Mazorcada Fries !
Marcus J.

@colombiaparcela has some SUPER AUTHENTIC Colombian Food the Mazorcada fries are a HIT ! And the plantain base on Patacon Pisao really surprised me!! everything here is high quality and made with love. Their customer service is some of the best l've experienced!! That transmidog is fire too!! This place is valid. It's a small cozy spot, it feels like you're at a family member's house! I'll be back.

Arepa Rellena and deluxe empanadas

The best empanadas. Always so fresh and crunchy. The new location is sweet, I love the outdoor seating

this is so good. I'm coming back again.

Ordered an arepa rellena shredded beef and cheese 13$ plus tax Colombiana soda 4$ I definitely enjoyed it, came with quailed egg and ahi sauce with made right. Reasonable priced for street food. Colombian street food, fast casual. Just opened in the area. Owners were super nice, thank you for the hospitality, will be coming back.

I had an Arepa rellena, it was so flavorful and delicious. Just like eating in the streets of Colombia.

Arepa Rellena (Build Your Own)

You order inside. But the real charm of the place is the cute little patio. The place is in a weird spot where there isn't much else around- no other businesses. Not many homes. But it's well worth stopping here. The food is good and was made fresh to order. The arepa was LIT. I got mine with chicken. It set me back about 15 bucks. It's big. Heavy. Flavorful. This place has such great charm. I hope it becomes a staple of the neighborhood.

Mostly done soup lol

Had the soup with some empanadas. Loved it. Good addition to the neighborhood. Very nice staff.

Came in and loved the Colombian music. It made me feel like I was back in Medallo. The service was nice and friendly - you order in the front and they'll bring the food to you. They have Colombians, Postobon and Club Colombia - para un buen tiempo. I got the picada for two, plenty of food. Just a little dry pero it was a good meal.

We went with the cheese bread and the mixed plate. You could have fed 4 grown men. This is where you appreciate true to ethnicity food. No messing...no pretending and no nonsense. I don't think I could have bought the ingredients, seasoned and cooked this for any less than what we paid. The table next to us ordered the fried fish...as full as I was...I wanted to taste that fish. La Finda Antioquena, thank you for a great experience. We will recommend this place and WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The woman (Sandra) who came up to our table was to ask us to move to a smaller table. Mind you we sat there so we could watch the World Cup game as we waited and ate. She was so rude about it!!! Then the waiter to finally came to take our order was also rude. Didn't greet us, they lack manners. I liked one of the empanadas but they have a different name, other than that their food was bland tasteless. I came here with a Colombian friend who wanted to try Colombian food in LA she liked her plate but it was the most simple thing you could order, steak rice and beans. Would never go back here ever... oh also the place was filthy they should keep their tables and floors clean come on.

Sadly it has been years since i have had traditional food from my culture/blood. Sabor Colombiano…read moreallowed me to introduce my gf to typical and favored Colombian cuisine. The wait staff was so polite and professional. The empenadas could stand alone as en entree on their own. They were better than what my abuelita made. The exterior was perfectly crispy and the interior was dichotomous with the exterior and the filling was so flavorful and drizzling aji was game changer. I should have ordered 3 orders of the empanadas. I am also a huge fan of morcilla and their morcilla did not disappoint in the least nor did the yucca frita. I got the Plata Montanero/Bandeja Paisa and it reminded me of Bogota so much. Such a nostalgic meal for me and Sabor Colombiano prepared it perfectly. My gf got the Chuleta Vallecaucana and she loved it. We also ordered a couple fruit drinks that were so vibrant and flavorful. I wish there was at least one Colombian restaurant up here in Oregon. I guess we will have to find a reason to head down south when I am craving food of my people. The service was perfect and my only gripe was that the musician's speaker was way too loud but the servers allowed us to move to the farthest table which did help matters. Thank you again to the chefs at Sabor Colombiano for helping me introduce proper and authentic Colombian food to my gf.

