Dropped in with a bridge pad that I had ordered on Walmart Website, the Manager was very pleasant…read moreand receptive to my request for installing the pad. In only a very few minutes, She returned with my glasses fully repaired with the new pad. Then, I asked Her to repair my other pair which were twisted out of shape. She agreed and offered to replace the bridge pad on that pair of glasses. A few minutes later She returned from the back with them straight and with new pad. Now, get this; two repairs, 2 bottles of glass cleaner with 2 cloths, $12.51. Remarkable, very pleasant experience! Thank You!

I'm always happy to go there. it's not an appointment that I just dread to go to. most dr appts I'd just rather not. anyway, try them out.

I was told they were ordered and they get glasses in daily so they would call me when came in. I was concerned as my husband has to do his CDL certification by April 1st and needed his glasses to do testing as his other glasses were really bad. So I called the lady back and was told they had not even been ordered. Donna at front desk transfered me to a very RUDE old lady who was very unsympathic and kept stating they were all new there and no one new how to order the glasses, I then told her I immediately needed the 500.00 deposit paid on my glasses back and she said she didnt know how to do that she would tell doctor, asked to speak to doctor and was told with patients. THEN, When my glasses came in the no line bifocal was too high and had to tilt my head backwards to see. They remeasured them, sent them to get corrected. Ridiculous. Went today to get the corrected pair and they are exactly the same as before. When I told the eye technician she looks over to another lady and says outloud: "I'm tired of customers yelling at me." I looked at her asked her "What are you talking about?" I never raised my voice, yelled or said anything in any tone that could be considered yelling. It's not the customers fault Lane Eye Care failed to complete the insurance correctly and over charger the customer twice the cost. Then they measured the bifocal wrong twice, treat your customers with disrespect and accuse them of something they NEVER said, raised their voice but remained civil and professional. I requested a refund. Waiting on it to be processed. I wasted a month of time, money and aggravation for eye glasses that still dont have. Now, I have to start this process with another eye doctor. Save yourself the headache of being jerked around by unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Go to a professional eye specialist. ANY question? Feel free to ask.
