A few years ago my wife's Audi suffered some front end damage and I took it to Collision Clinic since they had good reviews and it was close to the house. I was offered a ride back to the house by a very kindhearted older gentleman who turned out to be the owner. Fast Forward - My Hummer was damaged by another driver and remembered the great service I had received on my previous visit so told my insurance company I was taking my vehicle to Collision Clinic for the repairs. I was greeted by the new owner John who is the son of the previous owner. We all know how that usually goes - but not in this case. The new owner John was every bit as hospitable and concerned with getting my vehicle fixed correctly and getting me back on the road as his father was. The kicker is I had dropped my rental policy when my wife was not working and forgot to add it back when she started working. Rental prices where high and felt like a nightmare trying to rent a car. After John learned of this he coordinated by drop-off time to a time he could arrange for a loaner car for me to use. Needless to say, but my Hummer looks great, better than before the accident, and I plan to take my Hummer in for some additional work. Where to start? Ft bend sheriff towed my car to collision clinic about a month ago. My roadside addy never css as me do I left it stuck at my local park. Upon arriving at collision clinic to claim it I was informed it had come in WET INSIDE & might be TOTALED!!! This sent me into a bad tailspin! However John And Luis remained calm and even handled fooling y TY he claim e my insurance company! I was too upset to function. I also had my Emotional support dog mason w me (200# GSD) Not only food they welcome me and my Fog they took over filling the claim and making the rental cars reservations! This is over the top customer service! I didn't have to wait on hold etc in my distress. The Jeep was ready on time and want totaled but I noticed a sound the next day . So I went back to collision clinic s and SAFLY I BACKED INTOB THEIR VTOW TRUCK!!! Yikes now I was really upset w myself!! again Lisa and John agreed to figure out the noise and again they rebooked the rental ! They even saw to taking me and my dog to pick up the rental!! Because enterprise was slow in bringing it! All of this may sound trivial but it's updating y TY o have weird car and this level of attention to detail is RARE today. I'm my experience only Sewell Lexus in DFW & Sterling Mccall Lexus offer this level of person as l customer service! Now the real deal: my Jeep b is fully restored w a new sx compressor SND THE V OWNER JOHN EVEN TRPSIRED REPAIRED MY BUMPER WHERE I HIT BHIS TOW TRUCK GOT FREE!! Yep FREE! He didn't require me to file yet another claim w a $500 deduction. I'm very happy w the attention to detail as Nd the diagnosis of ac compressor which they replaced. What I like cmostvabout their work is they try to use used parts to save money wherever possible. And above s as l they are expert at dealing w insurance company. But at the end of the day it was the exceptional advice tune call of duty customer service that impressed me. My Jeep is perfect but thanks to John & Lisa I'm still sane! The only thing I would say is not stellar follows 1 it's hard to see from road 2 careful in the small parking lot 3 this is good... when I commented my car was Kong's dirty when I picked it up John offered too o PAY GOR A DETAIL JOB because HOS STAFF WAS GONE FOR THE DAY!! I had the best experience with Collision Clinic. Some punks in my neighborhood totally ruined my car attempting to steal it. I called Collision Clinic upon the recommendation of my neighbor and they had sent a tow truck within the hour. The very next day I received a steep quote- $3000. My steering column and ignition were completely trashed, I needed a new door lock and to have new keys. John found me a used steering column which cut the price DRASTICALLY. I picked up my car yesterday and you can't tell anything ever happened to it- and they cleaned my car! Service was excellent. I highly recommend. I cannot think of one single complaint. read more

A few things.... 1) The tow trucker driver convinced me to go there bc they would not have to orders parts. They did have to order. I might as well have gone to the dealership. 2) Expect to be the one following up to get status or cost. 3) Explicitly say you want to approve an estimate before they start work. 4) Call before you go, the 1 receptionist is absolutely the only one who can check you out and release the car. read more

I had brought my 2011 ram 2500 in for them to do a diagnostic on my transmission. While it was still on the tow truck John told me I had severe damage to my radiator support assembly. So I asked him "show me the damage'' He couldn't. There is zero damage. Then he tried to pressure me into going through insurance to fix my "Damaged" front end. He said my repairs would cost about $5,000 for the front end and $6,000 for the transmission. All while my truck is still on the tow truck. This place is a total SCAM. I took my truck to another shop and asked about my front end and they couldn't find 1 thing wrong with it. They fixed a wiring problem and a few sensors on my transmission. Always get at least 2 quotes so you are not scamed by people like Collision Clinic. read more

They cannot read because rather than read the policy telling me why I was towed, they played an alleged recording of my leasing agents parking policy. By far the worst experience I have had with a repair shop. The owner John Elias would never give me a clear update as to when the vehicle would be ready. Every time I would have to call to get updates would end up in him abruptly ending the conversation making me call him up again to have all my questions answered. He even confirmed to take care of minor damages to the car along with the main repair, but in the end he ended up quoting me additional price to get them fixed and not sticking to his word. read more

These guys are great! They were extremely helpful and expedient with my car repairs after I got hit. I had my car back looking as good as new within a week of dropping it off. Although my costs were covered through insurance, the price they charged was EXTREMELY competitive. They could easily have charged double and it still would have been a great value. This is the absolute worse place to get you car fixed at please do not be fooled by the reviews these people got close to $10,000 for a minor accident that may have been $2,000 with parts they said that they replaced when they same old parts put back on the car just painted over they didn't even paint the car correctly and gave me an excuse that parts aren't supposed to be painted because it blocks the sensor which is a lie! After two weeks I received my car back and the sensor was not working left me with no cruise control, no safety features, and causing my car to stop in the middle of the road! I had to literally be persistent with them in order for them to fix it! Then they lied and said the part was in which it was not and it would be ready in 1 day here I am two weeks later with no car! They did not provide a car while they held mine up and it was there fault and don't seem to care I have no form of transportation! They then tell me to pick the car up at 3:30 I spend money out of pocket to get a ride there and they just contacted the car insurance today!!! To request another supplement on top of the money they already have gotten and then they decide to tell me I cannot have my car because they just contacted the adjuster today when they had the car for two weeks please do not go here!!! My overall experience with this shop was a good one. The owner knows his business for sure. I brought my car here for service after reading great reviews online, and I was in and out in no time. The owner made sure I got a ride to enterprise for a rental car, as well as negotiated with the insurance company to make sure my car was fixed the way it needed to be. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to call the shop several times to check the status of the repairs during the 3 week period it was there. Less than one star would be accurate. I got into a car accident and took my car there for an estimate. They were rude and told me I shouldn't be driving my car anymore, that it was too damaged. Someone hit it going less than 10 miles an hour. They estimated over $7,000 in repairs with just glancing at the car, BUT in actuality, it only cost me a little under $2,000 in repairs. Complete rip off, desparate owner. Also had a friend go there who said she got her car back with scrapes and dents on the bumper and it took them 3 weeks to repair her car. He tried to talk trash about other body shops and said he's been in business for over 20 years, I should trust him. YEAH RIGHT, please do not waste your time there. Their parking lot is crowded with their own run down cars, so chances are your vehicle will be returned to you with extra damages. All I did was laugh in his face, and went elsewhere.