Better than average! 3.5 stars!…read more Bistec a caballo - $20.99 This plate had sauteed steak in tomato and onion sauce served with rice, sweet plantain, pinto beans, and salad. I enjoyed some lengua en salsa from my friend's plate. The yucca here is good, too. We asked for hot sauce because everything that night needed some salt (and that's okay!) - our server provided an aji verde salsa, but it was more like a chimichurri because it didn't add much spice. My Colombian friends let me know that this was potentially insulting. There's a decent-sized parking lot, it was free on the Friday night that I went. It looks like there's normally an attendant. Seating is in a large covered outdoor area. I hear this is a fantastic environment for watching Colombian fubol matches. NOTE: this place is listed as "ORIGEN 57" on some maps apps.

Was brought here by a friend as they knew I was a foodie and wanted to show me their favorite tapas…read morespot Downtown in the Fashion Distric for an early birthday celebration. Cute building with lovely patio seating: from the trailing hanging pothos plants, Spanish tiles, to relaxing latin-house music the vibes were welcoming. I'm not much of a drinker though, when asked if I wanted to make my pina colada a "float" I thought incorrectly about ice cream. It was graciously explained that you take an additional shot of rum and float it on top of the drink or mix in to make it extra boozy. The pina colada is top notch they hollow out a real pineapple to make the drink and it's the size of your face! The watermelon cocktail was delicious and there is also a mezcal option. Tasted like if a watermelon aqua Fresca was combined with a margarita, there is a hint of salt that brings out the fruit sweetness. We special ordered a bunch of different proteins and vegetables at half portions to make a feast: Aguachile- Light refreshing starter, kanpachi perfectly marinated and great for the summer heat. Crispy potato- Phenomenally done fingerling potatoes. Whipped beans- Carnitas on top made this dish. Fried chicken tacos- Found the chicken slightly on the dry side, if there was a creamy/thicker sauce would be even better... nothing wrong with flavor, good mild heat. I did enjoy the fresh shredded cabbage and carrots, reminded me of bahn mi. Empanadas- Loved the acidity of the sauce that cut through the fattiness of the ground meat. Light shell. Crispy Squash flower- Delicate crunch, like an angelic version of a jalapeno popper. Lamb chops- Definition of "treat-yourself" luxurious meat lollipops. Celery salad- Simple dish but the lemon flavor and tartness really helped break up the richness of other dishes. Churros- Light crunch and small, petite dessert. The thin caramel sauce is addicting. Fine dining, for those special occasions or if you just want to splurge for a morale boost highly recommend this restaurant. Valet parking or park across the street or around the corner in a lot for $5-10.

The staff are lovely humans who really seem to care about their customers. We have some faves on the menu. The bean dip is fabulous and I'm addicted to the baby gem salad. They have recently amped up the filling in the delicious crispy squash blossoms and I love the acidity and heat. The fish is also a hit in my books. One dish that doesn't work for me is the lamb chops, which is a shame since it's my favorite protein. I've ordered them multiple times with clear instructions on temperature and have found them overcooked and tough. The beef tostada was just ok. Whilst I loved the pickled veg on the side, the beef was underseasoned. It wasn't bad - just not up to the standard of other dishes. The vibe in the place is welcoming and the restaurant is nicely appointed. We will continue to be regulars and it's really worth trying if you haven't been yet.

The vegan plate had black beans, white rice, plantains, and a side salad. The bandeja paisa had beans, a fried egg, chicharron, steak, rice, plantain, and chorizo. The meat was perfectly grilled but the chicharron was a little tough but still good. The vegan plate had much flavor -- the beans were tasty and the rice fresh. They were very generous with the plantains. The complimentary tortilla chips and salsa were so fresh and delicious. The spinach empanada was a little tough - it was crispy but there was less spinach than I would have expected and the cheese in it wasn't really melted either. Overall the food was very fresh and delicious. Parking can be tricky bc their lot fits only 3 cars. We parked a couple blocks in the neighborhood. Front of the store parking also seems limited.
