This used to be my laundry of choise. I go late at nite to avoid the crowds. It was very clean, reasonably priced, and the young man that was on duty, was very helpful, courteous, respectful to everyone, and always had a smile for you. About 2-3 months ago he was gone, and the new guy started. What a difference!!!! This man is rude, arrogant, and down right mean,and disrespectful He acts like its gonna kill him to stop and help you, They need to replace him before he runs off all of the "loyal" customers who have been coming there for Years. We've been out of town the last two weekends and our laundry was seriously neglected. After realizing that I had to do about 20 loads to do (there's 5 of us!), my b/f suggested taking everything to the laundry mat and getting it all done at once. So then we tried to find a laundry mat that's not in the hood (yeah right!). We found this place and decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. It's pretty big and they have tables where you can sit and wait, with vending machines, TV's and even a little area for kids to sit and watch cartoons or play. Minus a star for their payment system. We arrived with a ton of quarters and were not happy when we saw that you had to purchase credits on a card in order to use the machines. No quarters accepted. We spent about $40 but you can dry your clothes for free after you wash them so that helped with the cost. I still have $14 left on my card so I'm forced to go back again or waste the $14. But I did get all of my laundry done in two hours compared to the 2 or 3 days that it would have taken me at home so it was definitely worth it. read more

This is a good place to wash your cloths but I have to say my family and I got scared, we kept putting money into the vending machine with the snacks , it kept taking our money, so we told the lady who works here and she didn't give us our money, but before us 3 other people had problems with the same machine, but they got there money back , good laundry , bad service . read more

They offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV and many times they have offer me a donut or bottled water. The restrooms are clean and the staff is amazing. Harvest who seems work early morning hours is so friendly and helpful. The staff member the comes in after him (of Asian decent) is just as kind and helpful. He has even help us load our clothes into the car when we were done. This location has really set the tone for how these community self serves locations should be. The place it's self is clean and the Washers hold a ton. I didn't like that you had to buy a three dollar card before loading money. Made me not have enough to do my whole loads u had to go to the bank. Just a heads up, I was washing my comforters at the laundromat because they are commercial wash only, and some women stole my money card when I left the washing machine to get something for my two year old. Then I had him sitting by the kids table with my other load of laundry and left to get a new card and when I came back the lady had taken my detergent. I saw it in her cart so I asked her for it it and she said "oh I just put it here in my basket." Later on I saw her steal someone else's card and start saying "I'm gonna sell these things." She had a stack of at least 15 and I over heard multiple people tell management they got their money card stollen. So just watch your stuff I guess some people have no boundaries. read more

Used to like coming here. Machines are pretty clean, but watch out for machines stealing money off your card. If you tell them, they make you put more money on your card, then go mess with it themselves. When they get it to work by shoving it in and out and wiggling it around, they tell you no refunds. read more

First time here. Staff was very nice. Hope to see them again when I go back. How I ended up here, it's a long story but the 5 star, well deserved. I felt lost and it was 80% packed. System a little strange but I can see why they do it that way. I just don't like to bother people if I can get it accomplished on my own. I'm updating my review. This place is the absolute best. I am definatly a regular here. The guy there greets me everytime upon arrival and upon leaving. He holds the door open and is just over all super friendly ! He cleans all the time to make sure the place stays tidy, and if I forget my card he lets me use his! Most people are skeptical about using the card but it's a great way , you don't need quarters and everytime you wash adds up to a free wash ! I've only been here once & I have nothing to complain about. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a man that works there but he wasn't speaking in English. He asked me how I was doing in Cambodiam because he thought I was cambodian right away. [I'm Filipino.] They have 2 vending machines with snacks and drinks, a kids area for them to play or watch cartoons, & tables. This place was very clean & the guy was very helper! Fyi: DO NOT bring a bunch of quaters!! (Like me) They have this value card that you put money into and that's how you start your wash. You also get free dry when you wash! First time patrons can be hard to find. Located in the College shopping center, where Planet Fitness but in a separate building in the corner. They have top loaders and bulk machines. The top loader is $3 and bulk is $5. No coins must buy a ESD card from the machine. The card cost $3 and have to load the card after you get a new one. There is an atm on premise and the ESD card dispenser accepts $20 bills. Drying is no additional charge. The cost of wash is factored into drying. It is quite fair arreangement. There is seating area with tables. Very clean and bright. Best is opened 24/7. read more

Found this place at the last minute and I'm so glad we did! The lady working was very nice and so helpful. It was our first time coming here so we were a little confused about the machine taking the reloadable card instead of cash or change, but we were helped right away and now the process of doing laundry is very simple!
