It is a local restaurant. Very clean and homey. The pizza is cool it's made upside down with the cheese first and sauce last. I got a half and half which was regular and white pizza. You have to order the fries they are fresh cut and you get so much you will have extra for later. Prices are good and we went and we had the place to ourselves today.

Colonial is truly one of my favorite places to go in the LV. The pizza is phenomenal and their salad is something i crave. I think their food is better at the actual place than their take out but we still consistently get it. Sometimes they seem to be short staffed but regardless their waitresses are on top of it and friendly. Inside there's a bar on the bottom and on the top floor it's a small cozy restaurant. They have really nice outdoor seating during the warmer months.

It was late on a Saturday night when I arrived. But, the service was excellent ... as was my pizza!

I was recommended by my colleagues to try the "famous Colonial Pizza" and BOY was I pleasantly surprised! Not only did it smell fantastic when I first opened the box, but it also tasted like a cheese lover's dream. The tomato sauce was the perfect amount. Being from NJ, I was apprehensive about trying this place but this has quickly become my go-to spot for pizza in the Lehigh Valley... to the point that I have ordered this pizza at least 6 times. The staff has always been friendly. My only issue is the parking, but truthfully - the flavorful cheesy goodness is worth it!

The antipasto salad was overflowing with ingredients.

The food was outstanding. The pizza was very good with a large selection of specialty pizzas. The perigees were out of this world and the dessert special of the day (chocolate croissant bread pudding) was unbelievably good. Every was clearly homemade. The employees were all friendly. Though busy the food came out in a timely manner. The place was friendly and cozy and perhaps my only minor complaint would be there's really nowhere to wait comfortably. But with a place like this I'd gladly endure a few minutes of cramped waiting.

This is the first I I have gotten pasta from here. I have to say it was not bad. It's a bit greasy, but hit the spot. It was very easy to do an online order, and food was ready as promised. There are two floors. I have only eaten upstairs, which is small but refreshing.

This is now our third time here and I'm upset that I haven't left a review yet! It has been The Colonial Pizza and Spaghetti House, An Easton Landmark, since 1947. When you walk in there's a downstairs bar area, and up the stairs is a family dining area with about 10-14 tables. This restaraunt is known for there signature pizza , famous colonial pizza, which is a upside down pizza. The pizza is with mozzarella on the bottom and the sauce on top! It sounds strange but you have to try it, and once you do you'll come back! I've also had there chicken parmigiana here and wow they do not slack on the chicken! My wife has had the shrimp scampi and said it was great too! She also had the chicken Francese and said it was in her too 3 of all time! For this visit we had Fran who was an amazing server! We made it easy and got Hot Chicken Wings and the Colonial pizza with Pepperoni! The wings came out shortly and they were steaming! Once getting into it, the heat wasn't too hot but on a scale of 1-10 about a 6.5, these wings were from a chicken who was well fed! They had a lot of meat on them and the sauce was a great flavor and texture to them! They come in an order of 8 also! Our pizza came out once we wrapped up the wings and it looked sooooo good! They didn't hold back on the pepperoni which is even better! Believe it or not we got thru half the pizza and we were stuffed! But best believe it will make a great snack later! All through the meal Fran was very attentive and kept an eye on our drinks and if we needed anything! I enjoy coming here and this has become one of our favorite spots in Easton!

    White pie, so good!

Colonial is my childhood comfort food. White pie is super garlicy and topped with creamy dollops cheese.... it's perfection!

Went with my girl here for a date... the pizza aight. I was kinda hungry when I left however the broccoli balls were scrumptious and the service was decent. Also not too many people so we had the upstairs to ourselves.

Ricotta, sauce and a microscope needed for the eggplant.

I had my first opportunity to order from Colonial Pizza, after hearing raves about this place, I decided to order the "FUHGEDDABOUTIT" because it checked all my boxes. I love eggplant, pesto and riccota, so I was excited to order this. The crust and the sauce was great, however missing in action was the eggplant. It appeared that took one thin slice of eggplant and cut it up for the whole pie. So if you want a pie with NO amount of eggplant at $18.00, then this is the pie for you. Otherwise, FUHGEDDABOUTIT.

The fettucini Alfredo was okay, however, the chicken had a very strange texture: there were two pieces and one looked, tasted, and felt like chicken and the other piece was more like rubbery, gristly, I don't want to know what. I ordered a double chocolate milk stout (and pointed to what I wanted) but still ended up with a milk stout which is a draft. Eh. Another person got the same thing and her reaction was the same. I still felt hungry when we left and didn't really care for my food. Another person had chicken cacciatore and he said it was good but finished his meal before the guys who ordered fajitas got their sizzling meat. The experience overall wasn't unpleasant just not great. I would give 2 stars, some of my buddies would have given 4 so I'll give 3 and say your experience will depend on what you order.

The moody ambience leans more in to jazz or karaoke, but the two times I've been there late enough the DJ turns it to "late night beach club" which doesn't totally fit. The wings have been awesome each time I've gotten them, some of the best bar food in Easton that won't blow a hole in your pocket either. Service is what you'd expect from a "dive" bar. Kitchen had closed earlier than what we were told when we called for one instance, so as far as service consistency I'm not totally sure. Overall a great casual place to eat and drink
