Don't let this auto shop work on your vehicle they will hold it for 2 months and still have it not working but charge your insurance 23,000 dollars on repairs. My car left me stranded because my battery died after receiving the vehicle that same day and the gas showed full and actually was empty. Last Tuesday (12/17/13) I hit some debris on I59 and was forced to pull over on the left shoulder, SCARY! To my relief, Roy, a very nice Allied tow truck driver came to my rescue in no time!! Not only did he give me a safe-clear tow to the well lit Galleria, but he changed my tire and stayed with me for the next hour and a half. I was quite the complicated case, with a flat spare tire. He patiently accompanied me to TWO gas stations to make sure my tire was properly aired up. All for $50! By far the BEST tow truck experience I've ever had! read more

I had an accident which was in Sept 2019, I went to get estimate at Allied and after they opened the hood they advised me that the car was not safe to drive so I went ahead and left the car there to start get repaired which I was under the impression that they lead you a rental and then they deal with insurance for fees. Once I had the loaner they gave me it was a Toyota Camry which had expired tags and I only had the car for one week then they had a tow truck come knock on my door at 7am and said they needed to get the vehicle. To make a long story short after they repaired the car they asked me if I heard from insurance. I told them that I was gonna call them and that why wasn't they contacting insurance. Well after going without a car for 2 months finally the adjuster contacting me and stated that the insurance was not responsible for the damages due to the policy holder had limited coverage. I panicked and called Allied they said they would work with me on repair cost. I gave them 1500 and come to find out car was not even finished they said one week and total would be 4800 seriously I paid 3800 for my car 2012 Mini Cooper how stupid I looked for paying this only to have more problems since they repaired car. The coolant thermostat wasn't replaced or the relays to the coolant also the lights they repaired have water damage and the manager stated that I had life time warranty on all parts they repaired. Well my front frog lights and left headlight do not work and now cause a short in my electronic system, the coolant system is now causing problems. I took my car to show them and the manager said two weeks they would have the lights and fog lights. It's been two months and I called and the lady stated she would take my number and have them contact me. I paid them cash 4900 and my car bumper and lights and coolant are trashed I might as well just bought me a new car. I would like to start off by saying Nasser was the best! I needed to get my car towed from a body shop. Nasser showed up prompt and professional and was even there before I was. He helped me get my things out of the old car and put it in my rental vehicle. He also told me everything he was doing as I didn't understand much about how tow trucks work. He said things like, "I'm about to pick it and and pull it forward a bit so, it can hook onto the truck properly for transport." I was surprised because usually tow truckers aren't very inviting but, we talked about his kids, my career goals, etc. I really felt like I was dealing with my dad or an uncle. I felt safe and secure and didn't feel like I was being jerked around or taken advantage of because I am a young woman without a male present. This place really values customer service and went over and beyond to make sure I had a great experience in one of the worst times a person could have, a car accident. At first I thought I was getting the best service possible. This company had my car for well over a month. Once I got my vehicle back, they had it so long I had to purchase a new battery because it was dead. Additionally, I had to bring my vehicle back THREE times because the check engine light continued to come on after being told the issue was taken care of time and time again. The only way I was contacted was if I reached out to them. I was lied to about the check engine light coming on due to a wiring harness recall - when I contacted Mercedes there was no wiring harness recall. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM. Unfortunately, I thought this company was best in the business but have proven to be nothing but a pain in the rear. First impression, this place looks nasty and the environment feels toxic. When you walk into their main office, there are no refreshments provided or water/coffee for guest which is a bit unheard of at any auto professional shop. I had to come here to help my father get his vehicle out of their storage lot, and was hassled by a group of foreigners about getting the repairs done at their facility. My advice to anyone getting their car towed here is to be very cautious, if it sounds too good to be true then trust your instincts. I had to call my insurance providers twice to make sure they were on the way to force these guys to hand over my fathers vehicle. Worst shop ever. They make you sign paperwork without even telling you what is for and they end up adding xtra stuff on the bill. Do not sign anything !!!!!so they dont repair your car there and you can take it somewhere else. My car was a total loss and I told their employees to dont fix my car because my car was a total loss and they didnt care and fix the car anyway knowing my car was a total loss. Can not express how impressed I am with the service I received from Ibrahim at Allied. I stopped at 3 different shops this morning and no one was willing to even consider helping me out. I needed just a very little body work done for a hard to reach are of damage. Due to extenuating circumstances I needed work done right then, I could not make an appointment for later. I knew it was asking a lot but Ibrahim was sympathetic to my situation. He pulled one of his very skilled tech's off a project to help me out. Everyone was professional, polite, and personable. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR OVER A MONTH!!!!!!! I would give them zero stars, but it won't let me. My daughter had an accident and the towing company took it there. The shop immediately offered her a rental through them (that way they could get money for the repair and the rental). I called a few days later and no one could tell me anything about the car. No one returned my call. I wanted to move it to another shop and they said I would be responsible for all the parts they already ordered. Well, it's been over month, and they still have my car. I'd give ZERO STARS if possible. I had the unfortunate experience of apparently being in the way of one of their wrecker drivers on the way to an accident. He did not have his emergency lights on, but was driving 60+ MPH in a 35 zone, flashing his headlights at cars in front of him, and weaving all over the place on Richmond Avenue near the west loop during rush hour traffic!
