Prices are good, but quality is marginal and can mean the item you purchase might end up being a one time use. Although I got what I needed and it worked, the tool required some playing with to get it to do the job. I can use the tool again, but based on its cheap materials and sloppy construction, I am expecting it to fail. I guess the simplest way of saying what I feel about the store and its merchandise is, keep your expectations low.

I have been shopping at the Broadway location for over 4 years, and most of the time I find everything I'm looking for, and new things to try. This location is further from me than the new location in town, but I prefer to take the trip to this Broadway store. My only negative comment about it, is that unfortunately, as all CW's, the inconsistency of the products they offer. I hope they continue providing the same quality of service and products.

Pricing is RIDICULOUS!! From chemicals to parts, the pricing is outrageously high. They claim their pricing is because of the quality and offering OEM parts, which is complete BS. One particular recent visit (to organize mom's house! home edit anyone?) I had just taken my cat to the vet for a routine check up in Folsom, so I wanted to get on the road right after. About halfway into the drive up, started to smell either a bad fart or my poor kitty had gotten car sick....and sure enough, she had pooped under the seat. Poor thing. Must've felt like a boat ride in choppy waters. She was fine and luckily enough, we arrived soon after, but I decided to stop here just before Mom's to see if they carried any of those pet friendly enzyme odor fighting chemicals. Found one that is pet safe, organic, and plant based so a few spritz of that, we were good to go. What I did notice here is that the market is well kept, smelled clean (always a good sign), pretty well organized, I was able to find everything I was looking for despite not being familiar with the general store layout.
