Rarely can you ever leave a good review anymore. Collision Experts is rated 5 stars for a reason. I phoned Reem (sp) on Saturday the day after Christmas for a hit and run collision. The person was caught due to witnesses. I have had so many bad experiences with collision shops and figured this 5 star place was worth a call. I knew immediately after talking to Reem that my car was going to be in the best hands in the surrounding Frankfort area. Not only did he contact Enterprise for a car rental, he and his team with precision handled the task of dealing with the other persons insurance, somehow managed to beat his expected completion time and the team at Collision Experts made my car look beautiful again. There wasn't a time I didn't feel confident in having them working on my car. I finally got to meet the team today and words cannot explain the gratitude that I have. I have a fait 500xpop 2017 I lived inside Chicago at the time and a snow plow hit my car and left a big hole I received an insurance check but I explored the money so I was looking somewhere I can finance and this is the only place and I'm grateful.the whole does not look as if it was ever there and it was the body of the car can't just replace the piece they had to fill in the hole and not only that I asked for a quote for other things wrong with my car and they fixed it with no charge I took my car in Monday and Friday they were finished Uber there and Uber back just as simple I wish I was able to add pictures of the work before and after but the page only say rating and experience read more

Excellent service by Reem and his team. I took my car there in September due to my airbag light going off, other places gave me the run around. I took it to him, he diagnosed the problem fixed it within minutes. I took my car back to him last week for a scratched bumper, I dropped off my car on Thursday, was fixed by Friday am. Excellent service and results. I'm amazed at how great my car looks. They also went to bat for me with insurance company to make sure I got factory parts approved so my warranty wouldn't be voided. Be careful, some insurance companies will look to save a few bucks on parts without considering how that will impact your warranty. Collision Experts insisted on genuine parts for me. read more

They did a great job fixing my rear bumper, after I got into a hit and run on I-290. They even sent pictures of the repair. Reem and his boys are very professional and took care of everything for me, and quick to update my insurance claim so didn't pay a penny out of pocket. 5's is not enough. Talk about white glove service from start to finish. My wife's brand new Honda Odyssey was in a fender bender with only 600 miles on it!! In less than 30 days the car is back and better than ever. They used all Honda and new parts. No repairs, just replacements. Not to mention the car was picked up and dropped off! read more
