When asked, the owner could only offer generic information about most of the stock - common name, no information about which cultivar a daylily, knifophia, columbine etc might be. We had a large budget, and were willing to shop local and support our community, knowing we would probably pay a little more. When we arrived we spoke to a man we assume to be the owner. We had taken a picture of the area we wanted to revamp, and showed him the picture, giving him wide latitude to make suggestions. We gave him some ideas of what we liked. He proceeded to fumble through the nursery, having no real ideas or suggestions. After much prompting, we finally came up with a plant idea. He said he had some in back. After a long pause, my wife suggested we see the plants. He said "no, they're way back there." Apparently not willing to make the 50 yard trek to these plants. He came up with a few alternatives, which we agreed sounded nice. He then informed us he didn't carry them. We asked if we could pay ahead and order the plants, he simply suggested we come back in a few weeks and see if he had them in stock. This guy could not have been less interested in selling us anything in his nursery, and lost out of a big sale because of it. Simply lazy and disinterested would be the best way to describe him. If he doesn't care, neither do we. We went to another local nursery in Auburn and spent our money there. They took one look at the pictures and came up with hundreds of ideas for us to choose from, and could not have been more helpful. I will not return to this nursery, it's people like this that make it impossible to shop local. A huge disappointment.

They did the downstairs installation of our wood flooring. Which took them one day! They came took care of everything, listened to every concern I had, because I'm a major perfectionist. I loved their team. Very nice young men. We decided to use them again to remodel our upstairs bathroom. Installed new tiles for the shower floor and new granite for the vanity. They sent out Viorel who was a very polite and educated man. The tiles I choose were textured and he listened to exactly how I wanted them placed. Also the granite I wanted was very specific and they found me a great deal. I'm really happy with their work and I will use them again if we choose to do any more improvements in the future. We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. Over the years, we have discovered multiple issues that reflect poor craftsmanship and a lack of attention to detail. The quality of the work performed by the subcontractors appears to be below industry standards, resulting in repairs and concerns that homeowners should not reasonably expect from a professionally completed remodel. The attached photos show the condition of our primary bathroom shower. Notably, this shower had not been used after the first two years we owned the home, yet significant deterioration and workmanship-related issues are still evident. Based on our experience, we would advise prospective customers to thoroughly evaluate the quality of work, materials, and subcontractors used on any remodeling project before proceeding. Our experience has left us with serious concerns regarding the long-term durability and quality of this remodel.
