DO NOT GO HERE! I…read morehave two experiences, one Geico's fault, one because it's two businesses with similar names. AutoMax and GlassMax. I'll try to make this short... I had a truck with a front end collision, yada yada, the doors of my F-150 were in perfect condition at the time of the damage estimate. Mind you because of the Front End collision the doors were hard to open. So what to they do? They get the biggest, fattest guy they can find to do my estimate. And what does he do? Bends the doors back, both of them adding $1000 each to my estimate, thus missing the repair cost limit and totaling the vehicle. If that's not insurance fraud, I don't know what is. Then they put me on the spot and go 'oh well if you don't like it we can count all of the "minor" (unrelated) scratches towards the de-valuing of the car' to take even more money out of my pocket. SECOND. I didn't realize that GlassMax and AutoMax where the same company. I had a passenger side glass door. Now here, they get good marks for professionalism, but they broke a tabby off of my smartcar plastic door panel and had to epoxy it back on, they loosened up an screw that didn't need to be undone and now it can't be tightened without pulling the fender panel off to hold the nut behind it (why they unscrewed a fender panel to replace the door window is beyond me and wasn't needed) and they LEFT ONE SCREW LOOSE BECAUSE THEY STRIPPED IT. Just once I'd like to have work done on a car where I don't have 5 different things wrong with it when I get it back.

I used their service to replace my front glass for my old Ford station-wagon. They were very…read morepunctual, honest with their pricing, and great with their job. I highly recommend them.
