I know it's long but please read don't want this happening to anyone else!!!!!!! Here is my experience with final touch collision I was recommended to them don't get me wrong they have good work but from my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them I dropped my car off March 12th, 2024 and got a rental the same day the young lady who damaged my car her insurance was paying to get my car fixed and paying for the rental 2 weeks goes by and I decided to call to see were there any updates which was April 5th @ 10:39am and I was told that it was more damage found and it's hard finding parts he called American family the same day and let them know it was more damaged to my car fast forward April 12th American family reached due to me being at work they left a voicemail and stating that they have been trying to get contact with the collision shop about the finding of the additional damage no supplemental was sent and no answer they was unable to extend my rental beyond April 5th because they needed that information they were trying their best to avoid me getting charged for the rental and they were calling me because they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop on April 12th I've called multiple times no answer I had someone to call and finally got a answer and I explained to them what was going on my response was they just spoke to American family not too long ago on April 15th I've called final touch collision I even sent out a text to his personal number left voicemails as well no contact at this point it's April 16th enterprise general manager is calling me telling me to bring the car back I explained to home what was going on I can't get in contact with the shop April 16th come I decided to go to the collision shop around 12:30pm I made it there and his daughter was outside sitting down enjoying the nice weather she began to help me I saw her dad he look in bad shape he had a bruise on his back and a knee brace on I explained to his daughter while he was standing their in pain what was going on and to call American family in front and let them know you'll be sending the supplement over she told them she would send it within 3 hours I told her to send me a confirmation and call me to let me know you sent it no update by 5:06pm I called before they closed and she didn't do what she said she was going to do the 17th came the general manager from enterprise went by the collision shop and he said the owner didn't look in good shape he told me to come back Thursday .... Thursday came and the general manager from enterprise went by just to see that they were closed and still not answering the phone ! I was highly upset and fighting to not give the rental back and not pay out of pocket for it that same day April 18th I found the owner fb page so I tried calling from there and even send a message I also found a few family members with his last name and let them know that I couldn't get in contact with him and my car is at his shop tell him to give me a call with my number April 19th came and I still tried calling no answer so I left work at 10:30am got to the collision shop at 11:04am just to see the gates closed again the guy that opens and closes the gates was there I spoken to him and even explained to him what was going on he even tried calling from his phone no answer so I told him that I was going to file a police report which I did !!! Made it back to work at 1pm at 1:36pm enterprise called me and I immediately said he's not at the shop he responded yes he is and he sent the supplement over you're all good Wednesday April 24th at 5:47pm American Family called and stated that a supplement was sent over but they more documentation and they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop once again now it April 25th I called final touch collision it took many phone calls to get in touch with him however he answered and explained what the last insurance had told me he said he would get it taken care of so I waited a hour no longer because it shouldn't take that long so I called my adjuster to see if the additional documentation was sent over and she stated no so I called final touch collision back and told them it's no way American family is calling me because they can't get in contact with you and it no way enterprise should be calling as well because you're not doing your job on your end he told me to be nice to him I told him not I'm done being nice and he proceeds to ask me did I reach out to his family I stated yes I did because I couldn't get in contact with you he hung up the phone on me !!!! April 26th I personally sent a police officer to the collision shop to tell him to pull my car out so I can get it towed out of there and take it somewhere else the new collision shop wanted pictures of what the car look like at the moment before taking it I called and asked can the pictures be sent he told me no he's not doing it which was fine at that point because I no longer wanted any services read more

I had a last minute service where I needed to get my side mirror replaced. The owner told me to come in and replaced it without a problem. Very fast and professional service. I would definitely recommend. read more

My 2005 Toyota 4Runner was in an accident with my garage. The passenger side was pinned against the garage. After get my truck out there was damage to the passenger side front, back and the running board was bent. I spoke with Roberto and he told me he could fix my truck. He did a wonderful job in the truck. After repairs it looked as though there was no damages. The paint match great. Thank you Final Touch!!! I would definitely go back. I had a deep ding all the way through the paint to the metal - in the middle of my hood on my Rubicon. I could not be more pleased with the work that FT did. This place is a hidden gem. I came here to get my side mirror painted and replace. Nissan wanted $700 to do the job and it only cost me a fraction of the cost at FT. The customer service was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Robert was patience and detail with my question. And as a woman i really appreciated that. The workmanship was amazing. If you need auto body work it will be a shame if you don't call them first and see what they can do for you. I'm telling all my friends. I cracked the rear bumper and tail light on my 2015 mini cooper some time ago. I was hesitant to go anywhere other than the dealership, but of course they quoted me an arm and a leg. I also got quotes from another body shop in the city and the prices weren't any better. I came to FT collision after seeing the amazing reviews and I was quoted at very fair price at a fraction of the cost as the other shops. The paint and body work was done with amazing quality and at a timely matter. My mini looks brand new! Roberto was super sweet, helpful and professional, which is important to me as a young woman. Today is July 15, 2020 and I received my car back. I'm extremely happy with the work Robert and his team did on my Audi Q3. He fixed the deep scratches I had and also did "extra credit" by fixing some scratches that I didn't even know I had on my bumper. I'm so happy that I brought my Cadillac to Final Touch Collision. I accidentally damaged my car on a guard rail that I backed into. The most difficult thing about this review is knowing where to begin. I will start with the results...nothing short of perfect. I was rear ended while driving my Chevy Traverse and the damage was significant. I regret not taking before and after pictures to show the extent of the damage. Robert and his team didn't miss a thing and communicated the progress throughout. From the paint color to the electronic sensors to the entire rear gate and bumper, the result is beautiful. If that weren't enough, Robert and his daughter provided some of the best customer service I've ever received in my life. I am not exaggerating. Friendly, fast, and very well priced expertise. Took my gf's car in after it had been bumped by some older gentleman that was paying attention. There was a decent amount of damage to the passenger wheel well area, door jam, and rim. Took him two days to fix it perfectly, wash the car, and get it back to her. The car looked phenomenal and two weeks later, there is still no difference noticeable. If ever I need assistance with body work, these will be the people I go to first. Initially, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. Roberto was personable and provided great customer service. He was responsive and reassuring that they would take care of me. Until, unfortunately, my daughter got into another car accident and I had to take the care to a body shop preferred by the insurance company. They revealed that the bumper was repaired using dry wall nails to hold it up and the headlight that was being replaced was glued to aid in affixing it in place. They showed me pictures and kept asking me who performed the previous repairs so they an tell people not to use them. I took my car to the dealer that have serviced my car since purchase. I did not share any findings and the dealer informed me that the headlight lock assembly was damaged from the body shop installation and that it was glued in certain spots and that it has to be replaced. They also informed me that wiring was damaged during the body shop installation. Now I have to pay someone else to properly replace my headlight, and it is not cheap!
