Reservation for 6:30 and all 6 of us were there prior and still didn't get seated until 7:00. Table of 4 were given to 2 people and table of 2 were given a seat before we were. How about pushing the 4 top and 2 top together to make 6 instead of sitting all 6 of us at an 8 top? FIX THAT ISSUE. Their policy is $50 fee if a cancellation and call if 10 minutes late? Limit your dining experience to 1.5 hours? How about sticking to your own policy. What do customers get if they're seated 30 minutes after their reservation time? FIX THAT ISSUE. Pass out complimentary wine and bread to those that are waiting 15 minutes after their reservation, let alone 30 minutes. They were probably starving all day long waiting for a good meal. BE CUSTOMER-FOCUSED. Automatic 20% gratuity on a party of 6? Party of 6? When there are 3 checks? Welp, their tip is included. FIX THAT ISSUE. Mussels alone can not be an appetizer or entree, but only incorporated as the daily special? Bullshit. If you have mussels you can serve it alone without pasta. FIX THAT ISSUE. Did the host or anybody go to any of the tables asking how the food is tonight? NOPE. FIX THAT ISSUE. DO BETTER.

So I hate to say it but the pizza was edible but disappointing because it was too salty IMO. Otherwise the visit was quite nice as usual (4 stars) and we will be back.

We're in town briefly and picked up takeout for dinner. It was so delicious!!! (taco salad and spaghetti) and the prices are incredible! We went back the same night to get a pizza and salad for the next day while we wait out the snowstorm that cancelled our outgoing flight. Can't wait until we are back in town to visit again! A especially nice touch is that they have a bulletin board where people have pre-paid for meals for people who can't afford to eat. If you are in that situation, you walk in, choose a receipt, and take it to the counter to get your free meal. It obviously hadn't been abused, as there were at least a dozen pre-paid receipts there. We really liked that community service aspect. But the only reason I'm writing this review (after the fact; sorry I didn't get photos) is that the pizza was great and the cost was also great.
