    Antipasta salad

Finally got a chance to stop in and get pizza a few weeks ago. The other two time we stopped, the place was packed, and so busy we were too busy to wait. Pizza is worth the drive to Cedarville, dough is chewy and had a good bit. I was disappointed with the antipasta salad, I would like a little more meat, cheese on it, and a nicer visual presentation (check out my review of Venecia Italian restaurant) We will defiantly come back, and we have learned to order ahead, and they will likely be packed or busy most of the time.

Very good pizza I recommend . The place is very nice , well maintained, decoration is country still, handicap accesible and pet friendly.

First time here and found almost everything we tried was good. We arrived before it got crazy with dine in and carry out. We tried the pizza, two different subs, potato skins and mozzarella sticks. The pizza is a hand tossed crust with great flavor, the sauce is a sweet sauce. The only thing we tried that we didn't like was the mozzarella sticks they were baked and not long enough for the cheese to get hot and melted.

Uneaten pizza with tiny bacon crumbles.

We have been long time customers. Colonial is expensive so we do not order often. We just ordered this evening to support a fundraising event. We got an 18" BLT pizza. It was inedible. It tasted like bacon bits piled on crust. The bacon bits were held together with cheese and kept falling off of the crust. There was way too much "bacon" on it and it was teeny tiny crumbles. I'm positive it was bacon bits or bacon cooked in bulk one day a week, chopped up and refrigerated. $30 bucks down the drain because we couldn't even chew it! Colonial used to have nice large chunks of bacon on the pizza- not teeny crumbles of dry unchewable bits. I left my review at 4 stars because one bad experience doesn't mean I'll knock off more than one star. We will not be ordering any time in the near future, though

What's left of our 18" buffalo chicken pizza. We buy and add ranch! Yum!

Best pizza ever!! I love the crust, chewy but a little crispy. Love the dining room, very eclectic feel. Great baked goods, and breadsticks. Used to come here all the time in college and I go back every time I'm in town. I miss it on Friday nights when I'm too far to order! Buffalo chicken is my fav

Sooo gooood!! First trip and we got a veggie pizza and a deep dish pepperoni. Very good! Really enjoyed the toppings and the sauce was not sickly sweet like Little Caesars or Pizza Hut. A little pricey but delicious!

Nice decorated walls with laminated newspapers from decades ago, tv show posters, arts, etc. even the restroom was pretty cozy and decorated with art. But despite all that i didn't quite enjoyed their margarita and olive pizza. It was quite bland and generic. Or may be the ones I ordered were like that. I don't know. Otherwise it's well decorated place, interiorly.

Great crust! Loved the buffalo chicken pizza. Service is a little slow, but the pie is worth the wait.

Very good pizza. If you're a freshman college student you know about this place before you've gotten your fall syllabus.

Pizzas and subs are always really great. Chicken nuggets are good, but serving sizes leave much to be desired.

The food left much to be desired. Our table of 7 ordered a variety of dishes such as the Rise and Shine, Country Breakfast Skillet, a pancake, and breakfast sandwich. The grits were watery with zero salt or butter. We tried to doctor them up by adding lots of salt and butter but it was useless The eggs had no salt or pepper although they do a nice job of cooking over easy eggs which some places fail at. Homefries, which were really hasbrowns, were mushy and bland. The pancake was dry. The bacon and toast were good.

Farm-Fresh Flavor with a Side of Small-Town Charm - Breakfast at The Farmer's Daughter in Urbana,…read moreOhio If you ever find yourself cruising through Urbana, Ohio with a hunger that only a hearty, home-cooked breakfast can satisfy, do yourself a favor and stop at The Farmer's Daughter. It's the kind of place where the biscuits are fluffy, the coffee's always hot, and the welcome is as warm as the griddle. This morning, we popped in for breakfast, and from the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in good hands. That feeling was confirmed when Holly, our waitress, greeted us with a smile and the kind of friendly service that makes you feel like a regular--even if it's your first visit. I went all-in with The Hog Log, and let me tell you, this is not your average breakfast burrito. It's a hearty wrap filled with sausage, bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, and cheese, all rolled in a soft flour tortilla and smothered in rich, homemade sausage gravy. Every bite had that perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and savory flavors--and the gravy? Next-level delicious. My wife ordered Uncle Dave's Favorite Breakfast, which comes with your choice of pancakes or French toast, eggs done your way, a breakfast meat, and toast. She chose pancakes, bacon (crispy but not burnt), whole wheat toast, and eggs over medium. The pancakes were fluffy and golden, the bacon had that perfect crisp, and the eggs were cooked just right--firm whites with warm, runny yolks. It was classic comfort on a plate. The décor is classic country diner meets local charm--think rustic wood accents, sweet signs on the wall, and the kind of vibe that makes you want to slow down and savor the morning. Whether you're a local or just passing through Champaign County, The Farmer's Daughter is worth the stop. The portions are generous, the food is fresh, and the service--especially from folks like Holly--makes the experience even better. So go ahead, order the Hog Log. Or Uncle Dave's. Or both. You'll thank me later. Sorry my camera wasn't working so no pictures Take the Trip, your Next Adventure is waiting. #TakeTheTripByBrian
