There was no apology, no offer to prioritize our order, and no gesture to address the inconvenience caused by their error. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but how staff handle those mistakes makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and lack of accountability left a very negative impression. An hour later... the food was ready. Food was good, but hummus was very salty.
