him we were there not just to buy a cart, but to build a relationship like I had done with my local Ford/Lincoln dealership, from whom we have purchased 14 new vehicles from in the past ~20 years -- same salesman for nearly all of them, until he retired recently. We drove the 1+ hour back home, astounded at our time at PSI 42. Less than 24 hours later, we did exactly as "Sam" had suggested: We purchased an $11K rec EVolution D5 Maverick 4 Plus golf cart from another dealer. The staff and ownership at that dealership could give "Sam" a remedial lesson on how to provide a gracious and appropriate level of customer service. As long as "Sam" is there, I would avoid this place at all costs. Caveat emptor. P.S. - "Sam" didn't want my business, so we purchased a 2025 EVolution D5 Maverick elsewhere.

Customer service was really good. Repair work was completed on time, add-on accessories were…read moreinstalled in a timely manner as well. Good bang for the bucks spent.

He spent so much time over the weekend answering my questions and making sure everything was perfect. I picked up the bike which he prepared to be fully woods safe and legal and did it in 24 hours. Truly amazing experience. Thanks Rob! Now its time to rip!!

**UPDATE*** After…read morethe initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty.
